Walgreens pharmacy

My mother dolores yates went to the walgreens pharmacy at 91st and union hills in peoria az today. She had 6 prescriptions to fill. She had lantus humalog, metoprolol, coumadin 5 mgmt and coumadin 1mg. She returned missing the coumadin 1mg and the humalog. I called the pharmacy, was put on hold and then hung up on. I again called back and was told after they reviewed her scripts, that someone cancelled the coumadin 1mg and threw her script in the garbage and nobody could answer why. They also acknowledged the humalog was not filled and they did in fact have the script. They asked me to return in about 20 minutes to have it filled. I gave them 2 hours. Again I wait over a half an hour because it still is not ready. As a healthcare professional, this is completely unacceptable. Not only is it poor customer service, it could be questioned why such practice in a pharmacy is occurring with all of the "checks and balances" that are required with dispensing medications. I am not one to ever file complaints and never have, but with the facts above, it was something that must be spoken about. We will be finding another pharmacy to get her. Medications from as I have no trust in the individuals working at this location. I can only hope it concerns you that you have lost not one customer, but 6 customers due to this. Walgreens the employees/ pharm. tech at plank rd.

I am extremely upset and embarrassed with the way the pharmacy tech has treated me this has been a second time she has discriminated against me due to my mental health med I'm on . She 2 months ago gave me a hard time about billING my insurance for 2 pills a day for a 30 day period. She tried to tell me I had to pay cash for the whole amount because she wouldn't bill it for part of prescription she tried to say that's frauding the imsurance. So I contacted my insurance company and the lady said she had never heard of such a thing and that medicaid or VA premiere have limits on what they cover for many and all pharmacists and techs. should know that they have to bill it for whatever portion is covered she called in and demanded they stop trying to make me pay out of pocket for the whole prescription when I am covered and approved for 60 a month at 2 a day. so she ran it through and I got my medicine. then 2 months later the same tech that humiliatese and talks to me as if below the rest of the customers decided to pull the same trick again and told me they cant bill it for 2 a day. I explained that they have been billing it for 2 a day for last 4 months and why can't they look into history where evenu insurance called and forced them to do a partial bill. for what's approved. She then tried to tell me she did it and when I left it was only 2 in the bottle so me and my 2 year old returned after waiting an hour already and went through drive through and was explaining to them they were supposed to fill 60 and bill it for 2 a day. The same tech came back and said no we can't and won't bill them for 2 a day I said then why did u sat okay and give me 2. Then a very young looking kid that was an assistant mangager came to the window and said very rudely we aren't going to bill it for 2 a day and now that u got 2 you have to come back tomorrow to get the reat I asked nicely if they can cancel it or call the insurance company and let them know they made a mistake he said hold on so I sat there with my 2 year old crying at this point after all this time and he had me waiting at the window with people mad behind me I Was about to pull off to go inside but he saw me and cane back to the window and said just wait sorry it's taking so long it's almost done so I said fine. then 5 minutes later a police officer pulls up beside me and says I was Called because u were holding up the line I said areally u kidding me I was told to stay here that he was checking on something and they never once asked me to come in. I tried to pull off to come in but he stopped me and said wait were almost done and apologized for taking so long. so the officer could see they weren't making sense he walked me inside and I said not one person asked me to come in and not one person spoke up and said yes I did so he said he could see I was telling the truth sense not one person could say they did. I was humiliated and treated cruel. as they were laughing after he said just wait I'm almost done because they knew he was trying to keep me there for the officer he called. and after 30 min there with officer my doctors office was furious they were treating me like this yey once agsin. so she called the pharmacy and spoke to tech and said this is ridiculous your shift is treating her wrong and it is just because the medicine she is on. She said I should be treated the same as an old lady picking up her blood pressure medicine. She told her she made the mistake why doesn't she call the insurance and fix. it. well she acted as though she would to her and the officer and then once the officer left she made me wait 45 minutes while on phone with the pharmacy side of insurance trying to find any way out of filling this medicine.trying to find a loop hole to get out of filling it. so I finally saw she wasn't going to fill it and left with my baby. The next day I called in and it was a different shift but one tech was there that was there the day before and he apologized for how they treated me he said it was wrong and he said yes I will run it through for 2 a day as we are supposed to and I walked in and got my medicine and left well I went back to the store and was told by the assistant manager that was laughing and tricking me to wait in line for police . that I was banned from store I asked why he said because your doctors office was to our staff and u we had to call the police on. I said for no reason and the officer left because he could see were being. ridiculous and u had no right to call the officer when u made me WA it in line and never asked me to come inside . so I asked to speak to general manager he said yes are banned because the tech said they asked u to come inside I said are u kidding me they all agreed and Noone said to the officer that because it isn't true. but they lie to you to ban me . I asked if he'd listen to the recording or speak to tell officer to prove none asked me to come in and he said no our decision i's made we are banning u so I left with tears in my eyes hurt that they would treat me this poorly because of my medicine I take and my disabilities. my number is [protected]. my email is [protected]@gmail.com. please do something about this it's not right and extremely prejudice against the ones with disabilities.

