Victoria's Secret bra fitting service

I took my granddaughter to the Milton Keynes store of Victoria secrets. I was very impressed by the customer service and friendliness of the whole team. We asked for a bra fitting service for my 13-year-old granddaughter who had previously been measured several months ago at Marks & Spencer at that time she was told her bra size was 32B. Keira visited the Victoria Secrets Milton Keynes store on the 21st of July 2018 and her bra fitting was carried out by Meg P. It was recommended that Keira had lightly lined pink size 32DD. We were surprised by this given that she is only 13 years old however we except that she is growing fast! We purchased three bras from the store and again all of the staff were very helpful. However since, the visit Keira has not been very happy with the fit of the bras and therefore last weekend we visited Marks & Spencer‘s once again to re-check the measurements. We were astounded to find that not only was Keira not 32DD, she was in fact still 32B!
Whilst I appreciate that sizes differ from store to store and brand to brand the overall sizing should match. I now feel that the excellent customer service we received at Victoria secrets is completely undermined now that we understand measuring/fitting service was incorrect. This also means that I spent in excess of £70 on products from the store which are incorrect. I would appreciate your feedback and thoughts on the incorrect measuring that your team carried out. I look forward to hearing from you

Victoria's Secret underwear

I am very upset Victoria secret underwear I bought over $200 worth of underwear from Victoria's Secret and I take very good care of my belongings when I washed then to where I put them in a garment bag on delicate and I hang to dry unfortunately all of my underwear are falling apart the material I never thought I would fall apart like that I would really appreciate if Victoria secret would refund me my money for this I know where that is no good .
I am just so disappointed I love Victoria secret .

Victoria's Secret fragrance mist brume parfumee 250ml rush

I am writing today to forward my concerns & distress about My daughter Katerina. Katerina purchased the Victoria's Secret Fragrance Mist Brume 250ml in RUSH from Perfume Parlour at Oaklands Park in Adelaide on Friday 17/8/18. She used the fragrance on Monday the 27th of August before leaving the home for dinner around 5. During the evening she felt itchy and discomfort in the area she sprayed the fragrance Mist. On arriving home after a few hours once she removed her blouse she noticed she had come up with an allergic reaction, a very red bumpy rash looking like hives around the area she sprayed the mist. This rash continued to worsen over the night with itchiness and soreness throughout the night, keeping Katerina up. She jumped into a cool shower hoping this would help with the irritation and itchiness but had no calming effect at all.

On waking up the rash had spread and had become more red and lumpy looking with the itching continuing to be present. Once I saw the rash that morning I was very concerned about the look of it as it looked very raw and I knew straight away this needed to be looked at by a doctor immediatly.

I made an appointment with our doctor/dermatologist, Dr. Anthony Lau on that very day, Tuesday the 28th of August at his clinic Vitality Healthcare Medical Centre at 55-56/81 Carrington Street, Adelaide. On observation and examination of the rash he immediately said this rash is "Contact Allergic Dermatitis" which is a condition caused from applying perfume Mist, creams etc. He prescribed Katerina with a steroid cream "Celestone" to apply to clean skin morning and night and to take Telfast to help with the itching and irritation. He told us this would take seven to ten days to clear completely.

We have also spoken to Laser Clinics Australia about any treatments that could help Katerina with the allergic dermatitis reaction and we have been advised that laser light therapy treatments would help with clearing the rash quicker as well as preventing any scarring caused by continuous scratching which can lead to breakage of skin that can further lead to infection. This would also help greatly with the discomfort Katerina is experiencing and will make the rash look less red and sore. Each treatment would cost Katerina $99 a treatment and Katerina will need five treatments costing her $500 out of pocket. I am looking at making sure Katerina is not left with any scarring or skin condition so I am taking all precautions as she has never experienced anything like this before and she has flawless skin which I do not want to jeopardise in anyway, so I want Katerina to get any treatments she can to avoid this becoming a bigger problem.

