I ordered some makeup over the phone, a trial size and they asked if i would like to try some vitamins also... that they were offering it at a cheap price - i stated 'no', But i rec'd them anyway. I called later to cancel the makeup since i did not like it, but i keep getting the vitapower vitamins - Endless Youth in the mail still. They do not give a way to cancel it. I don't even remember the number and info to call the makeup company and find out more or a way to contact this vitamin company to stop it. The charges keep coming up on my credit card.

Advise smb what should i do!

Thanks, Melissa Holmes.

I ordered this product and after my third order, I wanted them to stop, so I returned the order back and for two months did not receive anymore until last week. I can't get them to stop coming. I guess the only way would be to close my checking account so they can stop taking the money out.

Thanks for that - I had trouble finding their number as they never include anything in the billing. I had exactly the same problem as you. Sheer coverage, supposedly "sample" of Vitapower" and then billing.

Same thing for me! I was told it was a free sample. Next month my credit card is charged and when I called to see what it was for and said I would simply return the vitamins, customer service very rude! I mailed the vitamins back. It has been 2 weeks and still no answer nor has my card been charged back yet...

Melissa, I had the same experience, these company is a sham and should be ashamed of themselves. Here is a phone number where I was able to contact someone:[protected]. I ordered proactive for my son, and they offered a "free trial" sample of the vita clear. Little did I know that I would be receiving a not so free box of this stuff a month. The box didn't even come with a billing statement. I would try this number and see if you can't get it returned. Until you actually call them and cancel your account, they will keep sending you stuff. To see more complaints about these people go to www.infomercialscams.com and look up VitaPower, you will be amazed at how many people have been scammed by these company.

Good luck.

Joanna

I ordered Proactive and was asked if I wanted a free sample of vitamins, I was told I needed to pay shipping and that was it. I received the first pack of vitamins and actually never opened it, a month later another package arrived. I thought is was an oversite and was going to return them when I had time. I then looked on my credit card statement and found that I had been charged for the second set (full price plus shipping). I called on Saturday and Sunday and the call center was closed. I then called on Monday and spoke to the rudest service rep in the world. She told me I did not understand what a "trial" was, said thank you for calling and hung up. I then called back and spoke to a supervisor and found out that I could get a refund for sending the items back but they would not pay for the return shipping. I was so angry, I did not want the vitamins, and I certainly did not authorize them to charge my credit card for continued shipment of a "trial" product. I advise everyone to beware of this company!