I am without adderall and I need prior alteration and without this medication I feel suicidal and I feel like life is ending my life I never had a problem getting this medication until this new pharmacist started working I been taking this medication for years but since the pharmacy has a new pharmacist and i knew he didn't like me because maybe I reminded him of someone he knew in the past but he denied my prescription right away, actually I was sitting there for one hour than he called me to the counter and said we need prior alliteration knowing that it was Friday and my doctor was gone. That is when I went off and then the lady behind the counter started laughing and that is when I called her out her her name and she called me a stupid B*itch and that is when I went off and said your safe behind that counter but you wouldn't say that to my face and that when she said I am going to go in the back before I beat your ### and that is when I started crying and said i am going to call the police they let her leave and while she was leaving she stuck her tongue out at me and started laughing I just can't sleep I need this medication I been taking adderral for 7 years and you can see it through your computer this is a new pharmacist and he doesn't know how do over ride and of course I will call my doctor on Monday but I never had to call my doctor before until 1new pharmacist started working My name is GENILCE KISHTER and Birthday 3/14/1987

Walgreens bleach

Today I was in Walgreens in Newport Tennessee and I was running in to get a bottle of bleach I picked up the bottle and started to carry two front come to find out they bleach was leaking from the side it had got on my arm and my shirt and ruined a brand-new pair of boots I carried the bleach onto the front and asked the manager if she had a paper towel that I had bleach all over me because their bleach was leaking somehow so she takes a bottle of bleach from me and hollers and I got in the photo department to get me a paper towel he finds a big giant roll of brown paper towels tosses them on the counter says here you go and walks off no one seem to care of the fact that I had bleach all down my arm and my gray boots as well as the front of my shirt I have been buying Clorox bleach for many years and never have I had one leak all over me I feel like Walgreens should make sure the bottles are not leaking or busted before they put them on the shelves they should be responsible for replacing my things I am livid!

Products get damaged. It happens rarely but it does happen. Stores have to stock items like this constantly and it's impossible for them to closely examine every single one for a dent/crack/scratch/etc. It sounds like they did the right thing by taking the bleach from you and getting you paper towels. They will not reimburse you for your clothing. No store would ever do that.

Walgreens hostess donettes

My name is David, I have eaten hostess donuts and donettes for years. I have recently bought a bag of the donuts from a local Walgreens bag number D12721000 - 362. I had never noticed any or regular Donuts in any bag I have purchased before. Until today I had never seen Donuts in a Hostess bag that look like small pieces partially rounded shaped period very irregular! I hope this was one bag that was overlooked by your quality control. What I'd like to do is let you know so that others can enjoy your Donuts as I have four the last 40 years

That seems like it may have just been one bad batch. Consider taking the product and your receipt to the store of purchase for a replacement or refund.

