Visas / Etihad's Guests' Nerve Test

Dear prospective Etihad Passengers

Please note that in South Africa you have to have nerves of steel before you board.

We have booked and paid for flights, visas and accom. for Sat. 22 Nov. In spite of repeatedly telling Etihad that we will be leaving from our home town for Johannesburg on 20 Nov. we still have no visas. The gentleman in charge of visas in Johannesburg has firmly passed the buck to Etihad Abu Dabi.

Whoever is not doing his work, this is definitely not fair to Etihad customers. In future I will think very carefully whether a cheap flight is worth the stress. Not to speak of the 10 e-mails and countless telephone calls.

Come on Etihad - this kind of service is NO SERVICE! You are welcome to contact me.
