Victoria's Secret reluctant aggressive behavior of city stars assistant manager mrs rana

My name is Shahenaz Badrawy.
I am the medical manager of a hospital in Cairo.
My complaint is the bad lazy provocative behavior of City Stars assistant manager Mrs Rana.
I bought eight bras and nine panties.
First mistake : an uncharged for bra was placed in my bag. Once I discovered I returned to City Stars branch and returned that bra.
Second mistake : I returned to Mrs Rana told her the story and instead of managing the issue of returning the uncharged for bra she referred me to a male employee to review the sizes and part numbers of the bras I paid for to exclude the unpaid for bra.
I repeated the story to the male cashier whom she very reluctantly referred me to without bothering to tell him herself my story.
I had to repeat the story from the beginning.
I had to move with the male personnel to check which bras are paid for by comparing the receipt with bra size.
That was extremely embarrassing.
This is the role of a female sales personnel.
She should have referred me to a female personnel after explaining the task she is supposed to do.
Else wise she could have done the job herself which was returning a lost item.
Instead she was very irresponsible, aggressive and rude.
Mr Hany Joseph the manager blamed her and dismissed her and apologized for her behavior which is the bright aspect of my visit to City Stars branch in Cairo.
Mrs Rana's behavior is the worst example an assistant manager can give to her staff.
I hope to get a positive feedback from VictoriasSecret otherwise you will lose a client who considers VictoriasSecret her favorite brand to the extent of buying seventeen items in twenty four hours.

Victoria's Secret love spell lotion

I have a severe allergy to perfumes and back in 1999 I discovered This lotion that smelled and lasted on me without no reactions...I mean I could put it on and the aroma lingered on my bedding and people recognized me by my smell...Each time I buy it know it appears more diluted...The smell doesn't last and I'm so disappointed...Is there anyway I can purchase the old way that you guys made it...This is the closest I can get to perfume but none of the scents last anymore...Please let me know...

Victoria's Secret customer service from cashier 3055452

On 9/1/17, I visited the Victoria Secrets in the Four Seasons Mall in Greensboro, NC. I had all intentions to purchase a pair of slides from the store and noticed a sign saying "Fur Slides for $15" I noticed a few pair that weren't fur and wanted to know were these also marked down from regular price. So I asked cashier 3055452 were these slides $15 and instead of answering respectfully, she fussed loudly saying "those aren't $15" in a very condescending, rude, and unprofessional manner and tone. Then proceeded to yell across the store to ask the manager a question about the price rather than doing it privately for discretion of the shopper (me). Many of the other customers noticed the scene and also commented that it was very rude and unprofessional. After a few moments I spoke with the manager Martha, who the cashier3055452 asked was the price really $15. I told informed her about cashier 3055452 was very rude and had horrible customer service. She said she would address it, but I want to make sure something was done about the cashier because I have never been treated so rudely or embarrassed while shopping at any Victoria Secret stores or any retail store in general.

Victoria's Secret very sexy push-up bra

On August 25, 2017 I wore my very sexy bra. A few hours after I put it on, the right side of the bra leaked. A couple hours after that, the left side leaked as well. Not only is the bra garbage, but the outfit I was wearing is full of oil. I have not been able to remove the oil from the outfit! This outfit was close to $100. Needless to say, I am not happy!

Victoria's Secret product and stolen phone

I went in to the macomb mall with my oldest daughter it was back to school deals loud dj employees dancing singing very unprofessional. Well she left her phone right by the undies and a worker that was helping us was right there cleaning stuff up well that's one issue someone stole her phone and I paid first told her to put receipt in bag then my daughter paid so I figured she put both receipts and all clothes together well we get home I have what I bought with my receipt but nothing of hers or her receipt I called up there to ask if they could review the camera the lady on the phone said they were fake and they didn't find the phone I don't know if this was the person who helped us but she was buy the phone and she did ring us up as well and was extremely nice but when called very rude and said there's nothing they could do now my daughter lost out on $150 clothes and a Samsung Galaxy s8 plus I just purchased her for high school and their telling me sorry there was no phone or bags left which I want to know if there is Camera's in that Victoria Secrets at macomb mall because I believe it was a employee that had tooken it and I want something done before I contact a lawyer and a news station she is so very upset and I will take every step I have to, to make her happy again! Please help me figure out what else I could do thank you

Victoria's Secret victoria's secret credit card rewards

Love their products, but there rewards program is a joke! I have been a forever angel for 4 years and this last year their customer service and mailing of rewards has gone to [censor] I have been waiting since 6/22 to recieve my reward to arrive, it has been 8 weeks so I called them to get my reward, which they now won't give me over the phone no explanation just no and that I have to wait another 4 to 8 weeks! This is BS! I earned those rewards, and they have given me the certificate # over the phone before! I think they should be emailed or sent with your statement when you have earned them. I'm done with the VS card and now will be finding a new place to spend my $1000 a year! Bye Felica!

