Debit amount exceeds contract amount
I took a vodacom Topup 315 contract. The agreed contract amount is R324 per month as indicated on the contract.I have noted that R466 have been deducted and that is not the amount agreed upon.
Two buttons on key pad cracked
I got a contract cell phone with vodacom on march 2008.Two or three monts after i got the cell phone two buttoms cracked, was taken to be repair at vodacare Pietermaritzberg, the keypad was
replace .This month the cell phone same two buttoms cracked, was taken to be fix and they claim the cell phone has liquid damage. They want 600.00 rand to replace the keypads and we have to pay for it to be fix. This cell phone has two years warranty and i fill it should be replace, as many people has the same problems with the keypad. If not it should be fix as i still have to pay 160.00 rand a month for the contract of this handset until the end of the contract.Sharon Wolf from custumer care told me to return the hanset to Pietermaritzberg vodacare to be sent to advanced repair center for second assesment, but they can not confirm if
the advanced repair center will repair the handset under warranty as this will determinet by the assesment. They claim
liquid damage voids the warranty, but with two cracked buttoms it may have some liquid damage. This handset should be taken out of the market as is to many people with the same problem.Vodacom knows about the problem of this type of handset and i suppose Sony Ericson.I will like to know who is going to repair or replace this handset.I told the costumer care i will never get a contract with them again. For sure i will not get a sony ericson again.

my sony mobile was showing a complaint that i cannot attent the call when it answering
Bad service
I changed my banking details online a week before the debit order went off my account. After doing this a week later Vodacom still debited the wrong account that obviously was closed and therefore they did not get paid. I called them to inform them about this and asked them to resolve the issue. A week later the issue was 'resolved'. Another week down the line I was told to pay immediately so I called informed them what happened again and was told to pay again. I paid and was told everything was OK. Later that day my phone was cut off and I called again, to be told they had no record of any calls I had made or any changes I had done. I had to resubmit all my emails which I did that evening and now I still have not had a reply and my phone is still disconnected. The staff have been rude, unhelpful and completely despondent to my problem.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one knows what's happening with regards to their call agents/staff and that stupid bot that is useless! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! You can't just say my order is cancelled, Not notify me why or when I will get my money back, they have not refunded me!
Good day
The Vodacom network is off for a week now in Pearston Easterrn Cape. We cannot receive calls nothing. Our families don't have contact with us and in emergency situations we can't do anything. Can you please see whats happening in Pearston and fix it. If the problem still goes on, we must then switch from service providers.
One of their Rude Consultants by the Name of Atish Singh had the nerve to hang the phone on me when i was complaining about the delay in my contract Cancellation, lack of Professionalism from my end i must say . i will never ever in my life recommend or take a contract with vodacom.
I have been on the line for 4 hours now regarding the summer rewards. I have transferred R18500.00 to some "charity" so that I can win R30000.00
I have not received my 100% cash back yet! This issue needs to be resolved immediately

Have tries to speak to customer care but just get this hopeless voice activated message which ends by say "I cannot help"
How do I speak to a human?
on 21 June 2023, I contacted Vodacom Fiber department to inform them that I would be moving to a new house on 01 July 2023. I was given this reference: SO230621-2513. I have still not received the service I have requested despite numerous calls to 0821904. On 21 July 2023, It would be a month since I requested to be assisted.

On 3 July I requested a SIM SWAP to an eSIM as wel as an eSIM on my watch
The instructions did not work, trying 4 deferent QR codes, said it was active on another device.
Vodacom Business support line seems unwilling to escalate the problem to higher level.