Walgreens complaint against manager

Dear Walgreens Corporate Office,

It is to inform you that I, have been a loyal customer of your store for the last 6 years. I have had no issues with quality, easy to select and fair prices.
Through this letter, I want to put your attention towards a very unpleasant incident I have faced. This morning prior to work, I visited the Coatesville Walgreens store as I noticed a sale on some items that were buy one get one ½ off. As I walked in the store I was greeted as usual by a female store employee. I went to the items I was mostly interested which were the shampoos and body washes. As I am placing over 10 in my carry basket, I noticed someone standing down the aisle watching me which was the store manager who was just a few feet away. I continued placing more items in my basket. The manager now greets me by asking is everything okay, I ignored him because that’s not a pleasant way of greeting me. I then counted a total of 15 while the manager is still standing there just watching me count my items.
As I was walking away the manager said hmmm that’s a lot is that a sale? I said to him you’re the manager you should know and continued to proceed to checkout.
Now as I go to checkout he is now standing from across the other end of the store looking at me cashout. Now I am getting upset because I spend hundreds of dollars in this store monthly whereas I do not need to be treated as if I am a shoplifter or because of my race which I am black. I proceeded with my sale with the female cashier who was very pleasant (I believe her name was Nina).

I would like to report that I am not happy with the managers actions of which when I went to my car I called to get his name which is Kyle Garner. Because of his actions this morning at 8:25am on February 9, 2017, he has lost a loyal customer to this store. I refuse to be treated as he has done this morning. I am guessing because this store is in a location within a small community, he may be under the impression that everyone shoplifts however you cannot judge every customer that walks in the store to think they would do such a thing especially since I had no large purse, bag or whatever else that could possibly be used. I went in the store for the sale items and expected to come out happy but was not happy at all with Kyle’s service!

I request you to please take a strict action against the manager, because it will affect your business and customer satisfaction as I have heard many complaints which could start with management.

Walgreens photo printing

Hi I placed an order for 18 valentine cards. (Order Number: [protected])I got a call that the printer did not print it right and they needed me to come in and approve. When i came in the items were not printed correctly but they said they could trim the access. The whole time i was there the workers joked how bad of a job they were doing while cutting. When i got home i had to further cut the items and noticed they didn't even cut the full amount. I would like at least a refund for the 3 they did not cut and some type of future discount due to such horrible service

Walgreens prescriptions

Hello! I am a new resident of WA. I had a paper prescription from my doctor in CA. I have Stage 4 breast cancer and will see a local oncologist this week. But I needed my pain meds refilled. The pharmacist decided he did NOT want to fill my prescription. UNBELIEVABLE...the Pharmacist also was informed of my cancer. We left and went to Walmart where the script was filled immediately. We will never set foot in a Walgreens again. We called and cancelled our online account too. What a horrible human being that pharmacist is. My entire family and relatives are going to boycott Walgreens too.

Walgreens they refused to apply my coupon

I had a Walgreens discount coupon and when I wanted to use it they claimed they do not accept coupons. I demanded some reasonable explanation because everything they told me was absolutely ridiculous! That was their coupon which gave me a discount but they still claimed that it was impossible to use it. In the end I had to pay the full price and I was absolutely disappointed with them. Later I sent a message to their online support and was hoping he'll explain something but they simply did not reply. Very poor service and no support, I would not recommend Walgreens to anyone.

Walgreens disabled gliucuse strips

Spoke with Pharmacist and other employees. They say CCS has not authorize the strips, I called CCS and they say they have not received the faxed order. I have had problems in the past with this pharmacy. They keep pointing fingers, the pharmacist Grace states the person that processed the order is not in and is the ONLY person to answer or re-fax the order. I am fed up with excuses and nothing getting done. This needs to be addressed.

Walgreens product: led candles with remote

I received a set of 3 candles called Modern Expressions for Christmas as a gift, bar code # is: [protected]. I love the candles, however, the remote only works on the biggest of the three candles. I am thinking the other two are defective? Or perhaps the remote is defective?

