I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse 2 months ago and there is no volume on radio or sound when you open the doors and no sound when your signal lights are on. Dealership stated you can bring it in and drop it off but we cannot give you a rental car I would have to purchase one. damage to vehicle when in for service june 2016 (chevrolet 2015)
June 2016 I had my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado in for service. It was not until approx 10 days later I noticed dents on the top of my truck (my truck is garage kept). I called the salesmen to complain and there was no resolution. My problem with this dealership started after a complaint with a another vehicle I purchased in Sept. 2014 (I have since traded that vehicle with the dealership). I have future service appointments to make and feel that I will be retaliated against from other GM dealers for service and purchasing vehicles. I have been a loyal GM Customer for over 40+ years and have purchased 5 new vehicles since 2009 (not to mention the referrals I have sent to the dealership. Please help me in building my confidence with GM and the dealerships when my vehicle needs service or when I need to purchase a vehicle that the CUSTOMER SERVICE and INTEGRITY is there. I am currently making payments however I cannot afford to pay repair bills on a new vehicle and the repair is not covered under warranty.
