Waffle House unit, district, division management

I am a current employee at store number 1714 Waffle House in Mobile, Al. The manager abuses her authority, I've got written up for false insorbornation! She gives me few hours under 20, when I'm the greatest asset in the building! She stated, she begin to give me few hours because of an attitude she claims (false) I had from 3 weeks ago I just moved, I informed unit manager Traci Carter I need my normal hours since I have started I've had a minum of 35 hours anything she ask me to do I do it, my attitude is more than great, ask the entire restraunt customers in all everyone loves me except her, I did not catch an attitude but I stood up to her and she is used to everyone kissing but. She is a bully who abuses her authority, includes her personal feelings into her work life, District manager wanted me to sign the write up I did not agree with, Lavorgie (district manager) stated at a store meeting included up to 30 people, it is his job to make the division manager look good, and to make sure the unit manager is not being run over... according to the waffle house way I don't think that's logical, they are torturing me so I can leave I never did anything to Traci false write up and abusing her athority I know my rights as an waffle house employee and this is discrimination she shows favoritism, I have proof in writing and other witnesses from the local restraint! she will not get away with mistreatment and OVERWORKING her employees because she is in the office all day! she never helps cook hiding from the grill! I will come to Georgia if I have to ive worked for waffle house a long time and I will have Waffle house on as much social Media and News channels she cannot keep getting away with the things going on in that restraunt I'm very unhappy and displeased with upper management... Ghram (division manager) didn't try to help the situation at all! He stated at a second meeting you have the best manager in the disstrict I think she is fair Graham stated... informed gram just because you think, she is a great manager doesn't make her right just because she wrote me up, I'm trying to get a transfer they are wirhholsing information from me telling me to wait I just moved across town... I'm already being work related abused! And management will not provide me with the creditials I need to be successful at waffle house... I probably the best cook that works for waffle house I can gureentee I'm in the top 10 in the county just how good I am, unit manager Traci automatically gets offended when looking at me Division manager stated she is probably scared your gonna blow off, I asked division manager grhram... how are you guys just gonna judge me and say I'm a bad person or an angry person from my appearance... they do not understand my speach I'm going to make this an issue... because it is one and I don't want anyone else to feel the way I feel... over worked, unappreciated, bullied, remember boy who cried wolf... none of the management believes me actually one does but he won't speak up but all of my coworkers do the division manager is never at the store he knows not as much as the employees of the unit managers work... she sent someone else home they other day because they asked her a question told them u making me angry and sent them home she didn't have to deal with that... its getting outrageous... can anybody help me? Unit 1714 I keep tryna get help no one is helping please... I like my job I want to be there but I will not be bullied or mistreated... I don't want to get my hours taken away for standing up for myself, I was so professional when they MADE me sign the write up I cried because there was nothing I could do about it I'm starting to hate waffle house and it was my favorite place to work

Waffle House to go orders

I have called they waffle house location on hwy 109 in lebanon tn for the past 3 weekends straight and gotten no answer at all. I even give them benefit of the doubt and try back 10-15 min later and still nothing. I work in this area so I'm just trying to pick up a quick meal. I feel at this point they deliberately are not answering the phone. Anyway this could be attended to would be amazing and thanks in advance.

Waffle House call in order

I attempted to call in a order for my boss and myself. The CSR answer then placed me on hold 10 whole minutes I had the speaker phone on why I continue to do my work. I even call back on a different number just to see if I can get some assistance which the operating line was busy. This was on a holiday for Thanksgiving so the inconvenience of having to leave work wait to order food to be able to go back to the office it was such an inconvenience. When I arrived at the location, I think that it was jam-packed that was the reason for the long hole they only had four customers sitting down waiting to eat five to go orders which day relieving when I arrived there was no reason for me to be on hold for 10 minutes without anyone analogy mean that they were going to come back to the phone. The cashier was very nice she looked when she was taking my order with no type of enthusiasm. she didn't even ask if I needed any condiments. Poor customer service. I would never return to this Waffle House again.

Waffle House a waitress name ashley at 565

I have called to placed an order as I was on my way to work. She hung up on me. Arrived at the store I said that I called and who ever was on the phone with me was rude. She starting to yell at me that phone doesn't work. Then other waitress Rachel helped me. Next thing I know the cops came to escort me out of the store as Ashley has called them. It is very absurd as an old employee of this company to get treated like this. Rude on the floor, and been on her phone mosy the entire time while waiting tables.

