Virgin Mobile Prepaid / paid for 1000 minutes@5cents a minute, but i'm being charged 20 cents a minute. I paid $50 for 1000 minutes at 5cents a minute

I purchaced a virgin phone from radio shack. I paid $50 for 1000 minutes at 5 cents a minute, but I'm getting charged 20 cents a minute.My name is Lori Evans and I purchaced this phone for my mother, Janie Martin.There is no way she used up 1000 minutes even at 60 cents a minute. Could we please get the minutes that we paid for at5 cents a minute. Thank you

Virgin Mobile pre-paid service is the worst. It takes days to get voice-mail and text messages. When I tried to cancel my service it took so long to get to an actual human voice its frustrating. It is "Top Up", but try to talk to a service rep I'd rather go through airport secruity. Then recieving promotional Text messages from virgin mobile that count against your account is rediculious. I told a friend that he shouldn't keep his phone because what is the use of paying montly for service then you have to keep topping up?

That complaint should be under Virgin Mobile not Radioshack. Radioshack sells the airtime they are not responsible for Virgin Mobile.
