We bought the inflatable raft from Vminnovations. But the seller sold me wrong size of the raft. When I called to the customer services, I thought that they would simply change the size. However, there was the procedure and it was very long and annoying. The rep told that we had 30 days to return it and we needed to wait for the response. But we returned the raft 3 months ago and still no response from them. What do I need to do now?
