I sold my BMW 330Ci back to VOB Auto Sales (hereafter, the Company). Before the transaction, the Company's sales manager Mr. Armon Tuscani made his promise very clearly that I can get the prorated warranty refund of the car after selling my car back to VOB Auto Sales. So the total amount I can get should be (the sale price + prorated warranty refund). That's why I agreed to sell my car to the Company at that time.
During the transaction process, Mr. Tuscani also made a photocopy of the extended warranty contract of my car and said he would handle the refund, and also asked me for the mailing address of the refund check. But it's now already over two months, and I still haven't received the warranty refund check. I contacted the Company again but now the Company denies the promise, and still owes me the prorated warranty refund.
Mr. Armon Tuscani is very dishonest, crude, and unprofessional. At the Bethesda Audi dealership he followed a customer to her car, took her picture with his cell phone, gave her the finger, and acted like he was jerking off. I'm unsure how Audi, or any company, can employ him with his rap sheet. He uses a fake name as his Iranian name is Fazlollah Sohrab. I would not trust him with any personal information.
