I have prepaid vodafone mobile number [protected]. I am in kabul right now, with International roaming But before 1 hour, a splash screen shows on my phone that "I HAVE CHARGED 275 rs FOR SOME CALL.". Whats wrong with you. I didnt receive or dialled any call in last 4 days, still u deduct my balance. Same was happening from last two days, and 55 rs deducted each day. Please check it asap and refund my amount so that I should not face any problem.

I am Sangita agarwal my mobile number is [protected], i don't know why Vodafone company detected money from my mobile again and again even i did not activate any kind of service. Yesterday they Cut 21 rupees from my account and today again they cut 49 rupees, so please do the need full Otherwise i have to take a serious action against it.

My Vodafone bill came unusually high last month. When I checked with Vodafone they said third party company called oxygen 8 is charging them and I have to pay the charges. I had no idea of this company's existence. Vodafone cannot do any thing what can i do.? However they gave me a number to call. I spoke to some one based in Netherland. He wanted me to wright them to consider refund. My worry is if doun't stop taking this money what should i do. Obously it is a scam i hope you will do some thing about it. yours c n reddy I

I need to deactivate soon, as I get irritated with the offer, please consider the request ( corellinet.bezz.com..8080/SMS/QADL.PHP?ID --[protected] ). Do the needful to deactivate it as soon as possible.

Hi,

For the last few month, 3g package is enabled on my phone for which the amount was auto deducted. But this month double the money got deducted.

Request you to look in to this Vodafone

I was informed via mail that, i'll get 600 minutes of local talk time, 200 minutes of STD and 200 sms free with my monthly rental of 149/-. They have charged me as per following: call rates for local is 50 p so it will be 300 mins free(in effect Rs.600 free not 600 min). This completely misleading information given out.

I have to right to received from them my SMS Balance related information. I Have Recharge with Vodafone website online three Time for Bonus Card I Got a Message The Recharge was succesfull my amount got debited three times but this vodafone bloody people when i calll them they say it is not done i have the print shot of this i am sending it and i want to know if they dont give the proper resolution who the hell will give my money back and i am very unhappy with this kind of service please take the necessary action

Vodafone is fooling Prepay customer by using misleading advertisement . Twitter and Facebook is neither unlimited nor free as they are marketing.
I just came off form the customer care centre 777 of vodafone and as per them as soon as you exhaust your data your twitter and Facebook account freeze to operate . I check the terms and condition and its clearly mentioned that its free even after your data is exhausted.

I have been using vodafone for the last 5 years...and I have been suffering from forcefully deduction of money for the services which i hve never activated...so I request the company to please return my money back...I have not activated any caller tune services on 10th may, 2011 but you have forcefully activated on my no...and deducted money fo that...My mobile no. is +[protected]

they deduct money from my account without my knowledge on account of caller tune which i have not requested.i had called sevrel times to vodafone 's Customer care number 111 and 121. but there is no reply from there side .
they deduct Rs.45.oo from my account, i want my money back as soon as possible even within 24hr.

i cant send any sms why i dont know, when i buy my number, that time i can send sms to my friend, but now i cant sent to them.i complained costomer care but they did'nt give me write answer, and i want caller tune on my number also .so how to get a new song of hollywood, bollywood, album .please inform to me about this callertune & sms.

I’ve activated Missed Call Information (MCI) service on 27th Feb with Vodafone so that I could receive any miss calls if my phone Is switched off. This was because my phone is switched off often because of some reasons. But I’m not receiving any miss call alerts and it is really hurting my living. I have complained a lot of times and no action is been taken.

Hi,
I had purchased a post paid Vodafone connection from the south extention store on Sunday, july the 25th.
I was assured that the connection would be activated within four hours of buying the connection, however it has still not been activated.

If u can please look in to the matter and see what can be done I’ll be highly grateful.

