Victoria's Secret bra's

Your Bra's are pricey, which I don't usually mind paying for. I buy them for my daughter as well as myself, however the last few times I have been there I am just so disappointed by my experience there, the staff are stalking you all the time, (almost like they are watching to see if you will steal, it's appalling) they never measure you unless you ask and then they seem annoyed, the bra's are always missing straps and the stores never have the larger sizes. Besides all of that the quality of the material itself has been more then disappointing. I use to never have issues with the wires poking through or the material wearing and tearing so easily. I'm just beyond disappointed and as much as I love the styles there, I just can't spend my hard earned money there. The saddest part is my 15 year old loves Pink, and she is just so over the prices and the material. The colors of the clothes run, the tights fade after one wash, and the hoodies/sweaters shrink. Sorry but not sorry to say you have lost two costumers.

Victoria's Secret push up multiway strapless bra

I wear this bra couple time. but 2 days ago I wore with no trap and got very hurt by the end of the day. I took off and check, there are couple spot of red lines on my skin which blister and painful.
I don't know what it is but just to let you know about your product.
I'm a fan of VS and all my bra is your brand. Now I'm consider what to use and advise my friend.
this never happen in my life. My since are not sensitive or allergic to latex.

Victoria's Secret the manager is very rude

The manager at victoria secret is very rude at Queensbay Mall Penang. How can she treat the custmer rudely. Raise the voice infront of other customer to embrssed me. The mechine card is the main problem and she tought I have not enough money to pay. I ask the staff to keep my thing so that I can withdraw the money and give back to her. And the staff ask the manager, and she said "then nak i buat apa, bagi pinjam you duit?" Very loudly. Im so upsad the way she treat the custmer like that.

Yesterday I went to vs. I bought a body mist and when I want to paid, theres got 2 line. one pay by cash another one is by card. so I lined up under card bcause I dont have enough money to pay cash. when its came to my turn, my card cant verified bcause of terminal machine got problem. so, this lady cashier which is from bath and body is works say to me that must pay by cash so I said to her I dont have enough money to pay full and is that possible if I go to bank first then will be back to paid. and this stupid cashier from b&bb said she must asking her manager first which is beside her that taking under cash. you know what this rude manager replied to her? infront of many ppls lining up? “so is that my problem that she dont have enough money to pay? so she want to borrow rm10 from us? with smiles in her face! so I replied back that I want to take out money first then will pay another 10ringgit.

So here, is that my problem too that terminal machine is not working and the manager must being rude to me? if I dont have [censored] money I will not came to buy lah! thats why im lining up under card. please, this manager is too much and rude to customer. how can she be a manager if she cant respect customer and being rude. is that she teachs her worker to being rude too?

Victoria's Secret satin lip gloss

I've been buying satin lip gloss for about 8 years, it's the only lip gloss I can wear that doesn't give me a allergic reaction. I don't know what you all changed in the formula but now the gloss is useless, I shouldn't have to reapply my lip gloss every 20 minutes because its so thin. This gloss is too expensive to be so watered down. When I first started buying it, it was 5 for $20; now its 4 for $28 or $10 a piece if not on sale. Its mainly the new flavors recently that feels watered down, so I went online last week to order 2 of the 5 pack of discontinued lip gloss at $25 a pack hoping its the old formula. Received my package yesterday, haven't opened it yet but if I try one of the lip glosses and it's not as thick as it use to be, I'll definitely be returning them and shopping elsewhere for lip gloss.

Victoria's Secret account assure

I was just informed about charges that are being charged to my card with out my permission . I never signed up or gave anyone permission to charge fees to my Victoria Secret. I was wondering why my balance never went down very much and called the company they explained to me about the charges that a third party company named account assure was adding to my card. I don't even use this credit card often and believe i should only have left to pay about $300. They said i would have to contact you to get all my money reimbursed. They are saying it got added in 2015 but I never authorized it. They have charged me almost 800$ and this is unfair. I will be waiting for your reply. My email address is [protected]@live.com

Victoria's Secret customer service

On may12 (sat) I was at your elizabethtown ky store, I was shopping for myself, as well as a gift for a friend. I roughly spent 370.00 dollars, now I don't have a lot of money, and I work very hard as a hotel guest service cleaning rooms. I saved this money for a while to be able to get the items I did. I have medical issues that cause a jerk to my nerves and I heard the young lady's. Who work there talking loufly that I had to be on drugs and watch me I probably steal. I politely ignored the comments but I do think that was awful and ill not spend my hard earned money at your place of business any longer. Tell your employees. don't judge a book by its cover.

