Walmart not so special orders

I would like to share my special Wal-Mart experience. I have placed several orders online for products and they usually arrive without issue, yet when Wal-Mart makes the mistake the customer is wrong. I talked with 4 employees one who claimed she was the supervisor Tonya 10050 (most likely fictitious). I was told by all what they could not do but no one offered a solution or any help other than this is our corporate policy. I understand that Wal-Mart is the largest employer in the world, and they have so many mega centers, but I remember a time when Montgomery Ward’s, and Sears, Ruled the retail industry, I remember when Best-Buy was a leader and like everything else they forget the number one rule and that is that to lose a customer even one will lead to a downfall. Regardless of the error a simple action can correct the issue and make a raving fan, or be a beaurocract and lose a customer. So after much fuss and little accomplished and the loss of a loyal customer I with Wal-Mart well but I will keep my purchase to a minimum and share how little Wal-Mart thinks of their customer and just wait, because all the other company that took this stance are either gone, or going. Wal-Mart is on its way to the grave yard of lost customer service and lost customers.

And I did not get a refund, a sorry, or a go to hell I just got what they will not do, and so my order sets in some store that is too far for me to drive too nor will I drive too. Thank you Tonya I hope you have the same experience!

Walmart warranty

Purchased an ipod and warranty from walmart.com The Warranty, Walmart Product Care plan
is actually N.E W. They do not honor the warranty. For several weeks they have promised to send
a return label, then they promised to send a new one, then they promised to reimburse me...All
I ever received from them were PROMISES. Shame on Walmart and shame on N.E.W. I am
in the process of filing a complaint with the Virginia State Attorney's office. Va. is the state that
N.E. W. has their LLC. They list their address with a po box, no street address. This is a fraudulent company. Please beware.

Manufacturer warranty first, THEN product care plan. Why don't people read what they are buying?

Walmart just plain rude

I have taking medication for going on 5 years now. I have run into theis problem for I can only guess thee 20the time? When you fill your prescriptions at walmart, thee people who take your scripts from you or who look them up for you on their computer type cash register (to see if they have been filled) don't bother to keep any of your information quiet. I have what is called Badgercare (wisconsin's medicare) and when teey find out that is the source of your payment, you automatically get treated like trailer trash with rude comments and when you ask when your prescriptions will be done, I know about 10 people who were told "when we can get to them". When you come to pick them up, heaven forbid you have a co-pay because they make sure anyone in earshot knows what medicine you have and what that co-payment is. They always tell you that you should call around 2 or 3 days before your medications are out in case of pre-authorizations and in case they need to call the doctor for another refill. So you do what they ask you and if you have a prescription for say 6 monthes of refills, they wait until your last call in, when you come to pick up your medication, they will tell you "according to OUR records you should have 20 days of medication on you so we will NOT fill this until such and such a date" At the same time you are informed to toss or destroy your medications that are 30 days old? So how do I get passed this now? Its the most frustrating thing to have someone tell you can't have your medication because of their count, even if you are standing there with a prescription from your doctor?!?!?!?!? So now this time I went to see my doctor on friday, he asked when my refill day is and I told him Sunday so they sent the script over to Walmart. When I called on saturday afternoon to see if it was going to be available to pick up on Sunday (if they were open) they told me teat they were completely out of the medication and IF...IF? IF I was lucky I'd have my medication by monday afternoon...and left it at that. I wasnt allowed to ask any questions... So you see, the pharmacy in this Ashland walmart is rude and unprofessional to us less blessed with money. But also, most of the ladies that work in customer service there are worse...they are more rude than the pharmacy...I think this whole store needs work, when I go to visit my mom in Cloquet Minnesota, their Walmart employees put my home town to shame...its annoying!

I swear that was painful to read. Ok, let me get this straight...customers do not follow HIPPA law that is plainly posted all around the pharmacy and stand back while you are doing your transaction, so they hear your information. Second, when you are on a medication for 6 months, they tell you that you have to wait because you should have XX amount of pills left. Third, they tell you they will get to it when they can.