This has caused Katerina a lot of discomfort and pain during this outbreak and has also limited to what clothing she has been able to wear to cover and hide it as others would feel intimidated to go close or have any treatments done through Katerina as she is a beauty therapist and she is in contact with people everyday performing beauty treatments on clients. With this she has had to go out and purchase new clothing to cover and hide the dermatitis rash so she has had to spend her earnings and be left with out of pocket expenses to cover an issue she would not have had if she had not purchased and used the Victoria's Secret Fragrance Mist.

No consumer should have to endure or go through this, this is why we put our trust in your hands and buy products thinking they are safe to use, furthermore, then having the out of pocket expenses to fix and repair the damages caused. This is not acceptable by us at all and want to have all expenses incurred by us to treat this dermatitis outbreak reimbursed back to us. I am utterly disappointed with this product and the pain and discomfort it has put my daughter through.

I am looking for a reimbursement of the price Katerina paid for the Victoria's Secret bottle ($20), a reimbursement for the medication she had to purchase to heal the dermatitis ($7.90), a reimbursement for the Telfast tablets ($12.00), a reimbursement of the doctors visit ($67.00), a reimbursement for all Laser treatments ($500), a reimbursement for five new silk blouses to wear over the next ten days (Katerina chose silk because she found it felt soft and flowy on the skin making it more comfortable to wear during the day with this condition), purchased at $95 each ($475) and liability damages for injuries caused from your product, Victoria's Secret Fragrance Mist RUSH.

I have enclosed photos of the letter from the visit with Dr. Anthony Lau, the chemisr Warehouse receipt for the purchase of the steroid cream Celestone, a copy of her bank statement for the purchase of the Victoria's Secret Fragrance from Perfume Parlour on the 17/8/18 and photos of my daughters neck showing the contact dermatitis rash caused by using the fragrance on the 27/8/18.

I have not included any website of Victoria's Secret or any city location as I can't find a Head Office Location or phone number, hoping you can help me with this.

Victoria's Secret dogs in stores

Please implement a no-pets policy in all of your stores! It's ridiculous when I'm shopping for women's lingerie, which is very delicate, then I turn around and see a huge dog in the store! I, along with many other people, am extremely allergic to and extremely afraid of dogs! They should not be allowed in stores! Pet owners should stop being obsessed about their pets and should be able to leave their pets at home or tie them up outside, as they used to do! Nothing prevents dogs from sniffing the merchandise! Shopping should not be a frightening or uncomfortable experience! All customers should be comfortable, and I most certainly am not! Please implement "No Pets Allowed" in all stores!

Victoria's Secret exchange

My daughter shops here a lot. I was so disappointed when she wanted to exchange her shoes for the exact same pair. She did not have her receipt so I ask what about an email she told me no they couldn't. She also said the shoes were worn and that it would be a ten dollar damage fee. I explained that she never wore the shoes and the young lady called another associate up to the cash wrap. They gave me a really hard time. Well before I got to the register it was another customer in front of me and she was making a purchase and she wanted the free duffle bag with her purchase but she was ten cents short and they adjust the price so she could get it. I thought how unfair is this all my daughter was to exchange and they are giving us a really hard time. So I told them that I would just bring my card back. I ask the young lady for her name and she told me that I didn't need her name but I could speak to a manager. The manager came and I explained everything that happened to me and she did apologize and exchanged the shoes however it did bother me because I bring my daughter here to shop all the time and we were treated unfairly.

Victoria's Secret payment/billing

To whom it may concern:

I was never emailed a notification that my account summary was ready; therefore, I was late on first payment. I remembered to make my second and what I believed last payment only to be notified almost three months later by a call saying I had $53 in late fees. I called customer service and was given no assistance (The total of purchase was $67.)
I logged into my account when I made my second payment and saw my balance of $38. No notification of any late fees otherwise I would have paid it then. I use to receive paper statements and suddenly it had switched to paperless. I was late on the first payment because I never received an email from Victoria's Secret. I have been an account holder for over 10 years. $53 may not seem like large amount for some but to me it is, at this current time. Not to mention how it will affect my credit.

