Wall Street Gifts/Cyborg Skull Money Bank / No information released regarding to discontinue items, terrible unprofessional customer service
I ordered the item on 11/04/08. They e-mailed me that they would inform shipping tracking. I hadn't heard or recieve neither the item or e-mail from them. I called the company 12/03/08, the girl who told me "The item is discontinued and we e-mail you, but you didn't respond to us." then, she asked me if I want to get another items or credit back to my credit account. I told her yes. I decided to contact with them today because the company doesn't appesr to be trustful and the girl whom I spoke has an outragerous attitude as customer service. Today, I couldn't deal with the girl, because she has no proffesional attitude in sales business and hang up on me twice. I coun't get to talk to her boss. At least she told me I will recieve money back in the future (It will take more than one week and I am on the list in the progress.) I am very concerned the company hold my credit information and the risk of fraud by the evidence of their neglectable business handling.
