My Feb 16th order never arrived so I emailed customer service twice before finally calling on Feb 28th. I was told by a rather curt and not helpful person that my order was being processed and would arrive no later than March 4th. It has still not arrived. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails. I have been charged $173.00 for product I did not get.
I wish I had checked Vitadocs reputation prior to placing an order with them. They are scammers that willing take your money and refuse to provide the product for which they charge you for. I hope someone will prosecute them for their fraud.
I ordered 4 containers of Metagenics Ultra Inflamx and they charged me $267 on July 15 and I NEVER received my product. I am in a health crisis and need product and am on a fixed income. I have tried to call and also sent emails. They took my money and no product. This is exhausting when you don't feel good. I am not able to purchase more at this time and have to now go without for quite a while. Sad, very sad.
Exact same thing happened to me. Order was placed in January 2016. Nothing arrived. The phone is not answered. The phone number on my credit card bill is answered by an answering service having nothing to do with VitaDocs. Clearly a scam. Where is our consumer protection? Prosecute them.
On one of the other review web sites a couple of folks said they were very pleased with Vita Docs. Those had to be planted reviews from the company itself. If the two who wrote positive reviews actually spoke to someone on the phone at Vita Docs, it must have been a wrong number as I have never had anybody answer the phone there or ship my order. This place is a joke...
Never received my products either but the $300 is gone from my account. THIS IS A SCAM!
