I took my car to walmart to have the tires rotated and balanced along with an oil change. I spent at least 100bucks at that store just to have my all purpose leatherman stolen! When I called to speak with the manager he told me that his employees would not steal and I needed to stop calling them thieves! No investigation or anything just "my men are not thieves". To top it all off he called me a lier saying I didn't even have a $100 knife in my car! A different time I bought some cherries. They rang up the wrong price so I told the cashier. She sent me to the service desk. the service desk refunded my money and said she couldn't adjust cherries there so i would have to go back through the line! Then the cashier didn't know what to do so i had to wait on a manger. When the manger was confused too I told them to keep the dang cherries! Just reciently I went for a turkey leg. I obsereved them cooking and asked the employee how much longer. She went around to the back and then proceeded to tell me 20 min. Loving smoked turkey I walked the store for 27 min. When I came back they were still cooking. Again I asked how much longer, expecting 3 min or something like that, he told me 20 min again! I for one am really starting to hate Wal-Mart! 3 Supercenters in a little county in Alabama! Give me a break! OVERKILL!

Look I'm sorry you had bad service at our anniston walmart. I am a cashier who has been there almost a year. I just have to say we are told never to do anything without a manager or suprviser. but hell half the time we call we only get a CSM and let me tell you the CSM's here at this store don't even know there in the buliding let alone know what there doing. I have to say whatever was stolin probly was but there not going to fess up like some of the employees I know SHHHHHH! They all think there slick but one day don't worry they will all be caught it will take time but they will either lose there job or come damn close. I have had bad days with CSM's at this store, I have a small problem with them putting me places were I don't know what the heck I'm doing. I have repeatedly told my supervisers that I'm not sure anymore that I can do the job that I was hired for cashier and asked to moved like 4 times even went to my store manager ( which by the way is no longer there they said that he was driving the store down in the ground he was to nice ) He was going to move me to a deparment where I could actully work. As soon as he left they put me back on a register and of all things put me were it takes them no lie an hour to get there and help. I have had to get customers to call manager and complain about it just to get help from vicki or steph, tamekia, and fran. Which by the way I get into trouble for asking for help and a manager sends me help .. the CSM comes back there and tells us no I can't have help then find out later its because the guy they sent and I were dating then .. only to find out her cousin the bigmouth of walmart is a cashier and she is technically her boss which there not suppose to be working together. Now come on would you really wont to shop at a store where 75% of the eployee's are rude, stuck up, and just like haveing the power to say so but they don't know what to do.
!st: You obviously didn't speak to a STORE manager about the leatherman. You just spoke with a supervisor.
2nd: You should have caught the cherries being priced wrong before paying for them. The service desk had changed a price for me before as I am sure the do for lots of people. This leads me to believe that you had a bad attitude. Remember, treat others...
3rd: I would have served your ungrateful butt an undercooked turkey leg. Be patient. You must be one of the drivers on Quintard that should have their license pulled and be forced to walk.
Finally: If all you can do is complain ... STOP GOING!