Victoria's Secret dropped quality

Their company used to be great and provide a good quality.
But then something has happened and everything changed. They sell no more wonderful and beautiful lingerie because all you can find is small sizes and clothes for students. I don't know what to buy there anymore, even though I regularly get catalogs and gift cards from my husband. I don't feel special looking at pages with kids clothes...

Victoria's Secret poor customer service

At the Mall of the Bluffs store on July 29, 2017 my daughter and I came in to purchase a PINK backpack and tshirt and was treated very rudely by salesperson. Took forever to get to register for checkout, never mad eye contact or smiled, could have cared less if we were in there. I ended up spending over $100.00 on PINK item swhich are overpriced junk, but is what all of the tween girls are wearing so I caved in for my daughter for back to school. I used to love going in there for the fact of excellent customer service in shopping for bras, but it will be a very long time if ever I step foot in that store again to be greeting by a snotty sales clerk.

Victoria's Secret liquid glitter phone case

I am writing this letter to you about the phone case I bought from your company that cracked and leaked out all over the inside of my purse damaging my phone along with other items in my purse not to mention I used my phone for work this has caused me not to able to communicate with my job and my family. Victoria's Secret cashier and products arrangement - time waste!!

DEAR VISTORIA SECRET TEAM
I am living in Saudi Arabia, being a regular costumer for victories secret even before branches are available in the place (for around 10 year by fiends and online order)
I know the quality and high service standards
Unfortunately in Saudi Arabia service is below average, I have several incidents and I will report the last one .
Wed 25/7/17 I was in HAYAT MALL afternoon time
I was looking for Bra, baskets of the bras’, as you know, are arranged according to size . In real, this was not accurate it took me long time to have one bra, no great customer service.
I decided to stop shopping and to go to cahier. Unfortunately, cashier was worse, 4 cashiers with only 2 open (working), very slow service it took me more than 30min to reach the cashier were the estimate number of customs at the time was 10 .
For now I decided not go back to vistoria secret again, It is TIME WASTING .

Victoria's Secret online order.

I purchased some items online after paying my monthly payment on my credit card. When checking your i was asked for my credit card information and put in my personal bank card information when I was actually going to purchased it with my Victoria secret credit card. I tried to go back and my payment was submitted and I could not return to the previous page. I immediately called customer service it wasn't even 5 minutes later when they said they would refund me my money and I would have to go back and order with my Victoria secret credit card. I agreed. Well my bank card was NEVER refunded the money and now when calling to make the complaint I have dealt with nothing but rude people over the phone as well as on the online chat. No one seems to be able to help me all I get is the run around stating I have to wait till I get my items (mind you they haven't even been processed) to refund then then wait another 30 days to receive my refund. I am not being charged a negative balance on my bank card because they could not do their job right. I doubt I will ever shop here again and making sure I tell all my friends and family members my experience and not to shop here.

Victoria's Secret ladies panites

I purchased the 5 fo$28 undies. When I got home I found that my lace pair were torn and my boy shorts were dirty in the crouch. I was deeply saddened. The staff when I called said It was impossible and blamed me. I love your ladies undies and buy them all the time. Especially the pink. I would just like to be able to get what I paid for. Unfortunately I did not keep dirty panties

Victoria's Secret an associate

My name is Jasmine and I have a complaint about the Centerville, Ohio store. On my i decided to stop in the store to purchase an item or so and was confronted by an African American employee. When approached me looked at my purse to make sure i wasn't stealing anything then proceding to ask if i needed help. Now mind you other people came in before me and after me of all colors that could have been assisted but she chose to come from the back of the store to the front to make i wasn't stealing. Then when I asked her manager for a number to complain she tried to a sure that's not what ahe was doing but it was.

Victoria's Secret victoria's secret 6 solid fragrance crayons

I bought this product during my travel to Prague in the EK139 on 18th June 2017, seat no. 69K. When I opened the packet on returned to India, I found one of the stick top portion (wax) was bent/damaged which I could not see at the time of purchase in flight as it was dully packed and damaged portion was inside the pack (please refer to the attached photographs). I was very upset as I purchased it for my wife trusting your product as one of the best among many quality products. I request you to look into the matter and consider the replacement of the product keeping in view the loyalty of your customer towards your product as well as brand image of your company .

