This is a listing service that will offer to re-sell you timeshare to a large group of prospective buyers. The sales representative said they book rooms of buyers who want to buy timeshares similar to how I purchased the timeshare originally. All of the questions I asked were answered with the "right" answers and then a contract will be sent to you to sign. After all of the details of your property are verified, then a 3rd party company comes on the line to verify the details and confirm the transaction cost. ONCE THIS STEP IS COMPLETED, THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Do NOT agree to these terms. They do nothing with your property except post in to their website.

The only way to "get out" of this agreement is to send a certified cancellation letter to the corporate headquarters within 7 days.

I had call via phone, sent an email to my contact 6 hours after I got off the phone requesting to cancel the transaction and they had ran my credit card already. Do not get caught. This company knows how to use Florida law to get out of NOT giving you a refund.

Please take the time to report VPR to the Federal Trade Commission the Better Business Bureau (who they are NOT accredited with and are currently looking into a lawsuit) as well as local authorities and the Attorney Generals office in Tampa FL. The more people respond, the more likely for justice to be served. I have done ll of the above but without others coming forward it is useless. Please take the time to do this. Thank you.
