My mother received leaflet from the company Vital Nature, which stated that she won some prize I amount of $78. All she needed to do was to place the order. She placed and this scamming company stated to charge her for nothing. She tried to contact this scamming company, but they provided fault phone number. We sent them letters, but of course they ignored them. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
my mom passed away in october 2016 and apparently she recently ordered some royal jelly. the invoice has been sent to my dad who has alzheimers.
maybe they have phones in the afterlife?
This company is definitely a scam. I ordered some chocolates, £5.00. Received a telephone call weeks ago saying my chocolates were on the way with an organiser for £27.90. I never ordered that, £32.90 was charged to my credit card, whom I contacted and they refunded my money.
I then received a letter from Vital Nature saying that my goods had been despatched (ordered 9th February), letter dated 20th February, received 8th March, saying that unless I paid for the goods a debt collection agency would be involved. I have never received the goods and had a copy of my order which showed only £5.00 ordered and paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Do not order, scam still going on from France, my 82 year old mother has been bombarded with calls and letters promising her cheques of over £100k. She has been taken in and continues to order in the hope that this time she will be the winner. It has all recently come to light after another France based company Vital seniors duped her of £100 and when she returned the goods as wasn't her usual order they will not return her money. Please stay clear of these companies as they are clearly preying on the elderly. My mum has learnt a hard lesson here
my mum just has 66 pound taken from her account by these ### why don't our authorities do something when asked go to your bank they will refund monies paid and issue you another card hope this helps
Vital Nature in Spain, Vital Senior, and Shape Natural are all operating an illegal scam, they are likely the same people operating under different names and addresses, changing and moving as detection proves necessary . Do not ever give them your credit card information, social security number or you will be charged excessive charges and receive multiple boxes. In my mothers situation 8 boxes of unwanted and never ordered generic vitamin pills. Who knows what are in the pill containers, likely sugar pills of no value. Do not send cheques which would provide them with your bank account number, likely address and possibly your phone number. These people are relentless, harassing senior citizens by phone everyday asking for more orders and bank or credit card details. This is international mail fraud, phone fraud and why UK and or European authorities are not more aggressively pursuing these vermin is quite annoying.
Having placed on order on 9 March 2016, I have yet to receive it. I have tried to contact them, but have not had a reply. Address on envelope is Asendia UK, c/o Asendia Spain, Asendia UK Unit 112, The Heathrow Estate, Silver Jubilee Way, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW4 6NF and recorded delivery letters are accepted, but not acted upon. There address in France appears to be false.
I ordered a 'free' trail of their essential skin care - I paid the postage, they added on without my consent the eye cream -but I thought it's only a couple of quid postage . What they don't tell you but put in their terms and conditions is that 14 days later they withdraw £89.99 twice from your credit card. I phoned the call centre they are using and insisted that they return the monies to my credit card I have received an email to say that they would but I have not yet. I feel I have been conned. .
I work in a post office and we have so many if these going through the system, I didn't realise what it may be until an elderly lady said she had won some money. Straight away I felt uneasy about it, me and my colleague decided to do some research and have stumbled upon this thread. There have apparently been reports of this scam on the BBC. The address of this company keeps changing from Dublin 2 to France. I think this is disgusting and from now on we will make customers aware that this isn't 100% legitimate.
This is still going on My 87 year old mother has been hoping to get her cheque she tends to trust that people tell the truth. The company is apparently based in France now. This company should be stopped.
My dad who is 86 keeps sending cheques and ordering stuff in the hope of winning. They have now sent him a letter stating that they lost 5 of his cheques and want him to pay for the stuff again. I have only found out about this . It is a disgrace and something should be done about it.!

This company write to me nearly every week telling me that I have won money and that they will send the cheque within 48 hrs of me returning the correct documents. I have done this numerous times (although sometimes I don't bother - this has been going on for 6 months. This practice should be stopped.
My mum gets catalogues from all these supplement companies too and believes she has won thevmoney its an absolute disgrace and they should bevstopped!
This company write to me nearly every week. Sometimes I place an order with them and tell them to take the money off my winning cheque. Sometimes I send them letters telling them what I think about them. Sometimes I send back the documents they ask for. Nothing makes any difference - I just keep getting the letters. I NEVER PUT STAMPS ON THE ENVELOPES WHEN I WRITE TO THEM.
I have also be bombarded with letters and phone calls from Vital Nature. I have just received a letter from STEPHEN DUNCAN promising me that my cheque for £48.891.04p will be sent to me with 48 hours. I don't think so.
Maybe the fraud squad should be involved.
