Vitatrade Group unauthorized continuous delivery of lutrevia youth cream and oriante youth serum

I sign up for what I though was a trial period and now find myself receiving both the cream and the serum every month! I dont even have the time to finish the previous set that I get the next one. As s result, I am stacking up both products!

Please cancel these 2 order IDs: [protected] and [protected] soonest!

Ridiculous way of force selling a product. What if I dont like it or it gives me a rash?

Vitatrade Group food supplement

I did ask for 1 bottle of food supplement pills but receive them just about weekly for the grand total of $142.75 usd being in aus that equals $193.05. We have asked via email and via that dodgy voicemail phone number they gave us in which no one ever returns our calls.

We would like it to stop immediately.

Vitatrade Group skin care product

I have received a product that I certainly didnt order. I dont even have the phone that is listed on the front of the parcel. It is a skin care product Value USD 119.31.
I am going to go to the police re this matter as this is fraud.

Please look into this and refund me the money.

I do not want any more products sent to me, I tried a sample and now you keep sending me more products and charging an enormous amount that I do not have. Vitatrade Group face cream

I writing to complain about this company that has been taking money out of my visa account for cream (try vix) that I did not agree to and wish for them to stop.
My card has had two lots of payments taken out without my permission and I have not received and items. I have spoken to my bank and had the visa cancelled. If this matter is not resolved here I will take further action myself to fix this. I do not even know who the company is as we think it has happened through quants airline site after completing a servey.

Vitatrade Group garcinia cambogia

I no longer wish to recieve this product. I have sent back the last 2 products and requested you stop sending and billing me but yet again I have received another package.

the lastest or ID is [protected] dispatched 7 June 2018, please close any account related to me; if these deliveries do not stop I will be taking further action.

Vitatrade Group I have been sent skincare items I did not order and do not want my credit card to be charged

This is a complete scam. I received an email from Woolworths saying that I could chose a gift as part of a reward for being a loyal customer. I chose some skincare and was told that there would be a delivery charge which I paid. I did not agree to order any other products and have now received 2 parcels both of which are marked Skincare product. I do not want them for two reasons one because I never ordered them and the other reason is that the previous free gift cream was horrible and I actually threw it away. The details of the orders are Order ID [protected] - value $119.60 USD and Order ID [protected] - value $79.93 USD.
Please advise how I should return the items and ensure that my credit card is noit charged

Vitatrade Group trilixton muscle builder

I completed an online survey for Qantas & received an offer for various products to try for free. I selected one& had to go through a checkout process. When you reach the checkout, there is a small postage charge, then another delivery charge ( alarm bells should have been screaming). the product arrives & that is fine. Then 1 month later I get another delivery which I did not ask for & my credit card $136 plus a $4 international transaction fee.I would like to stop receipt of this delivery asap please.
the product was shipped from Switzerland.

Vitatrade Group unauthorised credit card use

As with all the other complaints I have read, I was silly enough to believe it was samples. Received samples, one of which had one squirt in it. Computer had been down for sometime, so was not aware $577.57 had been taken. All attempts at emailing and phoning, of course went nowhere. I have my bank on the matter but to make sure, I cancelled my credit card. If that goes nowhere, am thinking of bring the police into the matter. PS How can you attach an invoice or correspondence when there isn't any.

Vitatrade Group tryvix

Hi, I have just received (20th June) by post a jar of Try Vix anti wrinkle cream charged to my Visa account USD 90.47 (131.00 AUD) +$5.10 tax fee.
The order ID: quoted on the package is: [protected]

The problem is I never ordered this product and do not want it _ especially at the price for a very small jar. I do not know how whoever sent it got my address and Visa card details. There is no documentation enclosed with the product. Other than the Order ID and P.P.Swiss Post and Vitatrade on the delivery package I have no idea who else to contact - I did try the Australian supplier of Try Vix but message failed to send through their website contact. I hope you can advise and help. There is no return address so how do I get a refund?

