W-2 Untimely Delivery / Bad service
I am one of 32 employees (in Florida) and none of us have received our W-2 from the company that manages our payroll, Frank Crum. The company claims the W-2's were postmarked by the 31st and there isn't anything they can do about the untimely delivery.
We were asked to wait 10 days before requesting a duplicate W-2. The fax number they've provided to request a duplicate is not a working number. Today we spoke to a representative and we were told their printers are not working. I asked if a copy of my W-2 could be attached to an email and it cannot.
Help... Do we have any recourse? Like everyone else, we need to file a federal tax return. With mortgages and bills to pay, a tax refund would be nice. What can we do?
