Vinotemp / Terrible products and company
I've bought a Vinotemp cooling unit and it broke down in less than a year so called in for service and spoke with a customer service rep Diane and she was rude, kept me on hold and then couldn't help! So I took the unit to the factory in Compton and when I came in to ask the manager Christine and she was yelling a cursing at her own employees! Never seen anything like it before. I dropped the unit for repairs and the manager told me I had to pay for the parts and labor even though it was under warranty! I will never buy their products again, terrible service!