I do not have the box they came in to return, however, I have the label with the brocade.

If I bring to my nearest Walgreens Store, will they provide me an exchange?

Walgreens customer service

I was on vacation in Miami and stop into a Walgreens to buy cigarettes when I walked up to the register and asked for cigarettes the associate told me to hold on and turned to another co worker and started to whisper, the employee then turned around and out loud said I cant sell you cigarettes if your pregnant. I looked at her very confused because I am not pregnant and told her im not pregnant at that point the employee ask me if I was sure and hesitated to sell me cigarettes. I was never so embarrassed in my life and couldn't believe your employees would treat someone like that especially another female. I must say your employee ruined my trip and made me feel very insecure and upset.

Walgreens male urinal

I bought one of these male urinal bottles a year ago for $10.99 and it already has a leak and the plastic is so cheap that it deforms under hot water. Any other plastic bottle like this in a different shape would cost $1 elsewhere but because this is a medical item, somehow your store (and the rest of the medical community) thinks it is worth more than $10. I just had to buy another one, and it looks even thinner than the one I bought last year. Can't you please have a dialog with the medical group that manufactures your products and at least go for something with quality rather than raping those poor individuals that are already poor with medical conditions?

Walgreens pharmacy

I don't know what the problem is but every time I go to the pharmacy to pick up my wife's prescriptions, Monica seems to make sure that I don't get all of them and on way too many visits I've had to make 2nd and 3rd trips. It also seems Monica gives my wife problems when she calls to make sure that we get everything the first time. And even after the phone call, I still have to make multiple trips. It seems to always happen on pain meds, like Monica is trying to play doctor with my wife. My wife has already complained to her doctor and the doctor told her, all Monica's job is, is to fill what he prescribes. He is the doctor.

I told my wife we need to start using another pharmacy.

We never have this problem when Gina is on duty, and Gina is very helpful and polite.

Not sure if we'll ever come back, but now you can be aware.

I didn't do a google review, bit if I have to go there again, and this happens again to me, I will have to give a negative review.

UPDATE: we brought the prescription back where the pills were all broken up and Monica tells my wife we couldn't have counted the pills if they were like that and charges my wife 17+ dollars again.

That's it, I'm never coming back and I'm never spending another dollar in your store.

Walgreens pharmacy

What a hateful, rude, long haired, belittling mad scientist looking person you have hired. You must of been scrapping the bottom when you hired him. Every time you go to get something filled, you leave empty handed. He wanted to argue with you and appeared to be running in high gear. Made me wonder if he was on something himself. A fax was provided electronically that he required, it was sent while I was on the phone requesting it. It was sent! but the whispering he was doing with the asst. made me think something was up. We waited close to 2 hrs. They kept saying they didn't have the fax yet. I said if your faxes are received electronically you would have it immediately. She said she would check later. I think the pathetic pharmacist deliberately deleted it and the whispers were "ignore" them. As I was leaving a hear another woman say "i will never spend a dime of my money in this store again. DITTO

