Vulexa Unauthorized credit card charges and no customer service contact number visible

I signed on to Vulexa Cell Activ Trial for the product on trial basis. However, the trial expired and I immediately charged of $89.95 for trial completion charge. I received only an order confirmation monthly charging my credit card and it offered no information to contact them back no email, phone number or website. The websites had different names Skinology, skincareanti-aging.com, greatskintoday.com so it was difficult to find the contact number. I found a number highlighted in blue on a past order confirmation email without dashes and called it and finally asked them to discontinued the autoshipments and charges. The customer person had the nerve to state they know that I didn't want it because I didn't want to be charged monthly but I ought to take advantage of their premium product. I insisted to discontinue membership and all orders. On my credit card statement the company entitled Vanglow who I had no idea who it was. Beware, a big headache.

They offer free samples, gets credit card info, then charges credit cards unexpectedly usually befor holidays, and ships on New Years Eve, and nobody can reach them for couple of days because of holidays to cancel fake order, and it's impossible to remove charges with the bank because you got some contact with company ordering free samples!

Vulexa Anti aging cream

They offer a free trial cream. All you have to pay are shipping charges. Received the cream with no bill of course in Sept. And one more shipment in October with no bill again. Today I received my MasterCard bill. They billed me $135.16 and $137.57 on Sept.13th.and &137.56 on Oct. 1st, and $131.82 on 0ct. 3rd. This is a non sense. I called them today and they refused to refund me. After a second call they agreed to cancel my membership. I do not recall asking them to become a member as I was only asking for the trial size. I feel that over $500.00 for 4 little jars of skin cream is a lot of money. Is there a way I could get my money back? I offered them to return the last 2 jars, but they refused saying that once it is out of the company it does not go back. On there web site they state satisfaction garantee or money back. Could you please help me. Please let me know by email. Thank you. Mireille Drapeau Green My email is: [protected]@videotron.ca

Vulexa unauthorized charge

I ordered a sample of product and just paid postage. Today I discovered that they are charging my account for full amount of $90.00. I called to return product and they informed me that I was also signed up for auto shipments. I never agreed to this but they said it was in fine print under the credit card info. She would not let me talk to a supervisor. What a skam

I had the same experience - charged my account $181.88 when I'd only ordered samples. I called Customer Service [protected]) to cancel my account and avoid any further charges. For 2 months, they did not charge anything to my account and I thought I was finally done with them. Then the third month after I'd cancelled, they send me 2 more jars and charge my account $64.01! I was livid! I called back and was told that I had ageed to an extension for 3 months, and if I didn't call to cancel by a certain date, they would charge me at a 60% discount. I NEVER agreed to that - in fact, I declined the extension offer, said NO, I just want to cancel. Apparently, the representative put the extension through anyway, even though I had said no. I called AGAIN today and demanded a refund of the money they STOLE from me because I never authorized it, and was told all sales are finally and that I HAD agreed to the extension and then they hung up on me! Very bad, bad company!

Total SCAM. They insist that from date you order product you have 10 days to return or contact them. Otherwise you will be charged in full for product. I was charged $89.95. There are several and I mean serveral numbers to call but you will be left on hold for up to 1 hour 10 minutes was my longest hold. For 2 products I found # on my charge card that I tried. #'s on this complaint sight and #'s they called me back on after I hung up is yet another number from yet another state. Try these: [protected] Naldirt*NalBeauty (in AK), NAV NAVFORSKOLIN [protected] (in NV), FRESHSKIN [protected], Beatuy FullFillment [protected]. Good luck. At this point I got a confirm to no longer charge but will have to take it up with the charge card company to have removed. They would not tell me shipping address to return product and get refund.

Hi,
Same story.
I did not order this items. I ordered a trial sample, that's all.
They need to remove the charge immediately.
This is fraud and I will report it to my bank.