Victoria's Secret customer service

I will never set foot in a Victoria's Secret again. My mother had decided it was time for me to have a more mature set of bras and panties (ones without cartoon characters and things of the like), and we were both excited to explore and make some purchases. I had been saving for months and my mom made a big deal out of the whole thing. We laughed our way into the Christiana Mall of Newark, Delaware. Giggling we walked into the store, only to be greeted with disgusted looks from the two women that I assumed to be customer service. Upon seeing us, they grimaced and began to back away from my mother and I towards the dressing rooms. Turning slightly to grab random things, they began to whisper to one another as they folded and moved more quickly away from us. My mom turned towards me solemnly, blaming herself (being a larger lady with a G cup). I knew that it was wrong and I have not patronized the store since.

Victoria's Secret stock and website setup

There is never any of the regular panties in size SMALL at the glendale galleria in glendale ca location in my city. Why are small sizes panties never in stock at this location? its beyond frustrating and inconvenient to use your stupid setup of website when u cant even see whats in your bag clearly BECAUSE OF THE STUPID SIDE WINDOW USE HAVE ON RIGHT SIDE OF SCREEN and use all coupons in 1 transaction online. The live chat person was absolutely useless in helping me to get my order placed quickly it took way too long to place my order so I cancelled after spending 20 min looking for the items and trying to figure out how to use all these useless coupons use send ME which I apparently cant use in one transaction but i can in the store.

I would have never ordered online if u would stock small sized panties at the glendale galleria location. everytime i go into this store they are out to small sized panties. this is ridiculous. I am very angry that i wasted 30 minutes of my busy schedule trying to order a few items from you that you should keep in stock at the store level. I am absolutely angry that after all this time and energy trying to place an order i am walking away empty handed cause i cant use my coupons in one transaction! who has time for this kind of nonsense!

Victoria's Secret applying for angel card

Today 8/5/18 around 1pm in the Hagerstown Mall, MD Victoria Secret Store. I was told by a sales rep that running a promotion if apply for an angel card I would receive $25 off my purchase today. I applied for the card at the register then was ask to go around to the desk to get on the phone with card agent. Gave him some more info and then she came back to the register to say it would take 10 days to process and I would receive my coupon in the mail if approved. This happen to another lady beside me. too. I have an excellent credit rating and was just approved at American Eagle 30 mins prior to this transaction. In the 25 years I have applied for credit cards on the spot I have never been turned down nor had to speak to a credit card rep. To me this is insulting considering my credit score is excellent and make over 114, 000 year. I personally thank this is scam to get customers to come back to your store to buy more items and am thinking about reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. I should not have been put through this insulting process. I am very unhappy. If my daughter did not want a PINK backpack so bad I would have voided my whole purchase. Plan on never shopping there again.

Victoria's Secret service

Erin an employee at Cerritos center was the most unprofessional person I had to deal with. His last priority was to help customers, he got irritated when asked for help. He was more interested in outside activities. He was folding panties and didn't want no one to unfold or touch anything. I felt disrespect by his tone of voice when responding to my questions. He has no idea what customer services is all about, he can't even engaged or make a connection with customers .

