This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

Two weeks ago I ordered a trial bottle of the acai berry and a trial bottle of the colon cleanse, 2 lots of 3.95 were debited from my credit card. I have just checked my online bank account to find that not one but two! Payments of £74.53 have been deducted! I have most certainly not agreed to any terms and conditions that let this absolute disgrace of a company take this money, luckily I noticed on the day this went out otherwise I would be incurring charges from my bank. I will be calling viv3 labs first thing monday morning (they are conveniently closed at weekends) and demanding an explanation and a refund of my cash. When ordering the free trial nowhere on the website does it have an option to agree to terms and conditions.

Do not buy this product, it is a scam and they will fleece you for all you have!

I will be contacting watchdog and msn regarding this as people need to know what this company is doing.

The same has happened to me, I sent for the free trial no where did i see on terms and conditions that i had toagree to them i also did not notice that if i didnt cancel within the 15 days i would be charged an activation fee of £65 !

I cancelled at end of septemeber but they keep sending me more tablets and charging ne £82 .96 so far i have been invoiced for £370 !

How can they get away with this, its tantamount to theft.

Yes they have scammed me too. I have just sent a nasty email to them telling them that I will not take this lying down and demanded a refund of $160 for Life Cleanse tavlets that I didn't even receive. I have contacted my bank to cancel my credit card. I also have phoned my friend who is a lawyer and he said that this is becomming a common problem with oredering products on-line wih companies that are not well known.

I will keep you posted as to how it all unfolds...

Like everyone else, I too sent for free sample, for my daughter, paying S&H of $11.00NZD.
I recently pd my credit card in full, so was surprised to find a debit amount of $171NZD owing. Checked and could find no reference as to what it was. Surprise surprise 1 week later I receive in the post a new order of Acai berry and Life cleanse! I knew staright away them that it had to have been them. Further checks to my credit card finds another amount deducted of $141NZD also, but no product received. Site says they will not accept returns, so now stuck with unwanted product which has cost in excess of $300NZD! Very expensive lesson to learn, and I still cant see the small print where it says we have to cancel or that it is an auto ship. Blatant scam!

I recieved a second bottle of Acai Berry Detox after the first free bottle, although I had not agreed to do so. I immediately wrapped it up again sending it back with a note to say I had not ordered it and I would like a refund.

I did not get a response, but the following month, I was charged for yet another bottle which I did not even recieve!

I cancelled my credit card and my bank is investigatating on my behalf.

I am appalled that this could happen and it is nothing but a rip off!

Like several of the above letters, I too have been scammed. Fortunately I checked my bank account last night and found that £69.95 had been taken from my account instead of £6.95. I immediately telephoned the emergency number of the Halifax Bank who were very helpfel, even at 11pm, my card was cancelled and I should receive a replacement in the next seven days. I was told to pursue any numbers etc that I could find and if no luck to contact the Bank again who will hopefully be able to refund the £60. True - a lesson well learnt.

Sent away for the trial offered for £6.95, two weeks ago and received same a few days ago. Fine, until I checked my bank account last night to find that £69.95 had been taken out. Immediately phoned the emergency number of the Halifax Bank and theywere very helpful, even at 11pm at night! My card was immediately cancelled and new one will be issued within seven days, I was advised to pursue this direct with any telephone numbers I could find but after reading all the previous letters this obiously this seems pointless, I was adviced to contact the Bank again who will hopefully reimburse the £60.00. As has been said - a lesson well learnt. S. Green

Dont wait for a response, they will not contact you. Request the refund, you are entitled to a refund on any product within 30 days of the order being placed. Refund policy : http://viv3labs.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=26&nav=0
They tell you that you aren't entitled to a refund on the trial after the 15 days, but it is possible to get one. A few people including myself have received one. The policy states a refund on any product, it does not state that the trial is not included. Also the trial is no longer a trial after the 15 days, it transfers to a subscription meaning you get charged for it. They push the you are not entitled thing to scare you off.