Victoria's Secret pink

i don't understand why you have another store called pink why can't they all be in the same store? why would you confuse your customers by them thinking that pink is a whole different clothing line?i do not appreciate this as to i thought i was shopping at a store called pink in reality i was shopping at victoria's secret. nobody wants to go in a store with just underwear and bras and models popping up on your tv wearing them. WE ARE ALL EQUAL! you need to just combine them in 1 and get rid of the other store. bye.

Victoria's Secret gift card

I am furious at Victorias Secret Customer Service. My family had purchased a $500 gift card for my birthday and I had used it on two small purchases on two separate occasions. The last time I had purchased an item using the gift card I wrapped my gift card in a receipt of my last vs purchase. The receipt says a balance of $384 is still available. However, when I go to use it again it tells me that there is a balance of 0 dollars. I call customer service and complete a form. They call me back in a few days however I missed the call. I call back to the number they have requested me to call back within the hour and I get tossed around in the customer service department for 45 minutes! I finally get to a VS representative who quickly pulls up my case number. She is forward and tells me that theres nothing they can do because the gift card has been redeemed.. I explain to the women that I did not redeem this entire gift card, that a portion of the money was stolen off of it. I was ready to present my facts and proof of receipts to the VS representative but she was clear on her decision to not redeem the missing portion. I am a very loyal and reoccurring customer however, the fact that Victorias Secret did not push to look further into my situation makes me disgusted by their poor customer service. Overall, I plan on continuing to push for further investigation on my situation and a refund of my missing portion on the gift card. I will comment below if we come to a proper resolution.

Victoria's Secret semi annual sale-larger crowd

6/7/17 I absolutely love victoria's secret. I have been shopping here for all of my daily and random romantic needs since I was 15. Every year when the semi annual sale hits I always stock up with a minimum of 10 bras and 10 panties. I always wait for the sale to hit so I make sure I save up for my spree. This most recent one was the saddest visit ever. I get there at opening and there are only 5 38DD bras and they were only Sports Bras. Also there weren't any extra large panties on sale. I asked the staff and they did say this time around there were not going to be any xl panties on sale this time around. It was so disappointing. I am going on a trip to Puerto Rico for my honeymoon and I was planning on getting lovely items for a discount. I am puertorican so my cheeks havent fit in a large since middle school. So I tried on the "sister" bras and nothing was working. I just hope next year for the semi annual sale closer to summer has xl panties and more 38DD on sale. Please and Thank You

Victoria's Secret customer service

I call every month before my due date to make sure that I'm paid up on my current bill last month I called and asked if I was caught up on my current bill and told them that I didn't want to get a finance charge just like I always do the first person I talk to didn't know he said that I made a lot of purchases and I made a lot of payments and if I wasn't sure then I should make another payment so I called back in the second person I talk to you said that I should be caught up my bill and then a week later I was looking at my account and saw that I have a finance charge so I called customer service and was told that they didn't know why the person I spoke to didn't know anything and told me there wasn't anything they can do about the finance charge so I talked a manager who told me the same thing and then the manager proceeded to tell me how much I owed for this month except it wasn't what I owed because I had already made a payment on my account so obviously y'all need a new system of figuring things out because dealing with stuff like this makes me want to go back to paying cash and not using my card are using my Discover card instead since I don't seem to have any problems with them and the thing is I just started using my Victoria Secret card full time because I was trying to help my sister build her credit so I added her as an authorized user I usually just pay cash for my stuff or put it on my Discover Card or bank credit card with no problems and seeing as how I spend so much money in y'all store I would think you would want to keep you all's customers happy but instead all I have is problems when I try to talk to somebody at customer service they don't know this and they don't know that and they can't help you with this and I can't help you with that I just feel like it's so not worth using my card with y'all because it's so much trouble

Victoria's Secret bras

I have a bra that I have had for about a year and I know this sounds like a long time but I don't wear my bras a lot and I have a total of 17 bras from vs and my bras are all like new and this is the third bra I have had issues with. The underwire keeps poking through and on two of the bras it poked through under the arm and I had to sew them but today a different bra vs my under wire broke in two pieces under chest I don't get it I am not hard on my bras I would like a replacement or refund I pay to much for these bras for quality like this its ridiculous date of incident may 13 2017 thank you