Victoria's Secret customer service

I have been on the phone with customer service reps and a manager named Molly for over an hour. I placed an order online, the next I checked my email and it stated there was problems authenticating my order and VS will keep attempting up 7 days. I called in and the problem was simply my old card was on file. The rep updated my card and told me everything was fine. I got an email confirmation that my order was delivered today and the price was an $100.00 different from when I placed my order. Upon returning home this evening from work, I immediately called in and this is where the problems really began. The first rep was very quick to hear my problem and called in to an manager for assistance and came back telling me that is was nothing he could do but discount one bra back to the sale price. His manager informed him from the day I placed the order and the next day when I called in the sale was off. So me explaining my frustration, he starts addressing me not by name, but calling me Hun. I just told him I will call back and speak to another rep. I called back and the rep fully understood the problem and called to get an manager to override the problem. She comes back on the phone saying the manager wouldn't do it and she tried to explain to her also. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. Her name was Molly and she simply told me she was the same manager that denied the first transaction when I spoke the first rep. She told me to read the fine print, she didn't have to price match anything, she also lied and said every time I called it would be her because she was the only manager on duty. She is very incompetent about her job, unprofessional, rude and a lair! My email clearly states "VS will attempt to process my order 7 days from the initial date of purchase" and I called in the very next day! However with the third approach I spoke with a manager name Kristen, very sweet, professional and apologetic to the situation! She immediately fix the problem and thank me for service! Molly needs to be coached and needs another customer service assessment test because her skills are terrible!

Victoria's Secret customer service

I was shopping at VS at the deer brook mall location. As I was waiting to check out, I noticed how long the line was (10 people) with only one cashier checking out. I asked an employee standing on the floor were there any more employees to check out, with rude tone to her reply she stated "NO" so I said do you not see how many customers are standing in line so she said she would get the manager. Once the manager came out (Hispanic heavy set lady) she rudely said that she was short of staff, so I said there are a lot of your staff on the floor so how are you short staff? She stated well I need them all on the floor and if you want to make a complaint she would give me the contact info with her name. The approach she gave me was rude and unprofessional, I never asked for her information nor did I mention anything about a complaint...I felt like she did not care about the situation at hand nor the long line of annoyed customers waiting to check out. I also notice there was another employee behind the register, but was on a personal call. Over all my shopping experience there was unpleasant and as a manager in her role, she should have open another register to help out the one cashier checking out, but she didn't care and walked away to the back where I assume was the employees breakroom. I feel like that entire staff including the manager need to attend a customer service class. Everyone there was very unfriendly and not helpful.

I went to exchange the under wear I brought to get pink under wear in order to get gold cooler the manager grab my Victoria secret bag on that was already paid for and I had my receipt take my items out with my permission I was only making a even exchanged because I had coupons of 15 off which I got on the mail and took 15 dollars off he was saying I will not get bag but I had already purchased item and my bag was in bag he grab my bag take out the free gift I was supposed to get with tell me I can't get that after purchase was already due, mind I was only exchange the underwear because they said you had to have pink brand under order to get cooler mind u I had already purchase bra which included the free
Bag cause I use the 15 off coupon which I got from Victoria secret he was tell me I couldn't get bag which didn't make sense after my transition was already done, so in order to get gold cooler for pink pant I had to rebuy other set when in my originally recipert I already paid for the underwear
Manger should be fired because I was indian and his white doesn't give him right to grab my item that was already purchase and paid for and I had to pay again for underwear that was just exchange seriously, never in my life was I ever humiliated like this manager make me feel he need to be fired
Never again will I shop at this Victoria secret at boardway mall in Hicksville, I got got rip off seriously, seriously need to be fired

Victoria's Secret rude customer service at arcadia mall

I bought a bra at Victoria secret store at Arcadia mall on 07/04/2018. I went back home and excitedly cut the tag and tried it on. I was going to wash it before so I can wear it. Before I went to bed, I went check the victoria secret official website. I was so shocked to see the bra that I bought for the original price $59 was selling online for $35. so I bought the same bra online and went back to the store to return the bra on 07/15/2018. I went to the store to return the bra on the following day. There was a long line and it was frustrated that I just bought yesterday and had to return it for the price difference. however, it was shocking to me because I was told by the cashier that I can only have store credit. she was accusing me that I brought a different bra in exchange for higher credit( i presented the receipt from yesterday already). I took one of the bras that have the same style than i bought from yesterday to show her. she was telling me that online price and instore are different. hello! lady! I showed you the receipt that I literally just bought it yesterday for $59. and your guys still have the same style in the store. I went talk to the manager in the victoria secret store Arcadia mall. she did not even care and told me to stop talking so she will refund to me. I had a huge fight with the manager because she was rude and the cashier was accusing me bring a cheap bra in exchange for higher credit. That was the literally the worst shopping experience of my life. And I work for the service field as well. I do not understand how victoria secret runs their business with such a big price difference for in-store and online. why would I waste my time to stand in line and got yelled at the manager from Victoria secret store instead of taking my time to pick the item that I want online? I have to admit that I still love Victoria secret's products but I would never ever shop at Victoria secret store again. bad service, rude workers and the huge price difference between online and in store

