Vodaphone Post Paid Connection / pathetic customer care wrong bill

I am Dhananjay Sharma, I was one of the customer of vodaphone with no : [protected]. I am very much frustrated about your services . I have purchased one post paid connection with Plan of Rs.299/ plan. In which I was getting local vodaphone to vodaphone 1000msg as well as local @10paisa.( I have the Offer details which I have received through courier) But The itemized bill which I have received is charging Rs.1 for local calls and 1.50for msgs. When I have used your connection for one month why should I pay 2 month rental .? You have charged 49 for itemized bill but you sent duplicate bill, when I call to your customer care on 22 feb they assured me that they will send the itemized but again you charged Rs49 and sent the duplicate bill. After continuous call to your customer care I get a reward that they disconnected my services and I received itemized bill details in the 2nd week of March I have made request for the correction of the same. But till date no one has reverted back . But I am getting phone call for the payment of pending bill many times, even one of the executive of legal department also twice visited my residence and given threat for the payment of pending bill. When I made a call to Mr. Manish Tyagi ( legal Advisor Voda phone ) sector- 57 Noida Ph : [protected]. He also assured me that he will communicate this issue to Vodaphone .Even today I have received one call for the pending payment form the [protected] when I asked your executive to give me my complaint no she refused and disconnected my phone. Now I Have only one option ie. To launch one complaint in consumer court . I am waiting fro your response if you want to settle this issue contact me on the below given number with in a week. After that I will do what I want to do

I made a call to your customer care no 111, on 24/04/08 at 4.00pm your executive Ambush misguided me and when i talked to your floor supervisor Mr. Mukul after intoduction he disconnected the phone by saying that he he unable to get me, i am using Airtel which has the best connectiuon but your Supervisor played the prank that also a goood experience. Now i want the result
