Dear Vodafone

After greeting

At the beginning, I’m sorry for my weak language.

I would like to deliver this complaint. I would also like to express my shock and angry from Vodafone Egypt branch staff

Initially my internet ADSL connection interrupted 20 days ago. After searching for this problem, I found that the reason is to change wires to the fiber optic

After the construction completion. i was contact with Vodafone EGY to return the service again they told me that they are going to solve the problem and in the case of increasing the duration of two days they will give me USB during the period of solving the problem.

10 days later and no one talking to me.

And when i called them again they apologize for delay and they said that the problem will take a long time and when I asked them about the solution they said that I have the right to get USB from any branch of Vodafone

Actually, I am currently in Saudi Arabia, I was talking to them through my Vodafone number and When I asked them to give my wife the USB they refuse. Also they not accept my suggestion to send a signed Authorization to her by Email to receive it. Although she has an official ID card includes my full name And also she has the marriage certificate

When I asked to talk to a supervisor in charge he refused and told me that he could talk to me in a couple of hours. Note ( the time I had 12:00 AM and I'm in a different country and talk to them from my mobile more than 30 minutes

They did not talk neither I nor my wife where she also contacted them and she asked for the supervisor and they said also within two hours

Which compelled me to request to cancel the service, where that does not mean for me a difference between the (end of service & let it without service) it's same position

All this happened with Mr. Ayman Taher customer service employee and his supervisor Mr. Amr Farouk that was Thursday on 07/03/2017 22:26 pm

So, I hope to solve my problem and please if you don’t mind clarify the following point to me

1- Does Vodafone rules & regulations allow employees to leave the customer without response for his questions more than 10 days

3- 2. Does Vodafone rules & regulations Prevent my wife to receiving what have in spite of my mandate to do so. and she has official ID includes my full name and also has the marriage certificate

5- 3. What is the huge problem that will happen to Vodafone or to me in case of my wife received this USB

7- 4. Is the supervisor has no authorization to making an exception and to respond to client who talk from outside the country for more than 30 minutes to solve the problem was continuing for more than 15 days

9- 5. Is the client has no value to such a degree is to ignore him, and no one had speak to him for trying to reach a solution to the problem

12-This is Vodafone Egypt now. Do not care about the problems of their clients. There is no willingness of the staff to reach solutions that satisfy customers. Did not contact customers come back again to try to satisfy customers.

Is this a good customers service

In the end I apologized for stretching, but I was trying to get out of my negative energy from these employees in this complaint
