VLCC Health Care review: cheating the customers 34

This comment is for VLCC pan India. I go to VLCC for all my services. I got my multiple sittings for laser hair reduction and keratin done here.
Beginning of June 2018, I was suggested this facial for 6000/- with an offer of 1 plus 1. That is you pay for 5-6 sessions one shot and you get the same doubled. I went for the 7x charcoal facial and paid 35k upfront.
Now hear me out, to my surprise.
The bill this VLCC branch generated did not match the price they quoted to me. They created two bills, one with the facial charged at 3999/- X 5 times which made for some 25k. Rest were for products that I never bought. When I asked for a proper bill, they said the prices are not listed as it is a new facial program. Worse is I did not get this bill immediately, they prepared and sent it to me post 8 p.m. Next morning when I saw the bill I called them and asked them. The answer did not convince me. Are they allowed to just create any bill at their will? I have spoken to them twice on this matter. I am yet to personally visit them again.
Now the next surprise I get and that which leaves me spell bound and struck is, VLCC pan India sends me a message saying the same facial is at a offer price for 3100/-. The same is advertised on their website. I could not believe what I was seeing. I felt cheated with the charges as I had already paid 35 thousand upfront.
Now please suggestion how do we deal with such business.

Vlcc is one the worst Health Care center. I dont know how they are getting customers . My wife had a very big tragedy at VLCC. SO guys be stay away from VLCC . Better throw your money in garbage bin then spending at VLCC.

Oh my Goodness ! i just read the comment now this would most helpful for me... because from VLCC their given free health consultant and i was went to VLCC and get the information...their told me you're too weight and given some weight loss package..that time told this package coming under offer if you're late it will be double price..today is last date for offer...
i was just thinking on it and hold the program due to over cost but now read the above comments.. SURE i will not go for VLCC better we can run some time or joining to the Gym is best...

Everyday is teh last day of discount and they ask you to pay by credit card and that the card is with you interest... They are very smart. The manager keep changing so the onus is on no one... When i didnt come for many days.. They are not bothered to ask why you are not coming and not bothered.. They have already received teh money... So why ask is their mentality
I appeal l to people... Send a message to me and i will guide you.. But dont waste your money.. This is all a farce... Dont join vlcc. You will actually thank me

I had gone to the VLCC, vashi centre to join the 5 kg weight loss program. However,

the counsellor there, sonal, provided information that they have a
guaranteed weight loss package and a guaranteed inch loss package which is very

effective and I should join that for guaranteed benefit. She said that if I
join the normal package weight loss/Inch loss may happen, may not happen, so it is

better that I join the guaranteed package. So, I paid rs.17369 to VLCC,
vashi for both the packages on 01 jun 2012 & started on 04 june 2012. (The amount

paid was for 5 ts sessions (one additional they gave complimentary) (with
the ts sessions coming with a guaranteed inch loss) & the weight loss package with

a 5 kg guaranteed weight loss.
However I faced the following issues:
the first ts session I had: the girl who did the massage led to burning of skin due

to improper handling. However, I did not complain, but I DID bring this
to the notice of the dietician and the physiotherapist.
But the second ts session was horrible. It seems that the girl who DID the massage

does not have the kind of experience to do it. She hit my rib bone with
the vibrating machine very hard many times in front and on the sides. The massage

she did was with one finger/Thumb and not with hand. After the massage, I
got rib bone pain, sore muscles and tummy muscles were swollen and tender too.

Heaviness in tummy and digestion related problems started.
I immediately contacted shruti and jyoti who are the dieticians. However, they said

it was normal and would take 5-6 days to normalise. I thought that
probably, since they are experienced, what they say is right and it must be normal.

I was also unable to go for my weight loss sessions post this, as merely
touching that part of skin would aggravate the existing pain. I have hardly gone

twice for the weight loss sessions post this issue, however, since it hurt,
I had to cut short those two sessions and could not take for the 45 minutes

duration as would have been. Since the issues didnt subside after more 2 weeks, I
spoke to the doctor there, doctor deepa. She also said its normal, and prescribed

some medicine and asked me to massage with an oil
since then, the the problems still persist
I have written to them more than one month back and have told them that since the

package I joined was not a normal package (where they say that there will
be "upto 5 kgs weight loss" or "upto so and so amount inch loss"); the package I

joined was a guarateed package and since they were not able to fulfil the
guarantee, they should refund my money. Moreover, I have to spend time and money on

treating the health issues that have arisen because of wrong method of
doing massage with vibrator & I have to bear constant pain.
No gain has happened due to joining VLCC and I have to bear pain

Post sending mails, the centre head, pratiksha, the counsellor, sonal, and the

zonal head has called me many times accepting that there has been a mistake on
their part, and the guaranteed weight loss and guaranteed inch loss has not taken

place, also there has been negligence and carelessness on their part, however, I

have still not got my refund, though I am sending repeated mails for my refund
I request you to take this matter and help me in getting my refund which is more

than rs.17000/- I have even spoken to the customer care and they agree that it is a

mistake on their part, but say that they cannot give refund

Had they not committed and given guarantee, I would not have asked the money back,

but in my case it was a guaranteed package and they had committed to something

which they have not fulfilled, hence they should give refund of my amount that I

paid them

NOW I TAKE CUCUMBERS, CARROT, VEGETABLES AND FRUITS LIKE MOUSAMBI, ORANGE, APPLE AND PEANUTS FIVE PLAIN BISCUITS ONE GLASS MILK AND CURD /CHAAS. Not willing further to join VLCC for weight loss/health care package after reading the comments by various customers.

Regrettable customer service!

I've been going to VLCC gym, phase I, gurgaon for 2 weeks. Today, a girl had forgotten her cell on a treadmill which I was using. During my jog, a trainer came, asked me for that phone, and gave it to that girl. And later in the day I received a call from a Ms. Banita (somebody in management) virtually blaming me for attempted theft, and asked me to apologize to that girl.
Kudos for customer service! :(

VLCC is fake, its a complete sham as far as slimming is concerned. I joined the GK 2 center for a weight loss program last july. Although I was promised a weight loss of 10 kgs in 3 months, after six months I have reduced just 2 kgs. I had a word with my consultant regarding this and she then adviced me that in addition to the treatment I had already enrolled for I should have also added thermo slim to the package. If I wanted to add this now I would need paying an addition INR 10000.

My request would be not to spent your hard earned money on institutes such as this as they are all fake. The consultants who enroll you are the best sales people I have seen in any industry. The consultants put you on a strict diet with almost no proteins or vitamins. The so called machines that are supposed to reduce the fat and increase the metabolism are utilised to the minimum. The centre wants you to reduce weight by eating less and working out more. If this was the case one just needs to join a gym and consult a dieticien which would cost one third of what we end up paying VLCC.

its very true... vlcc people really cheat.. as similar incident happened to me too..
my mother had joined for slimming paid rs 10000, attended a few sessions then due to health reasons she discontinued.. she had informed many times thru phone that she s not well.. aftr she recovered when she returned they said her time validity is over.. but when she joined they had called out many times that it is a lifetime validity.. as in ur case they asked us to wait and brought a card showing validity 2 months where in my mother had signed.. but it was very clear that 2 months is written in pen rest was printed.. they could have written then..this is blank cheating.. we didnt ask for a refund we just asked fr some other parlour services which they denied..we ve lost our money..could anybody help us? we joined vlcc as it is known nd its international we never expected vlcc people are making money like this..
this happened at mangalore branch.