I had activated vodafone live with Rs. 95. for free surfing for one month.
During that period I have not activated any other package. or not downloaded chagable songes, videos etc.
Still daily Rs. 5 are geting deducted from my balance from last 20 days.
I need justice for this

I have been using vodafone post paid since 4 months and did not find it to solve mine network problem in my area.

I am living in Dange, thergoan area and vodafone has worst network there.

worst condition i faced on 13-15 march 2010, call discount, call discount in between conversation and busy network.

I submit a complaint one month ago.Vodafone Co. added downloads charges in my bill but my handset unable for GPRS. I complaint at Vodafone Store but there is no response to me and they added Rs.435/- downloads charges in my next bill.What I do I don`t understand.

i had applied for vodafone billing card and they had told me that i will recieve the card in three days but it took more than fifteen days .After receving the card they told the card will be activated in three days but after ten days also the card was not activated . then i told i want the refund and still thier is no response from thier side .

I am a vodafone cust from past 2yrs and on july 30th rs.69 was deducted from my a/c for the service which i have not activated and when called the cust care it was pathatic service what they provioded and they hung up when requested for supervisor and and the SR# is [protected] and the issue is not sorted out. It was one of the worst service from vodafone.

Hi,

I have done the recharge of Rs.148 throught Etop up for the WCC option on 26th, Still I am not able to use the service. Even after repeated calls to the customer care they are not able to give a proper solution.

So guys I would say that don't use this WCC 148 option from Vodafone. They are taking the money but not allowing us to use service.

My office is in masjid moth, uday park, new delhi, but there are no signal at all of vodafone, only airtel works here. all vodafone connection in my office are dead, this place is a commercial area even then the connection does not work, my no is [protected](postpaid), pls help or i should also discontinue...

I have applied for a new post paid number three back from panvel vodafone gallery 022-[protected]. Still not get activated. They are most irresponsible person. They even allot the number which is already used by some person. They even not check the number.

I HAD BOUGHT A PRE-PAID VOUCHER FOR RS 299/- ON JANUARY'08 FOR REDUCING THE CALL RATE CHARGES. IT WAS REJECTED AS THE VALIDITY HAD EXPIRED.
THEN I FILLED UP THE FORMS FOR CREDITING THE AMOUNT AS TALK VALUE TO MY EXISTING ACCOUNT([protected]).
TILL DATE (24/04/2008) THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM VODAFONE -KOLKATA OFFICE.
PLZ HELP ME.

My no. is [protected].I am just fed up with their service.This has happened a no. of times.without my request,company will introduce some c/tune,charge for it and would not react through SMS as it is programed not to accept reply messages.After repeated attempts they do not pick up their phone.This day light robbery happening to us and we feel so helpless! helo i am currently using your vodafone prepaid card. i have also added the Re. 59 bonus card(which gives 30p/50p/Re1.00 for V2V, V2Others, & V2Local respectively) now for two days when i dial a local mobile phone i am charged for local landline & when i asked at 111 they gave some irrelavant answers

maine aaj subah 7 baje via internet rs.300 ka topup refill recharge kiya lekin mujhe sirf 174 ka talk time hi mila jabki itna talk time toh rs.200 ke recharge me hi milta hain.
aur aapke customer care ke executive ne bataya ki yeh recharge sirf 30 days ke liye hi hai jabki mera 1 year ka recharge kiya tha jiska expiry date may 2008 hai.

vodafone ne yeh galat kam kiya hai.

This is the number of Shruti or Shilpi +[protected].

Their job is to call on behalf of Vodafone in Bangalore and bother customers of other operators to take vodafone connection.

They are also good in giving missed calls. I am fed up of these calls. I have already blacklisted this number, but somehow these people find other numbers to call again and again.

Vodafine activated a service named "vodafone alerts" without my permission. I did not send any request for the activation of this service.
I talked to the customer care executive, he told to deactivate the service but not to refund the deducted amount back.

Second time they have tried to overcharge me for data I haven't used. I installed an app to actually measure it and found they were lying about how much data I was using. When I told them they got scared and changed my bill to the correct amount. But how many other people do they do this to?
