The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

We went to a 3 hour presentation. We sent the papers with money orders for a (1) week free car rental & (2) air tickets by regular mail. They hold the mail & information until the due day to submitt all information (30 days) & they never return any phone calls.
This company is 100% scamers & salesmans that only want your money. They don't have professionalism & ethics.
I will not recomend.

This company is Travel To Go in San Diego California. They run a Ponzi Scheme in the form of giving out Complimentary Cruises to people who attend a 90 minute presentation for Forever Grand Vacations in Branson Missouri. When you call to redeem the cruise the travel agents are required to make every effort to upgrade so that Travel To Go and the owners Jeanette Bunn, Diane Sharp Tommy Middaugh, Troy Nunez can buy more Jaguars, boats, and other toys. The California Attorney General should prosecute these folks as they are classic white collar criminals.

VIP Destinations is the real scam. they are an illegitimate compnay and they are ruining the lives all people they come in contact with. Shame on them. The owners are Rick Nunez, Tommy Middaugh and Jeannette Bunn. they are all felons and drug addicts. I hope they get what they deserve

Well Estella, any thing? I got 2 certificates one for a 7 night cruise and 1 for airfare that could be used together. The first time I screwed it up and I didn't sent them in certified mail and tried my hardest, begged, pleaded, threatened, everything and they wouldn't take it, it was void. I went back to the people I got it from they gave me new ones, I sent them in and the first date was not available but the second was. They booked my air to Ft. Lauderdale, the booked my cruise to Nassau, St Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk, and they booked me an extra night in Ft. Lauderdale before my cruise at a good rate. So, it isn't a scam they will book you but I can vouch for it when you say yes, YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the people who post up here and don't really say what the problem is just that it's a scam or the mad... then when the other side comes out you never here anything else from them! It reminds me of my kids when they were young telling on one of the other and if the desired out come wasn't desired they'd pout! LOL Yes, Estela, YOU remind me of a 4 year old, it's pathetic really! I had 2 certificates 1 for air line tickets and the other for a 7 day cruise. I opted to use them separately. My tickets are booked for the end of March to Indianapolis and cost me all taxes and fees right at 1/3 of what I'm used to. My cruise I requested for September out of my local port, Port Canaveral. I'm a local and got my certificate from PDI and so far most everything has seemed very reasonable and has worked good.

Estela, I find it hilarious that you bad mouth a company here and when they respond with the details that you conveniently left out that show the loss of your certificate was due to your own ignorance, you can't even come up with so much as a rebuttal. The point of a discussion board like this is so people utilizing it can make informed decisions, you should be ashamed of yourself as why waste your time lying to others and keeping them from making a PROPERLY informed decision. I had the two airline tickets, I didn't get the car rental the company offered because I guess that was only if you responded in a specified amount of time. oh well, I sent my stuff in, (YES BY CERTIFIED MAIL) they sent me 3 green sheets, one was the travel request form, I filled it out and sent it back. It asked for two dates and destinations, but I really only wanted one but i called and they said this was okay but it would be based on availability. Alexia called me yesterday and offered it to me, it cost me $166 and I got exactly what we needed. I called today just to be sure and it is all booked. Just waiting on my confirmation and the $75 gift card that came with it now.

I had what sounds like the same stuff, I had their Fly USA certificate as well as a 7 day car rental and it cost us $131 for the air and $59 for the car. We also paid an additional $23 to upgrade our car rental. It all seemed to work very well for us for our trip to Portland to see our grand kids.

The certificate I had was just for the 2 airline tickets and it did tell us we had to send it by certified mail, which we did. We got back from our trip last night. My only complaint is that the notice they gave me of my trip being available was inside a month from the dates we wanted. But who am I to complain, they came through even if I was getting a little nervous! They also booked a car for me while I was there and a hotel stay for the three nights I couldn't stay with my sister, both at a reasonable rate. I will use VIP again in the future.

Estela: I looked up your file and your certificates were sent back to you for a breach of the terms and conditions 11/30/09, specifically not following #1 of the terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions clearly state if the terms and conditions are not followed that the certificate becomes null and void. Again the term that was not followed on either of your certificates was #1, I'm not sure what that has to do with professionalism or ethics as there is no fine print and you were notified of all the rules and that they MUST be followed up front. I am however, sorry you feel that way. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance in the future.
