Viking Barbeque / Suck on that pickle

I bought a fancy and expensive Viking barbeque in 2001. The igniters have given out. I cannot contact Viking by phone with 2 numbers provided. I purchased 3 igniters and they are the wrong size and do not ignite a flame. I was told by Sue Young Brown parts that the provided igniters are all that is available Sort of a "suck on that pickle " answer. I wish to get a service call but cannot contact Viking. I have exactly the same problem since they no longer use that plastic cap[, i would guess that they have hady many complaints.

Viking service really means "no service."

I had similarly horrible experiences with the Viking company. Bought Viking once... will never make that mistake again.
