I had 10 crowns placed at VIP Dream Smiles by Dr Richard A Ingram. Some of those crowns have FALLEN OUT around 20 TIMES! When they couldn't get one crown to stay on after 3 tries, they paid to send me to another dentist who has worked out just fine. After that, another crown came off and I called them to see if they would pay for that crown and in a very unprofessional manner, they refuse to even answer my calls. The new dentist advised that the crowns came off because they prepped my teeth for the crown in a way that there is not much bonding between the tooth and the crown. How do you fix that? YOU HAVE TO GET IMPLANTS DONE which is very expensive. Stay away from Dr Richard Ingram!
I have resolved all my issues with VIP and I am now satisfied and pleased with their service. I must say the end results look very good.
I have resolved all the above issues and complaints with VIP to my satisfaction. In the end, I got everything I was promised and the work looks good.
The staff at VIP is very friendly but I have a friend who worked there as a hygienist a while ago and she told me that the office manager Tiffany is very rude. I go there as a patient and I had to talk to her once as she was the receptionist and she was way rude, very impersonal very ignorant also. from what I understand she is hated by all the employees! Stay away from her!