I am having the same problem trying to contact tryvix which i cancelled and returned the products to find i have had over $400 dollars taken rom my bank acc. I want this money back as i don't want this product and will report it to the authorities if nothing is done to prevent this company from taking peoples money without their authority, .

I do not want to pay for any more of your products. I never agreed to keep purchasing the product, I was only paying the postage on free gifts!.
I'm returning the 2 that have been sent to me.
You are not allowed to charge my credit card anymore and I insist on being reimbursed for any charges made for these items that have been made besides the initial prostate cost.

Vitatrade Group free trial on skin care products

I have just been on the phone to a consultant to cancel any future credit card transaction for this product, I did not get a chance to say I did not want to continue using the product, I did not have any information about the amount of money it was going to cost me. I have no email invoice, and the cost is crazy! Your company makes it almost impossible to contact anyone to cancel, and until the actual deduction of $131 and $127 were taken from my credit card, I did not know how to cancel.

The gentleman on the phone (Sydney customer service phone number) tried to get me to agree to other offers for the product, eventually dropping the price down to $20 a month! I rejected all offers and clearly said I wanted all orders cancelled, but as I have now paid for a months supply, I expect to receive that order in the very near future. I asked him to confirm that I would receive an email of confirmation for all of the above requests, and as yet, nearly 1 hr later, I have had no email communication of any of the phone call requests. I would like confirmation that I will no longer be charged for this product, and also that the creams I have paid for, will be sent ASAP.

I feel this is a very underhanded way to run a business, and very very surprised that high profile celebrities such as Helen Mirren would put their name to such a fraudulent activity such as this.

Vitatrade Group health & beauty - skin creams - anti-aging / volidian & tryvix unauthorised credit card charges

I sent for a trial on these products for which I was asked to only pay the postage.
I did NOT order any further products which you have since removed money from my account multiple times amounting to hundreds of dollars in last two months, which is Fraud !
I expect this amount to be refunded Asap
I received my trial in April with no paperwork. I received another parcel
in June, also no paperwork, plus product is out of date. I am returning this product and expect complete return of all money charged to my account or
I have already informed Fraud Squad if this does not happen.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered free sample and just payed for shipping. They have been charging my credit card $135 twice a month! One extra unwanted delivery arrived!

Vitatrade Group unauthorised credit card charges

I filled out a survey & was told all I had to pay was $1.99 shipping charges and they would send me some anti aging cream - volidian & tryvix - I continued to read more about it and saw that I had to pay for these items so I quickly backed out of what I had been doing & attempted to delete my c/card details but I must have been too late obviously as they had already seen my details : (
I hadn't heard anything from them and in fact had forgotten all about it as it was weeks ago that I did this and then lo and behold, money was taken out of my account without any prior warning $137.05 I was totally blown away as I had to ring my bank westpac to find out who debited my account and have been trying to track these people down since 13/6/2018 I was given this number by my bank - [protected] but its not ringing through?
I am not happy that not only have they taken my money but I have not received any items either..!
I would like other people out there to know my story and to be aware of this group as they are thieves and all I want is to have my money returned.
I have cancelled my card and will be issued a new one but that all costs as well and I feel so helpless knowing I was scammed like this, so please beware people, dont fall into the same trap that I did.

Ive been charged multiple times for payments over over $100. Would be nice to see some invoices as ive only order it once as a trial. I had 6 different order numbers which doesnt make sense. Orders #901058089 #900917680 #900725466 #900917177 #901153989 #901153639

Would love a refund on all of this due to the fraudulent actions. Unless provided with a proof of purchase.

I have had the same situation as most of the below comments! I did not even get a chance to trial the products, well, 2 days if you can call that a trial. Not even a month after I stupidly agreed to getting this product as a trial, I get a $127 and a $131 plus the international transaction charge on my credit card. What a fool I am. Now, I have had so much trouble contacting this company to advise them I don't want to continue using the product, that I feel as though the whole thing is a big money making fraud. If I don't have any success today, I will be reporting this set up as a fraud. I could not contact the company to cancel the automatic payment, so I have blocked my card, very inconvenient!