Waffle House phone-in carry outs

Waffle house #1799 loganville ga in walnut grove in the last several months and on multiple occasions if they answer the phone for an order say "we are too busy to take your order" and slam the phone down! I can not believe they are so rude! I have no similar problem with the waffle house #1299 in monroe ga and everyone there is very polite as if they really value their customers. Call on a friday evening, saturday or sunday morning and you will probably have the same experience. We live within 1 mile from walnut grove but drive 8 miles to monroe for our take outs. James camp

Waffle House cook

I am at the waffle house on Woodruff Road in Greenville, Sc. Wow! The cook was so rude to the server on duty. She has messed up every order and is blaming on other employees. I muself come from restaurant management. Not good! Clearly she has major issues outside of work or has a serious drug problem. Very rude and abrupt! Not good for business! I myself am about to walk out!

Waffle House the big breakfast

Our food was not cooked well the grits was running the waffle was chewing the over easy eggs was too running the toast was wet and they did not care how they put our food on plate very bad presentation we had two call in did not have time to check good but when I did it was not correct the food was not good and the grits and toast was the worst I have had better service before but i was not pleased with this visit

Waffle House texas bacon cheeseburger melt and bacon angus cheeseburger

I went to waffle house on ingleside road in norfolk va. I ordered the tx bacon cheeseburger with hash browns. The steak was very tough that I couldn't chew it. Also I ordered rhe bacon angus cheeseburger deluxe qirh hash browns well done. The burger still had pink meat. Normally I eat the waffle house daily on va beach blvd and never had a problem. I called thw manager to address the issue. He told me there was nothing he can do about it since I discarded my reciept. I asked if I could just bring the food back instead and he replied no. I dont think is fair due to me being a long time loyal customer. I will not eat at that location ever again and think think this should be addressed. Thank you for your time and have a great day.

Waffle House to go order

My 7 yr old and I waited 50 minutes for 1 waffle and 1 cheeseburger. Families were coming in after us, sitting, ordering, getting their food. 50 min later they hand me a bag and it wasn't even what I ordered. They didn't seem to care and laughed and snickered. My child was crying she wanted her food. How rude, they forget about my order and even hand me the wrong one. My child and I sat there patiently waiting. Just lost a customer! My whole family will not be eating there anymore!

Waffle House very rude waitress

Hello i'm i've been going to waffle house for many years I have never had a problem going to waffle house but recently there is a new waitress named janetena she is very disrespectful very rude and she doesn't do her job and we are very outrage about how she treats customers... When you say thank you to someone acknowledge them and say you're welcome we got there we set ourselves and she came over to us and she said what what can I get you... Not hello how are you doing how was your day nothing are you doing... She is not nice she don't say not one word to you and then she's very disrespectful she snatches the plates from your table she don't even come to ask if you need anything it's like she's just does what she has to do it.. She don't even check on u to see if u need anything else... I had to ask the manager for a drink and he look at her and say what side is the sweet tea on and she tells him in a very disrespectful way... She's very disrespectful I can't believe you guys have her working in your place of business... I go there for breakfast at least 4 times a week the girl liz is so sweet so nice so caring you should hire more people like her she will run that business very well she has a very excellent personality she is very kind she checks up on you she ask you how was your day she's a type of waitresses you need... Waffle House service

Waited to be served almost 10 minutes no one supposedly knew who my server was meanwhile people coming in after me are getting served there is a waitress standing in front of me texting on her phone
Waffle looked thrown together and when I went to check out the cashier had Pringles in her hand she was eating right in my face, then threw a receipt at me telling me to sign it

Waffle House slow service and food delivery in parts

this morning 10-29 my husband and I went to the ogelethrope location in Albany Ga it started fine with our waitress who was friendly.
She took our order and that is where the problem began... I got my waffle that was very crunchy. then some time passed in fact I finished my waffle before me and my husband got sausage and the bacon I order. So now I am done, my husband is waiting for the rest of his order. then he gets it I think his sausage was cold by now and we finished or should I say he finished. Got to the register waited again, some other customer's waited with me. just chalk it up to a bad day: (

Waffle House employee cash at store 574

She got an attitude when I asked about not taking calls and they wasn't busy. When my order was ready She got my grits and put them at knee level and went to the sink and held it under it. A girl was washing dishes I told the cook it wasn't a top on them and to fix me another order. she said loud I need to go set down Some where I felt she was trying to splash dirty dish water in the grits

Waffle House service and waiter

At 945 pm on October 21st 2017 we stood there for almost 5 minutes waiting on someone to wipe the table when they were not busy at all, the waiter had walked away and the cook had to get us what we need, and then we sit there for another good 5 minutes to get a to go box while we were already out of drink and we was just ready to leave. Waiters name was Matt at store #399.

