Hi Anne, the exact same thing happened to me. I was billed even before I received my free trial. They ignore my cancellation emails and calls. I am so upset. If there is someone out there who can help us please do!

    Hi everyone,
Add me to the list as well. I have never received the trial. The email address for rezv-vitalfree listed sales@www.rezv-vitalfree.com comes back as not deliverable and funny...there is no phone number listed. I did call my bank today and have cancelled any further transactions than the $5.95 S & H from this company. The company listed is called Health Solutions and I did call the phone number listed on the transaction, but just got an answering machine that didnt even identify where I called?? I am waiting to see if another company charges for the whole amount?
    Thanks

    hi everyone,

I guess i'm one of the lucky one.. i cancel my order and they refunded me 79.95 less 20% restocking fee..
I heard there is some problem with the customs that's why the package was delay.

I think the Vital Rezv company is ripping people off. I am in the same situation where I contacted the merchant but no response from them regarding to cancellation after the free trial. They charged me 79.95 on my credit card. I called my credit card company to dispute that amount and I have to totally change my credit card number to avoid future charges from this company. I think it's a fraud. The product was shipped to me damaged in the package from China. I will report this to consumer report site too...

Hi Anne, the same exact thing happened to me also, including the same email that support sent you. I have called the numbers listed on my account 819 483-0467 and 519 513-2218, the numbers are a third party calling center and will only report to the company our concerns. They have assured me that I would get a confirmation email stating that I have requested a refund, but this hasn't happened yet. I will continue to call them daily. This is such a rip off. I've learned a lesson from all of this. DO NOT ORDER UNTIL YOU'RE 100% SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO AND IT WOULD BE WISE TO CALL THE ORDER IN SO YOU GET TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON INSTEAD OF THE PROGRAMMED THIRD PARTY CALL CENTERS THAT YOU'RE LUCKY TO GET THROUGH TO IN THE FIRST PLACE BEFORE BEING DISCONNECTED. dreamkept@charter.net

Add me to this growing list. I canceled my order before I received my free trial. I did this through email and over the phone. I was on hold for 40 minutes, got disconnected, called back, was on hold another 30 minutes before someone picked up to assist me! I was lucky to get email confirming my cancellation. In part the email said...

    Hello,
Thank you for the call regarding your order
    Order ID xxxxxx
We have cancelled all future orders, and you will not be billed anything further effective April 21, 2009.
We hope you are enjoying your current trial.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the store support.

5 days later...THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $79.95!! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. I FILED A FRUAD CLAIM WITH MY BANK, GOT A PROVISIONAL CREDIT AND A NEW CC NUMBER.
I emailed them about the $79.95 charge and received the same email Anne Reid received!

NOTE: I have proof of cancellation FROM THEM and they still charged my credit card and refuse to refund my money. They have charged me for a product that I have NOT received.

I encourage everyone to file a complaint against this company via the following government web sites: I did file complaint on both sites:
    https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx
    https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov

I hope they will do something about this fraud matter. Again, anyone whose credit card was charged by Vital Rezv company without your authorization, please file the complaint to above website. Good luck to all and be careful on your next online order from unknown website...

I received a trial bottle of anti aging pills from China with all information on the delivery slip in Chinese. The terms of the agreement were for me to return the item after notifying customer service before 15 days or I would be billed 79.95 a month thereafter.
There was no E-mail address, phone number or mailing address shown anywhere, not on the delivery slip, the box or the bottle. When I received the bank statement there was a phone number to call, I did call and left a message. No one returned my call. I made 2 other calls and still no answer. I E-mailed them after I received a message from them congratulating me on using their product. I asked to have my account closed immediately and still haven't heard from them. I had to close my account but was unable to do it before they billed me $79.95...I have never received that bottle . This is a RIP OFF!!!

