I bought a fancy and expensive Viking barbeque in 2001. The igniters have given out. I cannot contact Viking by phone with 2 numbers provided. I purchased 3 igniters and they are the wrong size and do not ignite a flame. I was told by Sue Young Brown parts that the provided igniters are all that is available Sort of a "suck on that pickle " answer. I wish to get a service call but cannot contact Viking.