Victoria's Secret rude service

I would like to notify you of very rude service I received at the Victoria Secret store located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Canada). This store is located in the Midtown Shopping Plaza. I visited the store yesterday (Wednesday, May 9th). When I first stepped into the store, I was approached by an associate. She spoke in a very very quiet voice. I couldn't even hear what she said as I took my first steps into the store. When I said "Pardon?" "I couldn't hear you"... she said again, very quickly.. "have you found everything your looking for?" I then said, well no... I just walked in to the store. She then turned around and walked away. I then continued to look around. Found two items I needed to try on. I went to the change rooms. No one was there. I waited for about 5 minutes when my partner went to find someone. He found two associates standing together on Ipads (?) They rudely told him we need to push a button and someone will come. After this, I went to look at some other items and asked what the price to an associate standing right at the display I was at (panties). She didn't greet me, looked at me with zero desire to help me or ask if I even needed help. I asked her a question as to how many panties need to be purchased for the price. She looked at me very abruptly and said 5 for $35 and looked away from me. So from this point, I had had enough. I walked out the store. I have never been treated so rudely in this store. I am disappointed and upset for the way I was treated. I don't know if I will step foot in this store again. I don't know where customer service went. It seems these younger associates truly don't care. Maybe if your their age, they might show some interest in you. I am a 48 year old professional and don't desire to shop in an environment like this. Some further training to these associates needs to happen in customer care. This type of treatment is going to turn away alot of potential customers.

Victoria's Secret bra - [protected]

Hi,
My complaint is about the floor model bra I listed above ( not sure if the code I see on my receipt is helping you identify the item). At the same time I would like to bring your attention to the lack of quality service offered to Victoria Secret customers visiting the Fairview store in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada. First, I felt rushed to make a decision about the type of bras I would like to try on. Secondly, when asking for a second type of bras, they showed me a drawer with a few items - I couldn't believe the scarcity of items to choose from. I finally chose one of the 4 bras I tried on and was given the floor model that had lipstick on. I asked for a new one, they looked and came back telling me there is none left. I asked for a discount and was told that they do not offer any. The girl cleaned it a bit, however what I know is that I purchased a used bra for $73.83.

Even if the name Victoria Secret has been a great place for me and my teenage daughters at the beginning, we are becoming more and more unpleasantly impressed with the quality of service offered at our local store.

Victoria's Secret angel credit card

I have fallen behind on payments due to unemployment for the last 2-3 months I receive at least 5-6 phone calls from the company and when I finally answered the lady on the phone did not directly state who she was over the phone instead she proceeded to ask me 3 times if I was the person whom she was speaking to. Highly unprofessional. And as I told her I am fully aware I have fallen behind on my payments she was persistent as to telling me when I need to give money to pay a minimum. If I tell you I need time, I need time. I do not appreciate this as it has been borderling harassment. Had I known taking a credit card out for a retail company who specializes in bras and underwear was going to cause this much of an issue, I would have never done it.

Victoria's Secret horrible service

My friend and I experience in your Ventura/Pacfic View mall store. We were shopping for new bras and had terrible moment at your store. We decided to try bras on and were taken to dressing area and told to push the buttons for service and were left there. We had to redress go and get more product for ourselves and then went back to retry our items our dressing and the dressing room doors were locked with our names on the door. We then had to go look for a associate and they were all on their CELL PHONES...UGH...We immediately left and went to Macy's! What type of example of customer service was this. The Sales/Associate had to problem helping us at Macy's and had more than one customer. Someone needs to retrain these lady's at Victoria's the true meaning or work ethic with customer service.