Right? Ok.

Number 1. The pharmacy personnel can tell customers all day long to stand back ( I know I do it all day everyday) and recite the law to them. It does not work. Customers feel they are allowed to do what they want when they want, and if you try to tell them anything, they kick up a fuss and complain. Therefore, it becomes YOUR responsibility to tell nosy customers to back up and get the hell out of your personal business. I do when I am the patient.

Number 2. Medicaid, in fact, EVERY insurer will keep a log of how many pills you should have in a 180 day rotation. They do not count month to month, they count DAYS supply. if you are on a 30 days supply for 6 months, then in 6 months of filling you should have taken 180 pills. Now, if you are filling and it tells you that you should have pills left, then you need to ask yourself WHY. Because some months have 28 days (you would have 2 pills left), some have 30 days (no pills left) and some have 31 days (you would have none left). SOME medications you can fill up to a week early, BUT early refills COUNT in the rotation, therefore, when you feel a week early everytime, then by the time 180 days rolls around, you are at least 35 pills ahead of the schedule. CALL YOUR INSURANCE when the pharmacy staff tell you they can not fill. The insurance is what decides when you fill IF you are billing them for payment.

Number 3. Every Walmart has a sign that says REFILLS WILL TAKE 24 HOURS. They do run out and sometimes they have to order. It happens at EVERY pharmacy.

Please use your brain.Pharmacies are a BUSINESS in the BUSINESS to make MONEY. NOT filling scripts for the hell of it does NOT make them money. So when they tell you NO there is ALWAYS a good reason. ASK why, and LISTEN.

Walmart wrong glasses ordered

I went to Wal Mart Vision to get glasses because they are the only people in town my insurance has approved to get glasses. These glasses were important because they are my first pair of bifocals, pretty big deal to me. I had my exam and turned in the script to them on the 5th of February 2013. They stated that it would be approx 2 weeks. Not a problem, I thought as much. To my surprise they called me on the 14th stating they were done. I went down to pick them up and tried them on and I couldn't see out of them, not the bifocal part, but the distance part. Low and behold, the original sales person who had placed the order had entered the wrong prescription for one of the lenses. Instead of -2.50 -.25, she entered -2.50 -2.50. A different sales person saw the error and said they would have them redone. She would try and put a rush on them, but could not promise anything. I called the Vision Store today 2/20/13 and asked if my glasses were in yet. The sales person on the phone placed me on hold and came back to say that they would not be in until April 4th. I was shocked, I explained that I had initially received the wrong prescription the previous week and they were a re-do, was she sure that it was April 4th, she said yes, I said are you sure, the re-do was going to take 2 months, pretty expensive re-do. The sales person said oh no wait I forgot we were still in February, they were do in on March 4th. So which is it, some random date my glasses are actually do and I will be pleasantly surprised when they come in early OR does the RUSH job actually take longer than the initial order. I will never order glasses from these folks again. I will drive the 60 miles to go to another insurance approved vendor.

Wichita Falls Texas Walmart on Lawrence Road
Walmart bares for life. On Tuesday February 5, 2013 a Mentally challenged caregiver was arrested from Walmart because eleven years ago he was banned due to an altercation with his girlfriend that worked there.. Walmart spotter waited until 68 year old cancer victim paid $287.00 for her groceries as two police cars blocked her car to arrest suspect, who was her son. According to store manager, when Walmart bars you from store it is forever at ever store on the planet. Traffic in parking lot was stopped as man was handcuffed and put in police car. Woman was left with in parking lot with groceries unable to load them or unload them when she got home. Now, she can no longer shop at Walmart unless she finds another caregiver.

