Returning two dress for refund.

Dress is way too heavy, uncomfortable just putting it on, I cannot imagine wearing it all day. Did not like material. Brand- Zeraco/ Item-BK5122508M/ Red Floral Butterfly Embroidery Sheath Mini Dress; Color= Red; Size=4 Dress too small. Dress not what I though it was going to be, though it had embroidery work on it. Never got my item!!!
I ordered a skirt from VipMe almost a month ago and still haven't received it yet! Help! My credit card was charged and I don't have the item! So dissapoibting! Will never order from this website again! They provided a tracking number however when u click on it, only a blank page shows up. I expect my money back or item shipped to me immediately!

Incorrect merchandise sent
I ordered a coat from these people and they sent me the wrong color.
Now I have to return it at my own expense. This is the 2nd time this has
happened and I am never going to order from them again. Just a lot
of trouble I didn't need. Also they sent a lace jacket priced at $40 & it
was worth about $5. then they had the nerve to expect me to furnish
information about the sale to help them- when they wouldn't help me.

I never got my item
I order a necklace 2 weeks ago and I haven't gotten it yet. It said my order was successful but when I went to click on it, it said that I didn't order with your company. Sizing charts misleading
Recently received a beautiful dress I ordered from VIPME in a size Large after I took considerable time to lull over measurements to decide what I needed. I normally wear a 6-8 or medium so I ordered a large (since my mom can do alterations)...well, it would not even fit over my shoulders to get it on. Armholes were extremely small & neck opening, bust width also. I had my daughter try it on, she loved it though it was snug across the bust. She decided to buy it from me since VIPME was only going to give me my shipping fee back which was free btw because the dress was $78. They told me their charts were US sizing which is pathetic because this dress in a large is obviously for small Asian sizing so buyers beware, the charts are misleading & returns not possible...do not buy! I will not purchase from them again. Major bummer, loved the dress.
No response
I have purchased two dresses from www.vipme.com website and wanted to return one dress. So I emailed customer service and asked them to give me a return label and a return address but they did not reply!
I can't understand why are they ignoring me!
I really liked everything I received and wanted to return the dress only because it was too small!
I ordered a dress from them, and while it was beautiful, their sizing is way off. I also sent in a request, twice for return authorization, and too, have been ignored BUYER BEWARE.! I would absolutley NOT reccomend this site at all.
I have a same issue. I order 6 clothes and 3 are small. I send the e-mail to ask the return authorization and return shipping address but they didn't respond. Now I am going to stop my credit card payment and I will it back to the company address. I don't feel comfortable to have business with them.
I also can not reach them in any ways, no response from email and they don't have phone number. I have ordered a pretty good amount of clothes, I haven't received any of them. They are the slowest shipping company in the world!
I too sent 2 emails asking for a return authorization request with no response. Apparently they don't take phone calls. I can't see a phone number anywhere! There is something really fishy here and I got buked out of $100.00!
No response from customer service
I've purchased a dress from www.vipme.com and was very disappointed with my order because the size was incorrect. The dress itself was nice and pretty cute, so I emailed Vipme support and asked for a bigger size. Waited a few days but there was no reply, so I sent them another request but was ignored again.
I also could not find a return address and was actually stuck with a dress I could not even wear.
I would have ordered something again but I'm not sure about that.

I've asked questions to their care@vipme.com and gotten answers back, but when my order came and i had to return it, there's no response, after three requests in the span of two weeks. I am going to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Hello. I'm a Vipme customer and ordered from this site for a long time. Never had issues with my orders and customer service was always nice and helpful.
Recently wanted to order some items but could not log in into my account! I tried their "forgot password" option but I did not receive any emails. I thought it was a bug so I tried again but nothing happened. I contacted Vipme hoping to get some help but didn't receive any response back.
So disappointed.

Yes, Terrible customer service, they don't have it. Very slow shipping and I had to return one item (dress) by myself with no instructions, I'm waiting the return of my money but Up until now nobody respond the phone, neither the e-mail. I don't recommend this website to do purchases.
I purchased two "silk" dresses from Vipme. Did receive my order but the dresses are polyester, not silk. I contacted the company for a return but they refuse to issue a return authorization. Be very wary of purchasing from this company. Their product can be had for much less money from competing companies for the same quality of merchandise.