Victoria's Secret poor customer service

I would like to complaint of the bad service and attitude the Manager named Louis showed to me. I am a current costumer that spends lots of money at the store. The store is located at Jersey Garden Mall in Elizabeth NJ. I was at the store today with my 2 young daughters when I found two sports bras at the last call bin priced at $2.99. I spent a lot of time checking that bin and I even asked the manager if that bra was $2.99? She answered yes. Everything in that bin is $2.99. I only choose 2 bras, so after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes, the cashier scanned the bras and told me that they were marked $9.99, and I tried to explained that I asked her manager and that she agreed. But when the manager was called at the register to approve the price. She completely changed her friendly attitude, she said that somebody put bras in there, that only the bras with the stickers that says last item were $2.99. She never mention that to me. She even started raising her voice saying, Well I can't give that bra to you for that price, I can get in trouble for that. And I was like, really? I worked at retail store and I know how that works. I didn't like the way she talked to me in front of my daughters, like I was the person who put the bra in that area so that I can get that sale. Even the cashier came to check the bin where I got the $2.99 bras, and she saw many other similar sport bras. I understand that sometimes people misplace items, but the way the manager handled the problem wasn't right. I love VS and I would really like for someone to talk to her and show her that what she did was wrong. She has to go back to training. I hope this complaint reaches her. Because I told her I was going to complaint. Thank you.

Victoria's Secret products

I am writing to strongly encourage Victoria's secret to bring back their older styles and products. I used to love shopping at Victoria's secret, however, the products and quality have gotten worse. I have purchased 3 pairs of laced panties that ripped after the first wear. I am disappointed about the swimwear selection and the fact that the stores have stopped selling the unique variety they used to have. I am also disappointed that they stopped selling yoga pants. I have seen one pair in stores and they are plain black and not fun and unique like they used to be. I also don't believe in Victoria's secret merging to be an active wear store. It is known for their bras, panties, and swimwear (which doesn't really exist anymore.) I can get active pants from anywhere else, but not the same quality swimwear or yoga pants. Overall, I don't find myself shopping at the store very much anymore. And I'm disappointed with almost every purchase. bring back the old styles!

Victoria's Secret poor store upkeep

I was visiting Chicago and went into your store on Michigan avenue. Upstairs in the pink store there were large white trash bags filled with clothing scattered on the floor in front of items we could get to. Due to the presentation of the store with trash bags I didn't feel comfortable purchasing any items and I am a Victoria secret card holder. 1st impressions and presentation mean a lot when you are purchasing items and what I observed saddened me that you all would present your store to customers in such a manner. I have attached a picture so you can see how you present your items and store to customers.

Victoria's Secret manager needs customer service skills

Hi, I normally LOVE your products, but I had a bra tear beyond repair after only 2 months of wear. I can wear one for up to 3-4 years easily. I took it into the nearest store (Orange Park, FL on 3/1/18) and spoke with the manager, explaining what was wrong. Even though she wasn't rude, she was very unwilling to help AT ALL. She never once explained what the return policies were, as I didn't know them at the time. She said since I didn't have a receipt and it was wear and tear, she couldn't exchange it or give me any kind of refund. I said, " So i just waisted $25 on this bra?" And she replied, " Pretty much. At least you got a few wears out of it." That was it. ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP! I walked out and immediately called customer service who gladly explained the return policies and issued me a $15 credit. That manager seriously needs some customer service training because she stinks at it!

Victoria's Secret underwear

I had come in and purchased underwear for Christmas, for myslef and my daughter.I bought 20 pairs. Now, i normally have no issue, so, i took my tags off and wore as I wanted...well about 4 pair now have fallen apart, strings started hanging and seems coming undone. .I suppose I should have brought them in, but i threw them away, frustrated! I am a pretty unhappy with this! I don't normally but that many, to be honest, But, I figured for the orice, they should not be falling apart!

Victoria's Secret discrimination of customer

I have tried several times to get a hold of someone to file my complaint. This has become a serious issue. I have been mistreated in more ways than one.
I was in a Victoria Secret store a couple weeks ago. I shop at Victoria secret twice a year. I am in love with everything you sell. But affordable, it is not often.
I was at your Great Northern location, I was in the store for about an hour. Not one person asked me if I needed help, nor if I needed anything. But several younger girls around were asked. Then after trying on a few items I checked out. I always spent over $100.00. This way I will get the, over $75 offer. I asked the employee, very young girl, about the featured bag for purchases over $75., She informed me there were none left. I asked if something could be put in place of this bag. She looked at me with discuss and said "no, why would I think that?" Her exact words! Then the girl behind me, surely they knew eachother. When the cashier rung her items up, she made a $78 purchase. The employee then handed the customer a bag, the weekend bag that I asked about. I asked the cashier, I thought you were out and her response being, I had found one. I said 2 minutes later? I was sent away empty handed and mistreated to the fullest. I need a answer for these actions of your employee and why I was treated with such disrespect and discriminated against!?