Hey everyone. I'm going through the same thing right now, so guess what I just did. RezV is advertising on the msnbc web site so I wrote them and NBC what they're promoting. I also sent RezV an email contract that stipulates that if they charge me anymore money they will owe me a $1000.00 everytime they do, plus a 25% late fee. As soon as they charge me, they enter into agreement. I also wrote an email to Visa, Rbc, and the Canadian Financial standards. I'm also going to write CNN and CBC to let them know what's going on.
Can't wait to see how it all plays out.
Really, it's a matter of business ethics, and that's the issue we must push with the banks.
    Good luck everyone :)

The EXACT same experience has happened to me. I called to cancel seven days after ordering Vital RezV, and called the next day to confirm the cancellation. I also never received my free 30 day trial sample. In the meantime, the $79.90 delivery had already been sent out, and I called again, and spoke to someone. She said that I would have to return the package and I am quoting, "the best way to do that is to not accept the delivery and return to sender", which I did. On May 24 I received an email, thanking me for my enrollment and charging my credit card $109.90 for my subscription. I also called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and they are investigating. Vivian

    VITAL-REZV
Is a scam. They have no concept of a free trial. We paid the $5.95 S/H for the free trial. Then there was the $79.95 charge before the free trial was over. I spent several days trying to call the customer support number. The number goes in Canada. I sent several emails and got response similar as above keep the product and the would charge i.e. Do consider keeping the item for a discounted price of USD$39.95 to avoid the hassle of returning it from Shane West, then about 2 weeks later from Sean Cassidy back to China. Wow! All these celebrities.

Restocking fee of 20% what are they going to do send it out to someone else?
We have disputed the charge. Restocking fee 20% plus postage $26. They knew how much it would cost to send it back.
I have requested several times for a free RMA# and pre-paid postage from them.

Meanwhile, we have our charge credited back under protest and reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission, Office of the Attorney General (Cyber Crimes Unit) and the Oprah Winfrey Show.

Oprah this whole mess started from a segment on her show.

Attorney General (Cyber Crimes Unit) they’re focusing on preventing, then investigating and prosecuting online crimes.

I have the same story as all of you! Iam still trying to get my money back, I filed a fraud claim with my bank.I think we should all be refunded for pain and suffering.
They have just sent me two bottles which I refuse to accept, I did pay for one full bottle which I was fine with after the 14 day trail, I read and understood the contract, I have been trying to cancel no one will listen. There customer service staff sounds like there from India they sound like the same staff the phone company uses.

I can't believe that people like this are getting away with this. I have been charged $85.90 to my credit card, when I never received the product. I have made several attemps to call, and only once was I able to talk to a real person. I was told that my account would be credited within 7 to 10 business days. that was on May 22. I spoke to a women named Diane who said everything would be credited back. I still nothing. I have made several other calls and been left on hold for serval minutes ( one time 36 minutes)

I received the "trial " in a torn envelope - and it came from CHINA! I wanted to return it immediately, but despite three attempts to email the company to get the address, I was unable to get it it - and of course in the meantime I was billed on my credit card.
Please call FCC and complain - the phone number is

    877 382-4357

Wow I am glad that I researched complaints and came across this before I purchased. I heard about it on Opra like many and then looked into further and came across this site:

    http://www.tracyswrinkles.com/s/c.php?s=Meaningful%20Beauty&OVRAW=meaningful%20beauty&OVKEY=meaningful%20beauty&OVMTC=standard&OVADID=15793597013&OVKWID=149335068013#

which appears to be a "blog" about a woman who tests out products and fell in love with it. I now would bet money that it is a fake created by the company to put faith in consumers buying the product. Thank you to everyone for taking the time to talk about your problem and prevent people like me from going down the same road.

AGAIN THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME. I TOO HAVE NEVER RECIEVED THE PRODUCT. I ORDERED THE PRODUCT ON MAY 11, RECIEVED AN EMAIL ON JUNE 2 SAYING THE PRODUCT WAS STOPPED AT THE BORDER AND THEN THEY BILLED ME 89.24 ON JUNE 3RD. THEN ANOTHER $ 97.56 ON JUNE 17TH. AND EVERYTIME THE PRODUCT IS CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD IT IS UNDER A DIFFERENT DESCRIPTOR, ONE WAS QUALITY HEALTH AND THEN THE SECOND CHARGE WAS UNDER TRIPLE UP HERBAL. YOU CAN NEVER GET ANYONE ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINES AND WHEN YOU DO THEY PLACATE YOU AND SAY YOU WILL GET A REFUND IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. ITS NOW BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS ANYMORE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE SCAM ARTISTS. ***DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT***
