They are the no1 fraud in the construction business.The owner Shivago Abraham Malayalee talks very nicely when you go for enquiry and even cry to you saying he doesnt work for high margin like that until you book the flat.Once you book the flat he changes his face.He give extra bill each and every month saying this for extra sand, gravel etc etc and finally he shows his cruel face before final settlement.He gives an extra 2 lakhs bill for extra modification he has done which was promised as free for changes when we book the flat.He talks very loud to the people especially if you send you mother or housewife for looking after the construction when u struck up with office work.He says his works were planned by engineers but he even dont know how to calculate the carpet area and you need to pay extra for that.
All his staff members are like that.If you ask to do the changes they will do it in the other way and if we ask them back why they did like that they will say your family member has confused us.There is no clear cut note about changes you specify and whatever you say they will do it in their own way.They will threten to sign in blank paper if you send somebody to their office to ask for changes.
He ask part of the payment as black and if you pay as cash then thats its no details about that in the settlement and you need to pay once again.
He is so arrogant and doesnt know professionalism and will be ready to eat ### if you pay him money.Please dont get into his juicy speech.
I had suffered all from him and i dont want others to get into his clusters like me.He will never pay land tax and sell the flat and finally ten years land tax and property tax will come to ur shoulders which is something like 3 lakhs.
So if you book flat for 40 lakhs he will bring that to 50 lakhs...
They think themselves as smart ### holes...

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Fallsin Construction started a construction in MAV Mumurthy Avenue at Kaspapuram village, Tambaram Taluk at April 2014. Still they did not handover the building to the customers completely but builder get the full amount to the customers. So do not advise anybody to Fallsin Construction as they have another construction namely Arunachalam Associates. Customer had also lodged a complaint against them in Selaiyur Police Station.without panchyat apporval they construct buildings.so be careful.

I taken a flat in lakshmi nagar madipakkam from four square builder. Till now 20% work is balance in flat whenever we go, the account lady or office will tel no one is here. All sir went to site visit. But actually
All three mr. Rajesh, mr. Willson and mr. Sagar wiil site inside cabin and through camra see every one
Who is comming and going in office. Now no response from builder, bcos in flat all have paid amt. The
Biggest cheater builder in chennai four square develover. Md, owner and all employee is cheater and lier in four square. Please be care from this builder.
Similarly, please DONT ever PAY MONEY or buy an apartmnet from BROWNSTONE FOUNDATIONS - T-Nagar Chennai. They are the worst builders. They will act as if they care for you and like they value your hard earned mony, but the truth is, once you pay them the amount, You can never reach them even if the apartment key is not delivered. They just disappear into thin air.

we purchage a flat from FOUR SQUARE DEVELOPERS(Madipakkam-Sadasivam nagar)
he hand over the flat after lot of harasment .but till now he dint given us property tax recpt & water tax recpt.We go weekly two times Front office itself offie boy tel no one there.if we call no response.and now Builder Sold full area as carparking there is no place for Bike parking.now we are parking bike in street road.pls suggest any and help us.

Builder given very good training to his employee such as office boy, account lady and other inculding builders.where ever u go to office they ll tel no one is there.but all will sit inside the office.

THE BIGGEST FRAUD BUILDER NAME - FOURSQUARE DEVELOPERS, Which office in Sadadhasivam nagar, madipakkam, chenna-91.First no quality in building, building life is maximum 15 yrs.i have taken a flat in madipakkam lakshi nagar just one year, and he told we provide 1 year service.but no builder not read to do any thing.we all here lost our lakhs of money.pls safe from this builder.

Kasturi Construction (Ravi Chandran) from Anna Nagar is a big cheater. You cannot find his fraudulent motive until last minute. He will talk nice and behave nice. He will even quote construction cost less, making customer feel that he is genuine and not money minded. But at the end, he will not take the call nor respond until more money is fed to his big greed. Since there is high competition among builders, he has taken this route to get contract else he could not survive in the construction business. I heard that all his customer are facing same issue. Please be aware and stay aware from KASTHURI CONSTRUCTION, ANNA NAGAR
Propshell business solutions is one of the worst builder in chennai. This office located at north usman road, t.nagar. We bought a flat from them at final stage on December 2011. But they handed over to us on December 2012 with out 3 phase connection. After a big struggle we got connection on December 2013. Basic facilities haven't provided still now.
It was full of golden promise and sweet talk till they gets payment. After that, he will not attend any call, no response, no care.
They are in a group cheating people's money, Umashankar is the worst fraud, another fellows are Sudhan Jeyaram. Our flat got so many troubles. No lighting provision for the flat entrance, compound walls, toilet flooring leak, pipe lines leak outside, soak pit water leak to the well, no access to sump and over head tank. No stupid will make rain water harvesting line divert to other flat area. They did this also. Now they making flats, villas and individual houses in ECR and OMR. Don't ever think to buy from Propshell business solutions and regret in your life.
He is making big fun of civil engineering, flat owners money, contract. No value for any thing, .

i purchase the flat in this builder is very nice builder in Chennai city .He promised quality is do in construction extra amenities is arranged in at no cost . timely delivered and neat and cleaned at flats .

You know one more worst builder in chennai is GD Builder who is in Mylapore. His construction worst really worst not fit for anything. I constructed my house in madipakkam. He didnt make our choice like tile selection, marble selection, bathroom fittings and etc.. everything will be in low quality. but in the agreement he has mentioned will provide good quality materials. He's not fit as a builder.

If you buy for flat or construction a house go for builder who are good in construction.
DONT go for GD Builders, Mylapore.

We purchased two flts last year from shivago in madipakkam. It was full of golden promise and sweet malayalee talk till he gets 75 percent payment. After that, he will not attend any call, no response, no care. You have to pay the remaining amount to get the key.
He is making big fun of civil engineering, flat owners money, contract. No value for any thing, . He is a big boss, can do any non sense.
I donot know when our flat works will be completed. Of course we only can do that, not shivago.

This is to inform you that I created a website thro Google as viswas flat promoters.com in the internet for promoting and developing my business. In the last one year I got a complaint from one of anonymous person thro complaint board. In this they used vulgar words about me and my business. They have given wrong information about me and my concern. For that I given a complaint in Cyber Crime Dept in Commissioner Office, they investigate the case and removed that complaint from Consumer Forum. Then I was free from that complaint.
Now again there is a complaint filed on me in complaint board regarding my construction business and my personal character. But, there is nothing like that happened in our company. Whatever complaint has received against the company, you people are mentioning in the board without analyzing the details. Due to this type of false statement created a bad impression on our company in building contractor circle.
This complaint is purely intentional to spoil my name and my construction carrier. It will also destroy my business. Due to this complaint we are losing many valuable customers and I am no way related to this matter. This complaint comes from one anonymous person. Now we are given a complaint to Cyber Crime Department in Commissioner Office.
So, we requesting to analysis the receiving complaints to find out the truth of the matter, then publish the correct details in the complain board, then only it will not be affect the concern company and also your standard of service will be appreciated higher.
I think this also comes from the same person and same website but it may be a business opponent also. So, Kindly remove this compliant from your complaint board as soon as possible and also we request to provide the details of the complaint giver and the website details. Then only we can verify the false compliment given against our company.