Victoria's Secret tee shirt bra and panties

Good afternoon,
My complaint is in regards to a black 42D black tee shirt bra and the panties that I purchased 5/$28. First off, I bought the bra shortly before Christmas and yesterday the underwire snapped in two! I was in awe since I've only worn this bra a handful of times. Second, is the panties, 3 of the 5 now have holes in the side seam from my thumb going right through it. Astonished, I had asked some friends who also wear VS panties if they had an issue, not telling them my problem, and they said they've had the same problem.. I am so unhappy with my purchases. I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 years and I think I will be turning my purchases over to a different company. The store informed me that there was nothing they could do without a receipt. I am not willing to spend money on your product if there is no longevity. I am just so disappointed in the materials and the manufacturing. It breaks my heart. Thank you for listening.

OMGOSH, this is ridiculous! I am 42 years old, I was fitted by the workers at Christmas! I have/HAD been a loyal customer forever! Your product has lost quality! I will not go back and forth about the cleaning and proper fitting of YOUR undergarments! I hand wash my bras and pull up my underwear like every woman in the free world! Your product has lost value and now you're customers service sucks! I will not play the blame game! Take responsibility for your [censor] products! I will NEVER step foot into another Victoria Secrets nor will I take my daughter! I will pass your behavior and regards onto every woman I know! Thanks for NOTHING!

Appreciated reading your review.

Is it possible you're wearing the garments a little too tight? Some ladies have never been properly fit and it's absolutely recommended you do so. You should not experience bulging on the side and comfortably fit two fingers between any straps.

Hi Kelly.

Has the fitting been recently, say within the last six months? Some of us have weight issues which fluctuate more dramatically, and our body styles change with it. Experts agree that professional fittings should occur regularly -- a minimum of every two years -- to ensure the proper fit.

The cleaning of garments is also equally important. Any bra with underwire support should only be cleaned using a gentle, hand wash only. Allow the bra to air dry. Additional heat should never be applied.

Please forgive me if I've offended you. It is not intentional. The intent was only to determine exactly why the problems were happening. Please understand that many, many wonderful laddies purchase Victoria Secret products every day and do not have the issues you're speaking of. The purpose is not to place blame, but determine why you might be having the problem, while so many others are not.

You are correct in believing that Victoria Secret products, along with most other under garments, should last longer than you've experienced. I/We would enjoy the opportunity to assist you.

Victoria's Secret unethical behaviour

My daughter visited your store in Westfield Stratford shopping centre just last weekend. When she arrived she was automatically followed into the store by the security guard who continued to follow her throughout her visit to the store. Once she had finished looking, she went to leave and was stopped and searched for no reason! She had not stolen anything but was accused over and over with the security guard, (a white male) saying "just give me what you took". She was humiliated! Infront of the whole store she was accused and searched and inside her bags she had person female items which he pulled out whilst searching! We do believe this is a problem of race and age since my daughter is a black teen. She was discriminated against just because of these qualities. Your store is a joke and I will be taking this further and creating more awareness if the issue isn't solved. Thankyou.

Victoria's Secret bras,

Victoria secret products are Very poorly made. I spend way too much money in this store. 4 of my bras are broke and it hasn't even been a year since I had them . I was a very loyal customer but now I absolutely hate this store it's the worse especially since they are very expensive but their stuff is low quality! You guys lost a loyal customer! I will never shop here again!

Victoria's Secret online ordering..

I have tried on line ordering for 2 months. once for Christmas items and again afew hours ago. Both times not haf any of offers applied. Tried correcting problems theu on line and in store..Thought about jyst returning items but last month they were Christmas gifts! I am thinking of not keeping cards or just not ordering oon line period!