About products not received, found here :http://viv3labs.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=14&nav=0

Generally it takes approximately one working week for an order to be processed and delivered.

However it might take up to two working weeks in exceptional cases until the product is delivered to you. Specifically customers in Australia and Canada might have delays due to strict customs regulations in those countries.

We therefore kindly ask you NOT to contact support before one working week has passed since you confirmed your purchase on-line.

In case you were not at home when the product was delivered and the slot in the letterbox was too small to get the package inside, the package will normally be returned to the nearest post office. The postman would have left a note in the letterboxstating that the package is in the post office. It is expected that you would pick up the package within 5 days. If you did not collect it during this time it is returned to the warehouse.

In an event that you have waited longer than two working weeks and made sure that no one at your house (your neighbours, housemate etc.) has taken the delivery, and neither was the package returned to the nearest post office and you still did not receive your shipment we kindly ask you to contact our support team: If you are calling from the UK, please call our toll free number on (0) [protected]. If you are calling from outside the UK please call our International Number on +(44) [protected] or e-mail us at, support@viv3.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Hi,

Thank you for this information. I've been scammed 2 lots of $148.89 (Australia) and only got the 'free' trial bottles. Are they really fake? Is it worthwhile going thru Government agencies in UK, consumer affairs to try and get our monies back and get prosecutions against them for fraud.

I am faced with the same problem and I have cancelled by membership today. I have been charged for the trial period but unfortunately I did not cancel before the 15 day period so there is nothing I can do about that. However I have subsequently been charged twice for supplements which I never received. Please can anyone advice whether I need to wait for the e-mail that they are supposed to send me before I make any inquiry regarding the refund? Also does anyone know whether there is any mention in the terms and conditions about products that haven't been received?

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! Im also a victim... even after speaking with them and given a 10 digit cancellation number which guaranteed my refund I received nothing except another credit card bill with 2 lots of unauthorised payments! No even a sniff of the product! The only way to stop future unauthorised payments from being taken is to block my card and get a new one. A damn inconvenience & a lesson well learnt!

Hola!

Muchs gracias

I also had a similar experience with these guys. I got my refund after 5 days. I got similar responses from them. I sent them a whole bunch of emails but I believe one email made them act and give me back my money. The email I sent is as follows:

To: support@viv3.com

How can and why would you close this ticket without a satisfactory response?

Kindly leave this ticket open until I am satisfied for it to be closed.

I have read a lot of comments on the web and it would appear you guys may be a bunch of frauds. I am hoping this is not the case and I would get a refund of my money as I am still within the 30 days refund period as stated in your terms and conditions below:

C. Refunds. We want You to be satisfied with Our Products and Our services; therefore, if You are ever not satisfied with any Product that You ordered, You may call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at [protected] or (+44) [protected] outside of the UK and request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. You may receive a refund of any Product that You ordered up to thirty (30) days after Your order is placed.
2. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per Product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the Product, as delivered to You, is defective. Trading Planet LTd. reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in Trading Planet LTd.’s judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
3. In order to process Your refund, You must supply Trading Planet LTd. with Your name and delivery address. If You provide us with insufficient or incorrect information, Your refund will be delayed.
4. Depending on the bank that issues the credit card You used, Your refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on Your credit card statement. If You have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by Trading Planet LTd., please call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at [protected] or (+44) [protected] outside of the UK.
5. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

I have called your company on so many occasions only to be hung up on without getting a satisfactory resolution. That is in no way professional and does not help to ease my concern about if I am dealing with an ethical company or not.

I would like a response ASAP about when I will receive my refund. I have not received any further tablets, nor do I want them. I requested the free trial in good faith and expected that and nothing else.

