Hi, I had booked a trail meet with VLCC wellness at al Quasis branch and I had met the lady working with them and she explained everything about the scheme and later we came to the cost part wherein I said I have only come here for knowing the product and then she is like its a month end and you will loose the program so kindly pay some amount and later if you want we can always cancel it. I had agreed as I thought I shouldnt loose the program. After consulting with lots of friend I had finally agreed that I would not join so I called the next early morning and informed them that I would not want to join and now its been a week I am running for my money and the lady is saying that its mentioned in the invoice the money cant be refunded so sorry you have to use the money for any other stuff which is available with them. I am shocked to hear this from VLCC, lots of people did advice me about them that they cheat give lots of false promises and now I am one of the victim. I dont know what to do so kindly advice me what to do. I paid my money on the 30th of june and I called the next day to cancel. I have attached the invoice for your reference.
Yes they brainwash you to make payments saying it is the last day. They convince you to go for treatments without looking into your health history. And they charge you 4 times for the products they sell And the no refund policy should be looked into by the consumer society
I have ben a customer at VLCC DUBAI since 2011, I did lots of treatments starting from LASER (I paid around AED 12K) and I pushed my sister to do slimming (she paid AED 16K), with other treatments that I did like twice a year botox and face clean up plus hair, , , , Recently Minakshi at Marina Brand promised me to get minmum 80% cellulite reduction I paid AED3K for couple of sessions of Slim sonic & Massage after 15 Sessions I got barely 20% reduction and I am so much disppointed especiaaly after contacting her several times but she ignored, even while taking an appointment no one was trying to fix it for me they don't even follow up if I don't call.. I did as well lip fillers and I was really planning to continue doing that like botox every 6 months but I got 0 results although she told me retouch will be free but when I told her I got 0 results she asked me to pay again for the fillers!
I need my money back or you need to deliver what u have promised I am also planning to go for Filler & Botox by December end but I won't do that at VLCC if u will not solve my problem, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I pushed my sister to do treatments at 16K she got 0 results and she didn't continue due to pregnancy when she asked to continue they said it was expired!
I paid around 3 K for Cellulite reduction and I got 0 results I will never ever go back there at any cost unless they refund or they solve the problem

I have paid mire than 14k and my sister 9k in 29 July 2018. They called me once for appointment only after that i used to call and struggled alot to find appointments. I have raised a complaints so many time no action has been taken. I want my money back because you guts care for money only not for people needs. I will make it a police case if my money not returned back. Call mr asap [protected]
You will not get any refund, they cheated us they ask for full payment in advance and they don't care if you will get or not the results and you will never get results so this is how they make money they will ask you to pay again & again...
MEENAKSHI AT VLCC MARINA kept convincing me with some treatments after I pay she didn't even care