this is about the neighborhood market walmart on alafaya near mcculloch. this complaint is about a stupid rude cashier...who purposely said NOTHING to a customer just to be a jerk. I went to this cashier...some idiot spic jerk...he didnt say a WORD to me. ok fine he didnt greet me..say hi how are you...or anything. however at least...you can say..your total is...he said NOTHING. the entire transaction this ###...said NOTHING. he did it on purpose of course...just to be RUDE. why...who knows? he's rude to attractive women like most ugly orlando males who are jealous/insecure and want to upset/anger them it seems. I found it crazy that the entire transaction he said NOTHING...that is ABSURD AND UNCALLED FOR. now i have dealt with MANY rude cashiers in my life...but i have NEVER encountered one who says not one single word to someone...thats your JOB...to say SOMETHING. you can't just stand there and say NOTHING to a customer...it was very very upsetting...because of how unnatural/abnormal it is. i have NEVER in my life encountered this and this jerk rude a**hole working there shouldn't even be WORKING as a cashier if he can't do his job at all and finds it fun to ignore customers completely and treat them like crap. he didnt even bring up the total...he just rung everything up like a ### spic and looked away...RUDE...i was about to say...wow really? you cant even give a total... is that how they teach you how to be a cashier? it almost seems as if he was trying to provoke me into getting upset which he was...and why? because im attractive and he is an ugly insecure orlando loser male who picks on attractive women? crazy people in this city... abnormal sick and weird...and at this awful wal-mart...beware...the psycho wal-mart trash can't even do their jobs and find it humorous to treat customers like crap and say nothing ot them at all and look away for no reason... I know this drill because there are many insecure sick males out there...when they encounter attractive women they aren't intimidated...they literally will ABUSE them for fun out of insecurity...they try to provoke or anger them or just treat them really badly...they are VERY rude for no reason and thats what this ### did for no reason. ive also encountered rude cashiers before...who dont say anything to you-- rarely but it happens...but at the very LEAST they give you the total... but the manner of RUDENESS this jerk showed...i cant describe...kind of like...hey im going to purposely not say a single word to you...and just be a jerk...### like this who cant even speak to customers at all shouldnt even BE working as cashiers...

Walmart ruined valentines day

I have a wife and I am currently dating someone that is in her 20's, because frankly after being married to the same woman for 40 years she is getting kind of old and boring but I still love her.

I thought that if I bought them chocolate for valentines day I would score twice right. I also thought you would have your chocolate on sale for like 90 percent off so I had very limited money in my wallet. I only had money to buy chocolates for one of the women that I wanted to play rock the castle with. I had to make a tough decision and decided to get the chocolates for my wife. This caused me to only score once tonight and my girlfriend dumped me.

If it is the day of Valentines Day the chocolate should be 90 percent off.

Walmart wrong prices and rude employees

I shop at this store at least twice a week and every time I am charged the wrong price on different items, esp. produce. Today I was there and was charged the wrong price on Granny Smith apples and plums. I spoke to an employee in produce to tell him and he was very rude to me and just walked away. Two weeks ago I was charged the wrong price on some jewelry that was marked down. Every week I buy blueberries and for 2 months they didn't have any. I also wanted to buy a cantaloupe and all they had were rotten ones. I spoke to an employee and again he was very rude and walked away. This is so tiresome. Why can't they get the prices right and have nice employees?

Walmart webpack

I have older familymobile account with family plan with several phones. The plan that I have coasts $45 for the first phone and $25 for each additional phone for unlimited talk and text. Since this account does not include internet service, there is a separate charge paid for by "webpack" money paid up front for the internet. I went to the family mobile website and found a site that let's the main person on the account select who uses the webpack for international calls and for internet access. I removed a check from all of the phones on the account, since I did not want anyone using the internet or making international calls. However, when I next looked at the website, people were allowed to use the web-pack--boxes were checked that I did not access since I had not been to the website. Yet, the amount of money in the web-pack continued to decrease without my authorization. In another location, there was another authorization area which actually works. After I unchecked those boxes, the web-pack amount stayed the same. The website is confusing, hard to navigate sometimes, and contains contradictory information

I got a smart phone for the convenience of the device and found that I can access the internet without being charged. If I had checked the appropriate box, I am sure my web-pack amount would have gone to zero by now. I want to use it only for international calls.