Walgreens one employee in store

I had worked with Walgreens for 8 yrs. In all these yrs. I have had customers ask me why one perticular employee never had to work nights. I know for a fact that she is only a cashier and had not been with company long as I had. I startedm in my store set up the cosmetics, infants and other depts. When store opened I was put in as SBA I worked one nite wk and every other Sunday. When this perticular lady came to work she told our manager she wanted only days but would work on wkends. The manager stated to me when asked why she not have to work nights it was cause of that and she stated her husband was retired and she wanted her nights at home with him After few mts. I was maDE TO WORK 11-7 PM and every other Sunday. I have retired from my job because I felt like this was unfair to me and several other associates in store. My son had just recently had his wife walk out on him and 5 kids I had to watch at night cause of his work schedule when told this to manager that I couldnot work all them late nights he said that was not his problem, on several occasions I was accused of lying to him about my callin counts on several times he would call me back in office to write me up when I asked to see videos he refused to show me then when he did he would make comment oh I didnot go that fair not one time did he apologize to me. I would have made Walgreens a life timme career I have been with Kmart 10 uyrs Walmart 13 yrs and kreese 8 yrs. I wanted to make this company my future and move up the ladder. However with these situations after speaking with him and district manager I felt like alot of favortisim was being done. I still shop in the store and the same employee still works no nights so how is this fair to the other employees. This manager is still with this store he has fired several employee for theft and when asked by them to prove this he does not. I am still told by several employees that a computer does scheduling but when I asked him about it he says yes so when company was getting ready start with computer schedule he said everyone would have to work nights regardless. I loved working with Walgreens I saw a great future ahead for myself. All I ask is that you check into what is being done in this store alot of customers I had I see frequently in store says they dont like his attitude and the way he talks to them and the employees. Please I am not here to start anything just wanted your company to know just how I was treated. When I hurt my foot outside on the curbing I was put out on workers comp. I would go in several times to get my meds and give him report from dr. once when my husband went in to get my meds he asked him how I was doing he told him my broken toes and ft. was doing better but still in alot pain he looked at my husband and made the statement to him she lied to me she said she had a fractured ft. my husband told him a fracture and brojken ft was the same. He would all time question me one time he said well guess you gt out work nights durning Black Fri. and Christmas! The following yr. I had a heart problems dr put me out work by heart dr. he made statement again to me about not having to work again 2 yrs in row for holidays. As if these problems was what I asked for. Not one time did he ever apologize to myself our my husband!

Walgreens western union kiosk

On Dec 24 2016 sent money to family member who has a mental disability

she was to pick up her money at Walgreen's in Fort Atkinson, WI

the store clerk did nothing to help explain to the customer how the process works she had her tracking number as well as an ID and kept demanding a kiosk number which she did not have as it was not present in my receipt just tracking # this caused the customer to have a meltdown in the store which in turn the store manager thought it was hilarious to her and her male employee. This is a disgusting show of low sub humanity who SHOULD NOT be working with the public as they have NO CLUE how to accommodate people disabilities!

Walgreens employee manner and services

Time: about 7:00 PM
Location: Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn

Incident:
I bought 3 pack of 12 cans of Coke, put them on the basket, and waited in line to check out. There were 4 check out stations. Only one was opened - specifically the second one. I was the very next one waiting for the checker to finish checking. As the basket was heavy and I did not want to put it on the floor for other to trip and fall, I went to the counter, put it one, and waited for the check to finish. He began yelling and ordering me to go back to the line. I told him that I was in the line and was the very next one to check out. He said that it did not matter. The store's rule was that I had to go back to wait until I was called. I explained to him that it was heavy and I did not want to put on the floor for other to get injured and put in on the counter. He continued to order me to go back. Then he called a lady to check me out at the first checkout. I told the lady that he was rude, and he continued to yell back. The lady apologized. I told him that I would complain, and he said that go ahead. He even offered to ask the manager to come. As I have my wife waiting in the car when it was 9 F, I decided to go and would file a complain. I have shopped at Walgreen for many years, and this was one of the few occasions that I had encountered such an inconsiderate and rude employee.

And received the worst customer experience from the cashier Nancy. She literal got my phone from my hand and unclips all my coupons. And dont let me use any one . So rude cant believed that walgreen offer employment to a rude and no customer service person .

Walgreens answering the phone

Every time I call Walgreens pharmacy here in Rogers, AR the one on the corner of Walnut and Dixieland, I have to l hold for a very long time with no other calls in front of me. Today I held for 25 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone, to see how much my prescriptions would cost, if anything. Seems to me that Walgreens needs to step up to the plate and be professional and prompt or customers like me will switch pharmacies that have recently opened around Walgreens. For God sake if you need help hire some people for the pharmacy. You want to stay in business, answer the phone!