Please be advised that I have enlisted the advice of a lawyer (bcc'ied on this email) and you are in breach of the consumer right laws of UK. I have a copy of the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 and you contravene over 50% of it. If you do not issue me a refund I will have no choice but to take this matter further. I will fight until I get my money back, even at my personal cost as it is about the principle. I will take this down the small claims route (also Trading Standards and informing Watchdog if necessary). I will do whatever it takes!
Also note that there will be a whole lot of people willing to go with me on this if necessary, as evidenced by all the complaints on the web and further enquiries I have made.

Please let me know WHEN I will be receiving my refund of £149.44 (i.e. £74.72 for Life Cleanse and £74.72 for Acai berry) debited to my card.

Once again I cannot emphasise enough that I WILL fight for my money back by taking this to the small claims court if I do not receive a refund!

Sincerely,

J

Hola

Same with me, I have been billed over $400.00 and have returned the product which cost me another $54.79 in postage. I would love to know which police to contact. The only one I can think to call is the Bradley Stoke police in Brighton. My only resort was to declare my card lost and to get a new one with a different number.

Viv3 Lab- LagondisSolutions-Mydietpartner- Try Acai Pure - All of them under the same scam umbrella! I did read the terms and conditions and they still took £46 illegally out of my account 2 weeks later! I cancelled my card and it took me 5 weeks of pestering them with phone calls and e-mails to get my money refunded.
Eventually I spoke to someone called me back! Rachel at TryAcaiPure who gave me the refund and apologised. At last a normal human being to speak to!
She told me to call and ask for her on [protected] or email customerservice@tryacaipure.com FAO Rachel if there were any other queries. So go ahead and see if she can help you too?

I thaught as much and immidiately called my bank to block the card, fearing more for the details given to unknown sight, rather than being mugged later on.I got the tub in India fortunately, considering the lousy postal service that we have here and thank my stars from being charged for the tub which arrived 15 days later and despite writing in to them enquiring about the delivery all that I received was a bounce mail.I guess they were trying to buy time so that they could charge my card after the 15 days period got over.Thankfully so the card was blocked and I saved the trouble to re writing and getting it back.THIS IS A SCA

I agree whole heartedly. I am in a financial mess because of these people, they keep taking money from my bank account and I am already behind in my mortgage etc, because I had to pay medical and dental bills and have several other bills to pay - but this is becoming more difficult because these heartless people keep taking money from my bank account at different intervals and leaving me overdrawn.
I spoke to someone and was given a cancellation number, 24 hours later money appeared credited in my bank and then overnight disappeared debited again very, very cruel. I am also paying foreign exchange rates for usd currency conversion.
It was the first time I ever tried a free offer (if you can call it free!) it said all you had to pay was post and package. I will never ever do such a stupid thing again - hopefully!

These dispicable people undermine all the hardworking legitimate people who are struggling to make an honest living through online businesses.

I found this website by chance as I was trying to find out email addresses or any contact info to contact the acai berry and colon life cleanse company which I highly suspect is running under many false names.
I have been in contact with my bank and they told me to send an email to the company which seems a difficult task to execute.

I will keep trying...

I agree with all the comments about this company, they are fraudulent in their advertising, as they tempt you to buy without clear indications of what you need to do. ie Phone to stop in 7 days. Then charge £74 odd which works out at about £10 a tablet. Why can nothing be done to stop them?

Just been hit with m bank statement with £49.95 and £73.54 taken out although I had cancelled the agreement on the phone and even got a cancellation number. It is shocking. Have nearly gone overdrawn. Now off to call bank. Feel sick at the thought of having to go down the route of cancelling card and sorting out all my direct debits etc in order to stop these thieves getting more money.
Any more advice on what to do received gratefully.

I too have fallen for this scam with v3 labs, but the big payments came out under a different name, it showed as v3 labs for the delivery cost and then £72 came out as nature berries. Im with the co-operative bank and they just accused me of not checking what I was ordering (which wound me up) and wont help in any way. I have also suffered from the same scam and cant seem to get free of it over £150 has taken out of my bank accounts by these theives, Lloyds TSB say they cant stop it despite my protesting that its a scam and that they have taken the payments inspite of my cancelling it several times.