Walmart drugs/ethics

The Co-Manager Matt Wallace is sleeping around with his employees. He is seeing the pharmacist Stephanie who works under him and she is stealing drugs from the pharmacy for him to sale to other workers and customers. Matt could be charged for sexual harassment every day he works for the way he treats his women associates and customers by touching them inappropriately and making displays of affection for Stephanie in front of other associates and customers. All day when they work, they are constantly calling and texting each other for the entire shift, instead of performing their job functions as they are paid to do. They both need to be replaced.

I work there also, and I agree. Our boss, Matt Wallace is constantly on the phone calling or texting the Pharmacist in the store Stephanie Wallen while they are on the clock and supposed to be working. She even calls him from the business line a lot of the time and I have to listen to their stupid mushy calls. Sound like 2 teenagers when they are both married with young kids and should be ashamed of themselves. Cheaters make me sick! He treats Stephanie different than all the other female employees, and that us just in front of us and what we can see. There is no telling what he has bumped her pay up to since she has been bumping him...Gross! I work closely with Stephanie and have pictures of them and their kids together and aren't even trying to hide it! Fire them both!

Walmart money card activation

Do not purchase one of these cards. I purchased a walmart money card, went home and got online to activate it and enter my personal information. The response I got was that they couldn't verify my information and please confirm it. I confirmed it, and the website displayed a pop-up that stated that they were sending me a refund, including my original purchase price and load fee through the mail in a check.

After calling the service center (Outsourced to somewhere in asia by my reckoning, based on the accent) to double check the information again, I was again told that there is no remedy but to wait for my money in the mail in 9-12 business days. She couldn't remedy the situation, nor could her supervisor (After several requests she told me to hold, then returned to the phone herself after approximately 3 seconds!). I could hear a man's voice in the background advising her what to say. Ridiculous! This card was to be used to purchase supplies specific to a home remodel job, and severely hindered my progress by tying cash up for, I guess, a couple of weeks! We'll see. Do not purchase one of these cards!

I went to Walmart today with my husband to get cat food and decided to also buy a bottle of alcohol. When I went to the checkout line, I showed the cashier my ID and proceeded to pay with my card. The cashier stopped me and said that she had to card everyone in my party. I am 25 and my husband is 27 but my husband did not bring his wallet with him being...

Walmart weak knees and no patches on snowpants

I have bought snowpants from Walmart a few times and the knees are worn through in a matter of a few days. There should be double knee patches or come with matching patches to iron on the knees if need be. I love the pants but, there needs to be a solution to this problem. These are childrens snowpants and they should be beefed up some or at least sell matching patches in the store. My granddaughter put on her almost new snowpants this morning and I saw a hole in the knee already. She has worn these twice.

Walmart dying fish in horrible conditions

The Tropical Fish are in horrible conditions, The Tanks are freezing cold, the fish had rotting fish food in the bottom of the tanks, Completely over fed which made the water toxic, There where no aeration in the tanks and the fish where at the top gasping for air. In every tank was an average of 5 dead fish some tanks had up to 20 dead fish in them. If Walmart sells live pets they should take responsibility for their well being and have employees that have knowledge about their care. I complained to the gal working the floor and the manager, but they didnt seem concerned about it. Walmart has no business selling live animals! I will go tomorrow and complain to the
spca if it is in the same condition.

Father of triplets I am not 21 I am 19 your math is obviously off. For a father you are really stupid so let me rephrase this for you. I have not been in the store for eight years since I was 13. 13 + 8 = 19.

The point is not what they stole, the point is you were committing a crime by watching out for sales people.

It does matter whether they stole candy or jewelery the point is you were part of the crime by keeping an eye out for sales people so you were helping them steal.

Well they are undercover and they are paid to look and act like customers so that they can catch thieves.

