Vodafone review: balance deduction 128

My number [protected], Rs.30 deducted wrongly. So, kindly refund my balance ASAP. contact - [protected], [protected]

It with great disappointment for what vodafone have reached from lying on customers, by canceling there customers' order without returning to them, and not solving the customer issues even preventing them to escalation. Due to their laziness I am losing my money.

I got message from Vodafone, Fiji, Ltd that i won 400000 thousand dollars and a Kia motors branded 2012 model vehicle and it said that to claim it go to kiamotorsclaims@hotmail.com...what should i do? is it really i won it or they are just playing around.please reply.

Vodaphone keep changing the day they take money from my account causing me to go overdrawn almost every other month can they do this ? i have called and asked them to takethe money on a fixed date but they refuse

Vodafone Customer Care Agents are laying to customers. They are informing customers that they lodged the complaints with out lodging. They are making fools the customers. They even did not respond to the customers.

Despite of DND activated, i continuously receive SPAM messages regarding sale purchase from different companies. I don't want any such unsolicited messages. I have filed my complaint several time to my service provider "Vodafone" but no action is taken so far.

I have been registered with the National Do Not Call Registry for the last 4 years and do not want telemarketers to call me. In spite of me informing vodafone of the same, i continue to get numerous calls from telemarketers.

My balance has been deducted for unnecessary schemes introduced by them. Without my permission they are activating these schemes and bonus cards and charging for it. My money has not been refunded even after sending complaints after complaints. In all there is a complete lack of management.

I submitted all the doc & fee to convert my prepaid to postpaid .its almost one week. They are not activating my sim & they have also deactivated my prepaid No. If this problem is not solved i will file a complain to consumer court.

The january bill includes around 300 call charges. The other party had switched off his mobile and all my calls which were returned with the message "mobile unavailable/switched off" was charged. The customer care says those were valid charges and the other party had not switched off his mobile.

I received an sms saying that my mobile number has won £1000. 000.Pound and the message also asked to call +[protected] or to email to nokianige@live.com for claims.

I wanted to know whether it is real or just a fraud,

i am sick and tired of this Vodafone service in Mumbai.
Cant make a sinmgle call without getting diconnecxted at least once during the conversation. if u are on road.. then signals drop near swea faces, flyovers and tracks.. Dont know what to do..?

i was using vodafone for last two years and i found that u have to search for network by urself in punjab . even in villages area i does not works at all. so its better if u can use airtel in punjab . airtel is the best in punjab than vodafone, if u want to be in punjab than use airtel only for better network and coverage .