Waffle House manager bonni garrett 1101

Adairsville ga. Waffle house. I have worked for waffle house since 2003 and recently got put on the no hire list simply because I told on how nasty bonni garrret unit 1101 is. She treats all employees like crap except the ones she favors. No one ever cleans the floors in that store it smells like human crap coming up from underneath the grill. Rat traps out in the open. Bonni goes to the rest room with her apron on and returns with fesces on her apron string. She coughs and never washes her hands. Her hair falls out in the food all day. She touches raw meat then cutts the toast for the customers without washing her hands. Bonni garret buys her cooks beer and ciggeretes so that they will work a certain shift. She is buying foodstamps off her employees. She sits in the back and picks her noise before cooking orders. She has on numerrous times pooped herself and ran to the bathroom just to simply wipe before she returns to cook food. Many customers have complained on her as well as former employess and we are getting no where. I cant let this one filthy woman be the reason I lose my career with waffle house. I will not give up and there is more to tell.

Bonni garret gives her employees a prep talk prior to corp. showing up at her store . She tells them, lets clean this store and no smoking weed or drinking during your shift until corporate comes by. she allows certain employees to do what ever they want. Bonni says it does not do any good to try to call corporate or complain cause they will not do anything to her.. she was right . This has to change. money came out of my check for eating food. I never ate at that store unless bonni was off thats how nasty she is! very dirty fingernails. unit 1101 needs new management all the way to the top .

Waffle House manager customer service

On 10/15/17 my fiancé and I went to Waffle House on Yadkin Road, Fayetteville NC and ordered the 2 for $4 waffles x2 (one which was peanut butter) and a small sausage, egg, and cheese grit bowl with a slice of city ham. I was under the impression it would be no more than $16 my total came out to $23.56. When asked they said "it's the way I said it when I ordered it", instead of *offering* anything for the inconvenience or misunderstanding she gets an attitude and says "well what would you like me to do for you", my fiancé then asked for a Complementary waffle she agreed. Then when asked when could we pick it up she told us we couldn't get it since we said "we understand how to order for future references". I understand it's $7.00 however, it's the principal and poor management. If we didn't say we wanted $4 individual waffles why charge us. Then to not even apologize, or try to make it better.

Waffle House grill operator service

I came in one night with my girl. Normally it's a bigger white dude. This time one of the waitresses cooked my order. Turns out the cook was sitting outside doing god knows what all night. I didn't know this was acceptable behavior, especially for the COOK. I come in a lot and every time I come in on night shift my waitress always has to cook my food. I tip her good don't get me wrong, but I can see she is being taken advantage of. I think the cook has long hair that goes down his back, and a pissy attitude.

Waffle House overall everyone needs to be replaced on 3 shift

Every time I try to place a call in order No one answers the phone. So I decide to drive there & wait.. all while more than 1/2 the employee's are in the parking lot smoking. I place my order, it takes over 20mins to cook my order & it was incorrect. I was the only customer in the building
Every time I try to call No one ever answers the phone. If they can't answer the phone this is a service you shouldn't provide. It's is not the first time & I'm sure not the last time it will happen. The Sunday morning shift always does a great job but 3rd shift sucks!

Waffle House waffle house service.

The past two times we have been there service was awful. The first time the servers were not even present and it took 10 minutes just to get our drinks. The servers both appeared to be high on some type of illegal substance. They were rude and appeared to be burdened by our presence. The store was disgusting with plates on all the tables even though the store was empty and the bar and menu was sticky. The second time was on 10/15 around 0200. The city had just had a derby so it was crowded yet the company did not think ahead to have more than 2 servers there that night even though I'm sure they knew about the event. The store was not prepared. The two empty tables were filled with plates or crumbs and food. The bar was filled with plates and again very sticky. We were so upset that we walked out a minute after we sat down. The store should prepare for events like that and hire more people for the night. The store needs a complete over haul because it was disgusting to walk into and would not pass a health department inspection. I hope something is done about this because it's the only restaurant in town open 24/7.

Waffle House service

Went to the Waffle House on western center Fort Worth at 11:30 Saturday and sat for 30 min with 4 open tables. 3 were clean and one needed to be cleaned. I didn't understand why no one was seating us. I had to ask if we could sit bc there were 3 other parties waiting to be seated. Once we sat down for about 20 minutes, no one ever greeted us or came to our table take our order., so we just left. This is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever. This has been my worse visit to Waffle House!
