Vivid Seatsnever received my tickets

I ordered 2 tickets to a NHL game on October 13, 2018 for a game on November 3, 2018. I have my receipt and conformation email that I did order them. I still do not have my tickets. I contacted vivid seats and was told the tickets were delivered and accepted. I never received any email about claiming my tickets. I am beyond frustrated with this considering I spent over 300$ on the tickets. I was told they cannot be re transferred to me because they have already been excepted. Not by me they weren't. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have checked my trash, spam, deleted emails and there is nothing sent from anyone about tickets. So I am out 322$. I will be sure to spread the word never to use this company.
