The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The service at this Vision Max was not good. First of all, it is difficult to understand many of the people working there due to their heavy accents; this is including the Dr, those assisting with the eye exam, and those who assist customers with choosing options for their glasses. I could barely understand them and I doubt that they fully understood me when I asked questions. Secondly, the person who began my eye exam did not have a customer friendly manner. At one point, my head was abruptly pushed against a headrest because I could not understand what she was telling me to do. Third, after my eye exam it was obvious that my sight is very bad and the sales associate vaguely said something about having to pay extra charges because of the strength of my lenses. I asked for clarification because she was not specifically telling me how much extra I was going to have to pay. She ended up lying to me and giving me a false amount so that she could proceed with having me choose frames and then purchase. When I chose frames and sat down with the lady she tallied up the total up to that point and I objected to the amount because it was not what she said previously and I said I wanted to use a different coupon than the one I previously presented to her. She told me that it was too late to give her the other coupon. (Why?... She had not completed the sale, she had not finished telling me about all the upgrades I could have done to my lenses, no papers were signed at that point, and no payment had been made?) Before I could reason with her on this, her co-worker walks over and told me that I didn't want to use the other coupon I had because with that coupon I could only choose from their cheapest frames and she went over and held up an example of a cheap frame. Of course, it was hideous and of course I decided not to argue with her about switching coupons. The sales associate proceeded to try to sell me upgrades which I was not interested in, especially sense I had already exceeded the amount I expected to pay. She got frustrated with me as I continued to reject her proposals without allowing her to ramble on until she was finished. She actually told me to wait until she finishes. (Again, Why...? I already knew that I didn't want anti-glare lenses, or scratch-proof lenses. Why should I sit there and listen to her until she finished, wasting my time and hers?) This is another example of poor customer service. Finally, they told me they would call when I could pick up my glasses. I received a call from their receptionist and when I got there to pick up my glasses no one could locate them. They asked me several times if I had been called and I said "yes" several times. Needless to say, I had to make another trip to pick up my glasses because they did not have them ready for me on that day as the call suggested.

Total agree with toasty_lainey and area51666. I had been there and they have bad attitude. Will not see me there again.!

STAY AWAY! DO NOT GO THERE! YOU WILL PAY MORE THAN DOUBLE OF YOU EXPECTED! AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ALSO BE CHARGED TWICE! THEY ARE VERY DECEPTIVE IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!

THIS PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! STAY AWAY! THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD TWICE! THEY ARE NOT BEING HONEST WITH THERE CUSTOMERS!

I totally DISAGREE with this person. These are ALL LIES! This person is OVER-EXAGGERATING. My whole family, especially my two difficult teenagers, and my co-workers LOVE coming to this office for years. We never had any unpleasant experiences with this office nor the staffs. This person destroyed the office's peaceful environment. How dare this person belittled this office as described! The staffs, especially the manager, did their best to please everyone. THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY! I feel bad for this office and the doctor. Neitherless to say, I ENCOURAGE ALL TO EXPERIENCE IT! Don't based on this horrible person to ruin your chance of getting low prices and friendly customer service. Although there might be a little bit of a wait but it's worth it because of the low prices and great customer service! The wait indicates this office is busy...meaning lots of people are coming and returning for the service. Believe it or not, the MANAGER served us condiments while we were waiting indicated DOWN-TO -EARTH customer service. The doctor is excellent on patient care. Thanks to this doctor otherwise, by now, I would have a stroke or dead. This doctor is awesome! The doctor saved my life! Again, I strongly encourage you to check it out yourself! I hope the staffs, especially the manager, and the doctor WILL NOT PERSONALLY TAKE THE RIDICOUS CRITICISMS STATED ABOVE. In this world, disturbing people, like the person above, will never be fulfilled regardless where ever they go. Please don't sweat on people like this! The doctor and all the staffs are AWESOME! YOU WILL LOVE THE EXPERIENCE!

*Doctor and staff barely speak English...hard to understand
*Glasses took over 2 weeks to come in...
*Ordered glasses with a new frame (frame that was on display floor was scratched) when I went to pick up the glasses they had used the scratched frames from the floor and never ordered new ones...not to mention the lenses on the brand new glasses were scratched and had a piece of wire sticking out from underneath...
*After waiting two weeks and seeing the poor quality on the glasses I insisted on a refund on the spot...after escalating the situation to the Manager I agreed to give them one more chance to make the glasses correctly. She promised I could have glasses the next day that would be perfect... I told her okay...but if there were any problems I would demand my money back no questions asked.
*I get a call the next day from the Manager...not with her telling me to come pick up the new glasses but rather that they on accident ordered the wrong frames for the reorder and that there was nothing she could do but have me wait another 5 days for them to try yet again to get the glasses right...ummmm...NO!
*I insisted on the refund and she refused...she kept saying that it wasn't their fault the frames weren't ordered correctly and that they were out $32.50 in shipping costs and that I should be happy they were working so hard to make me happy...Really?...the $32.50 is not my problem! Ordering the wrong Frames...not my problem...forgetting to order new frames to begin with...not my problem...scratched crappy workmanship on the lenses...NOT MY PROBLEM! I asked to speak to the owner of the branch and she REFUSED to give me any information... and then proceeded to tell me that with the poor economy it was cruel of me to put her out on the street and take away her job...and how could I threaten her job and cause such problems for her...I didn't do anything of the sort, I just asked to speak to the owner?...she offered to give me $20.00 out of her own pocket if I would just not insist on a refund. At this point I am amazed that this women is the MANAGER?...I of course don't want anyone to loose their job etc. but I also don't want to be taken advantage of!
*I insisted yet again to speak to the owner of the branch or someone who was her authority, she stated they weren't in office...I asked will they be there tomorrow? She said No...I said how about Tuesday? She said No...after seeing where she was going...I said how about just give me their name? She said she couldn't do that...I asked..is it the Doctor? Is Dr. *** the owner? She said "Thank You" and hung up on me! Yes...hung up on me...
*I then said to myself...well...if talking to her on the phone won't do anything I will just take myself down there and have a seat in the office until someone is willing to have a professional reasonable conversation with me.
*I walked in and asked to speak to the owner and the four women in the office looked at me and said that I had to speak with the Manager (the women I had been speaking with earlier on the phone) I said fine...the Manger walks out and brings me over to her desk and asks "What Can I Do For You?" (like we hadn't just talked on phone) I said...give me the name of the owner or tell him there is someone here who needs to speak with him...I also then asked "Why did you hang up on me" She told me her cell phone battery went dead. Why is she calling me on her cell phone? I asked, then why did you say "Thank You" right before it clicked? She didn't say anything in response...other then...will a refund make you happy? I said...why yes it will.. She processed the full refund...BUT the entire time she was saying incredible personal insulting things to me under her breath...like...that she couldn't believe people like me existed in the world and that I was stealing from them because now they have glasses they can't use or sell and that she should have never waisted her time on helping someone like me...there was more, but you get the point.
STAY AWAY>>>>FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE!
