Viva Telecom Kuwait — prepaid call service
Viva telecom Kuwait was giving balance validity of 20 days for 1 KD. I have two three phone lines one for business, one for personal plus a data line. Suddently without any notification message, They cut down the validity from 20days to 7 days. BY the way they are charging 4Kd/Month for just one phone line.
How come policy change 3 times difference from old policy?
Is this possible to go without any notfication?
Previously i was having a balance of 6 kd, Suddently my balance was missing, When I enquired to customer care, They told you activated english tutorials by message. I told them i never send any message and if i send, it will be in my sent items.
