Battery Change Overpriced
I went to change 2 Tag Heuer watches batteries in Vincent Watch Jurong Point. I was charged S$80 for 2 batteries.
Later I happened to ask H2 Hub in Jurong Point, they are charging only $50 (for 2 same watches) for exactly same batteries.
Same mall, on same day, for the same batteries, the difference is huge.
My last visit to Vincent Watch for sure.

I went to the toa payoh outlet to replace three watches' batteries and went home realising that the watch time is still not working.
I went back to the shop and the sales man actually said it is the watch that is not working and cannot refund since I already took the batteries.
It is unethical and irresponsible of the salesman to replace the batteries for the watches without testing if it is working and still collected money for it. Why would I want to buy your expensive batteries for a spoilt watch.

I've went to Vincent watch to replace the watch strap holder of my girl's watch and this auntie sales girl charged $10 just for the rubber holder. She claimed that the price is reasonable as the quality of their holder is excellent bla bla bla... so I took up the offer. Unexpectedly, that "excellent High quality rubber" holder snapped within 2 days and we went back to the shop to request for a replacement. Unfortunately after several attempts, the auntie service staff wasn't around and all her colleagues claimed that they can't do anything for us as we are not served by them. Finally, we had no choice but to intentionally visit the shop on a day that she would be around. To our surprise, she refused to replace it for us and claimed that we must have dropped as our strap watch is thin. I was shocked by her comments as she is the one that chose the rubber holder for the watch. I mean why would she recommend a holder that she thinks is not suitable for this strap! I hope the management of Vincent watch could review the quality and professionalism of their service staffs!

lousy service & dishonest staff
Super bad service encountered at tampines mall outlet! Went there to change a leather strap for a watch and realised the minute hand totally dropped off when reached home. Went back to them and met a super rude sales staff, insisting not their business and said the minute hand could have dropped off because of swinging and he walked off to attend to other customers. Excuse me, you wear a watch on a hand and you don't expect the arm to swing, pardon me, please show me how to do that! That is a ridiculous and stupid excuse to shirk responsibility! He did not even offer to help fix or offer to send for repair. I asked for the staff that changed the strap for me and he even lied to say that the staff is not around. I stood outside the shop for a while and to my surprise, I saw that staff walked out from the small office! LOUSY service and DISHONEST staff! Never to patronise this shop!
bad service and the staff broke my watch
On 16 October 2015, I went to this shop to enquiry bout my leather watch...i show him how much he charge for the strap...he says 12 buck...i agree...and then i took out my hp to make call.den he came n i see the leather is still spoilt..so i ask him what is this...he say that had already spoilt in d first place...so i ask him...didnt i ask just now to change strap...n he says its 12 n i agree...after that he says its 25 bu ck...so i politely decline, take my watch n about to walk away..then he say u got to pay for the battery...i tell him since when i ask him to change battery as my watch d battery is still ok...so i tell him pls change back to my old batt...he took it, i heard some hammering n he just put my watch on d glass surface n walk away...when i look at my watch...all my crystal inside was scattered...i was so angry...he gonna have his karma...pls...do something...
terrible service
Brought a watch there to fix. Not only did I get chased off as I worked at a watch pushcart. One middle-aged lady staff insinuated that I am disrupting her business and will not be able to afford to pay for any lost watches. Watch service for $3 for the first time I brought it there to fix, charged me $5 this time round. I will never patronise their shop again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
