This company has taken £24.95 (stirling) out of my bank account via a direct debit that I did not authorise
Update on complaint logged on 2011-06-25 regarding a company called VIDCUBE taking £24.95 from my account even though I did not sign up for any 'paid services' with this company, I had to pay a further £0.99 to cancel my "free" subscription, and then 3 days later they did refund my £24.95, which actually suprised me as I thought I would never see it again, but remember, it has cost me £o.99 to get back my money back. My advice... do not go anywhere near this company...PERIOD!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
VID.COM [protected] has charged me USD39.95 as shown in my Credit Card Statement for June and July 2018 for unknown transaction. Please stop charging me immediately and refund USD79.90. Thank you. CCChee

The same as the above comment that this company has taken money that has never been subscribed to in the first place
its just the same as mines. this company took money from my account and i havent subscribed for it
thats the third time this company has taken money from my account. will i ever see the money again. someone should put a stop to these people takeing our money . anyway ive had to go to the bank to change all my details . hopefuly other people dont get affected
As far I knew I signed up for a free trial and it was not indicated anywhere that after 5 days I would be charged 24.95 for a month membership, I was also never asked to confirm that it was okay for them to charge me, they took the money ot of my account without permission. I have now cancelled my membership and would like a full refund but yes I strongly agree that VidCube should be sued and shut down.
i never signed up at all so i dont even know why they are charging me i cant cancel somthing i dont have any details for this company needs shutting down and sueing