Victoria's Secret seizure of my perfume bought in transit vs departure area auckland international airport

In transit at the airport of Auckland I bought my flavor Angel Gold in your store Victoria's Secret duty-free. The seller asked for my flight number to be able to purchase and I left taking my plane. In the arrival to Sydney the customs officers seized my perfume because I did not have the bag plastic duty-free.
I gave them my ticket of purchase to prove them that I had just bought in transit my flavor, they wanted nothing to know and kept me my flavor by telling me that the seller would have had to give me a plastic bag of duty-free to be able to clear through customs the flavor.
It is inaceptable that I am penalized by my purchase because the seller did not make its work of seller of duty-free. There are very precise rules under transit which the sellers have to know and necessarily know ... It can be an oversight (?!) but I cannot undergo this error.

Victoria's Secret product (underwear)

Hello, I was in Vancouver in March -April 2018 and over the course of a few days purchased quite a few of your lovely bra's and pants. One of the bra's I purchased is an every day bra, very practical and comfortable (in black). Since returning home to Edinburgh, Scotland I have worn this bra a good few times and perhaps washed it 10 times since. About a month ago the fabric started coming away from the support of the bra, the fasten at the back has half fallen off and the wire from under my left cup has burst through and is now unwearable. I'm pretty disappointed in this product and feel annoyed to have spent around 50GBP on this bra and felt it necessary to write to you.

Victoria's Secret pink underwear

Hi there.
I recently made a rather size-able order with yourselves. Picture attached... with order number on.
After wearing one of the items off that order and washing only once it has ripped.very surprised about this as I've only worn them once.

Not too happy as I have spent such a lot of money on your products in the last month.. did not expect any faults with items that are as pricey as yours.

I purchased 5 t-shirt bras at $36 each, with in the second month, one of the underwires broke, with in a 6 month span, all 5 bras had the underwires brake. I will not buy VS products again.

Victoria's Secret rude manager

Went to Victoria Secret in Brookfield Square. Purchased a lot went shopping 4 times at that location because of the big sale. I had to go back several different times because security piece was left on. I had to make a couple of trips. The Manager Andra gave me a 20 percent off discount because of the Inconvenience . I requested. I purchased more items on my way out the alarm went off had to go back in the cashier forgot to take it off again. So I went home another item had another security piece on had to go back again to have it removed with my receipt. Manager was very rude act like it was my fault. The cashiers can't even do their job and make sure the security piece is off. Then the manager has a attitude trust me I am not shopping at that location ever again I am a gold card holder.

I bought 3 pink bras at the same time and they hurt really bad. It's to the point where I can't even wear them, they just sit in the drawer. All that money gone to waste. Victoria's Secret service

So yesterday I took my teenager to Victoria secret to by a bra and other items. We walked into the pink counter and the over weight lady wearing a pink shirt saw us and left the counter the other lady was very nice and helped us with a fitting even though they were getting busy. We got our items and stood in line. The same lady helped us and gave us a coupon. The line was long and she was asking for help with no one coming. So leaving the same rude employee was infront of us I said excuse me multiple times and she looked back and stood there and bumped into me which I responded girl. And left. This makes me not want to shop here again. Especially after what happen to the lady who was bring a bra back that had a Sensor left and was handcuff . Is this how your employees treat people? And yes I am black and my daughter is mix.
The look that employee gave was like why are you hear. Doesn't matter I wont be back.