You have just sent me a second lot of tablets and charged my account$104.88 USD on order number [protected] which I did not order. I originally ordered free trial only to pay to ship but you charged me $104.88 for this. You have unlawfully frauded my account and I wish you to provide a complete refund. I have sent both bottles back via return post. I have informed my bank of your actions and they are now investigating the matter. My next stop will be to the local member of parliament for them to investigate. It is companies like your that base their business on deception.

I have also had $131 debited from my paypal account that I didnt know about.
You need to show me proof that I ordered this product or refund the amt you took from my account.
If not I will be contacting paypal about your company.
I have no need or requirement for this product and will not pay for postage to return it.

I have been scamed..this is going to be fixed one way or another...I received a Coles promo suggesting I was a winner in Coles Competition and as I receive these Coles emails I took it to be legite...I was told to choose a product and would only need to pay for delivery..which I did...three days later charges appeared in my Bank Account..charges being $131.00 plus $130.88... trying to get this issue settled.. have spoken to my Bank and they have advised to contact the people in charge of this frustrating scam then inform them of the attitude of those responsible.. I simply do not wish any further products delivered, I never asked for these products with the knowledge of paying these prices..I will hopefully find this action ceased..I expect remuneration and I wish to inform my Bank has a Fraud action pending...
order numbers as follows.[protected]..and [protected]...I see several people have expressed anger and disappointment over this same issue...Please see if this can be sorted...Pensioners do not pay this amount of money for face creams...stop this nonsense... return the money illegally taken and prevent any further action..

I have been duped as well I only wanting the trail size and was sent full size of two face creams and my account being charge $127 and$131 on 4th June and I have another amount of $131.87 and $135 .95 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT 19TH June 2018 without any goods being delivered .I did not want this stuff except a sample.I want my money back in my account that is $525.82 I cannot afford.My husband is also very mad about the whole thing, , This should not allow to happen.. I demand my money and other people like me that have been conned and could never nor would I buy any face creams for that amount of money ! I am a pensioner with very little funds to keep going...Order no.506359 and506359.

The same has happened to me. I was nagged over months to collect a cream I had not ordered and the total was around $1.80. I ended up paying it to get rid of the annoying emails, only to find that ANOTHER lot has arrived...USD $145.05 & another for USD $116.23 (so more for the Australian dollar)!

So unimpressed. Never wanted it in the first place and NO WAY did I want anymore of the dud product.

Have had no response so far to the number available to contact but will keep trying.
Could you please let me know if you have had any luck regarding refunds or even getting in contact with the company 'Viatrade' whoever they are?

As requested by previous comments, you need to provide proof that I have requested and signed up for such a ridiculous product.

All funds deducted from my Paypal account need to be reimbursed immediately. Your products will be returned, which is also a pest, having to drive to the post office to return something I didn't want in the first place!

I can guarantee legal action if these unreasonable prices are not refunded asap not to mention if you try to impose anymore of your products to me. Obviously, this is a common practice of yours...how could you?

Vitatrade Group being charged for an wrinkle cream sent me?

I fulfilled the survey presented with a reward offered just for paying for the postage to find I have been charged $a131 not the $6.95 asked for postage.

The entry notation being cspermatoneskin.com who I have tried to contact but goggle can't find the site.

The product's postage indication says P.P. Swiss post and the order number ref is [protected].

I have registered a transaction dispute form with my bank bankwest.

Please investigate, it might just be an error!

Vitatrade Group cancellation of product - dietary supplements

Hi,
I would like to cancel my supplements. I have been advised by my doctor to stop these immediately due to medical reasons.
I wish this to cease immediately from today (26/05/18). I will be cancelling any future payments taken from my bank account.