As for your mother arguing with the security officer saying you did nothing wrong. She is wrong about that. You were allowing your friends to steal by watching out for workers. Also I bet if the have not been caught you would have kept some of the stuff as well. Eaten some of the candy ect.

My message some how did not go through so let me try it again.

Tasha it does not matter if you were stealing or watching your friends steal. The fact that you were keeping an eye out for security shows that you were an accessory to the crime. Sort of like having your partner wait in the car while you rob a bank and drive them away.

renackoegeI

If all they did was call your parents you should be glad. This happened eight years ago. This makes you 21 now. So now you should have learned your lesson. I mean when you were 13 you made a stupid mistake and from your response it sounds like you had enough money to pay for the gum. You made the choice to steal the gum and paid the consequence for it. I would want to know if one of my children stole gum or anything else from the store. I would want the store to call me if they stole something.

Hate to break it to you Tasha, but you were involved in the crime. Watching out for your friends while they steal is being an accessory to the crime. Kind of like when you rob a bank and your partner is in the car waiting for you to come with the money.

renackoegel, If one of my children stole a pack of gum I would want the store to call me. They were not being harsh and if you think calling your parents is being too harsh you should be glad the police were not involved. It seems like you had the money to pay for it at the time but you choose to steal it instead. You were 13 then, this apparently happened 8 years ago making you 21 now. Should you not have learned your lesson by now?

Fine I admit this never happened and as far as I am concerend I don't know that they don't sell fish anymore or how they took care of their fish. I don't have a problem with the company in general. Just this store. I won't go into detail of why I don't go to this store but I have not stepped foot in this store in eight years because of an incident that happened. I was caught stealing a pack of gum when I was 13 and I thought they were being too harsh. After all I was young. They called my parents instead of letting me pay for it and apologizing. That is the closest store to my area and I can't go to other stores. So how am I to know that they don't sell fish no more when I have not stepped foot in their stores for years?

Walmart Unsanitary

Great Value ice cream... specifically the Mocha Ice cream... I was eating and ended up with a semi long piece of blonde hair in my mouth That was still half buried in the carton! It was absolutely disgusting! I couldn't help but throw up! Do the workers not have to wear hair nets? The company just doesn't seem to think sanitation is necessary. This isn't the only Great Value food product I've had this happen with, it is just the first I've reported. Someone needs to inspect the factories and shut the place down for health code violations! Great Value - Unsatisfactory Product.

Recently Wal Mart has changed its Great Value packaging. Now it all looks the same and I hate it. It takes twice as long to find something in the store and in my pantry. And what about the people that do not read very well? Did anyone think about them when they changed the package?

The Great Value chicken flavored stuffing mix tasted old. I always buy this and have never had any problem. Also the Great Value Butter flavor no stick cooking spray tasted and smelled old. Both had date of 12-2009.

Butter spray [protected] Date 12-02-09.
Chicken Stuffing [protected] Date 12-09.

I have never had this problem before.

This in reverence to the Great Value Barbeque Seasonal Wings. Your wings at one time were very good but here lately it hasn't got the BBQ season it once had and has a strange smell. I know I have to add BBQ sauce to just to make them have a taste. I would like you to see whats going on. Your bags in store seem flat and by that I know they are not going to be the same way they use to be.

Union members of several food preparation companies filed suit in district court in 1997 saying that hairnets were making the boys look gay and the girls all looked like Gladys Ormsby, and that it was inhbiting social activity among the employees in the plants. Crazy judge ruled in their favor and so they are no longer required to wear hairnets.

i absolutely hate the new packaging labels. it takes me forever to find the products on the shelf. when i get them home they are even harder to find in my pantry . it really is quite maddening. the other-day for instance i grabbed a box of plastic forks thinking it was macaroni . wow that would have been delicious. my point is if you thought you would save a few bucks on going basic black and white i don't think it will pan out to well.i like your product, but i can read or recognized by color of the box or can of the competition. please put a little color back in are buggies .
