I purchased this product 2 weeks ago, but just wore them Friday. Saturday morning as I finished doing laundry I noticed that the sewing from the waist was tearing as this is not the first time such thing happens to their products. Before this was one of the angel bras. I just feel awful since this products are expensive. I don't dry any of my bras.

I recently learned that the horrific rash that has playing me for over a year is directly caused from my Victoria's Secret bra. I was angered to learn that Victoria's Secret has been fully aware of the issues with their bras for over 10 years. The rash that I received from the Victoria's Secret brawl felt like fire on top of rolling in poison ivy. I woke up at night crying with blood from scratching. My breast or nail scarred forever. Myself my mother and my 15-year-old daughter by all of our bras and lingerie from Victoria's Secret's. I also buy very large amount of clothing and perfume from Victoria's Secret. We will be canceling our card and will never shop if Victoria secret again. I cannot believe this company would allow this to happen to women it is disgusting ! I'd like to know what Victoria's Secret is going to do about this issue. Not only does the formaldehyde cause a rash that is unbearable but it is also a known carcinogen. I do not take causing people to be sick and possibly die lightly and neither should your company.

My boyfriend and I went into the store tonight around 8:00 pm. There were a few workers, who seemed to be friendly, and attentive. I was picking out a gown for a wedding of a friend. I was trying on the outfits, to see how they looked. I took one of the slips off the mannequin because it was the last one in the entire store. The slip was cute, but I decided to go with a different look. I put the slip back on the mannequin, and the store sales girl came up to me and asked me if I had switched the item out with another item, and suggested that I had placed another item in my handbag. Not to mention while I was originally trying on the outfits the sales attendant practically stayed in the room with me the whole time. She also removed the gown, and placed a censor on it. The same reason the girl harassed me on my way out of the store. I do not deserve to be treated that way. I know you are geared to believe your employees over customers. It has to be that way to build a mutual trust. I also know that I was embarrassed, and extremely uncomfortable with the accusations. I will never go to Victoria Secret again. Also, let it be known, I went next door to Beal's, and found exactly what I was looking for. I paid cash for it, and enjoyed my experience.

It just seems each store I've visited, the service sucks... Staff act as if it's a honest burden to do their jobs. First troublesome encounter with Victoria Secret: asked a worker to hold a large pair of underwear, came back she tried handing a small off to me. Second: the cashier left a security tag on and I managed to make it back home like that.

I could not believe what happened to me today. A girl just got done sizing me. She left to go get me some similar bras to the ones I were wearing that I bought last time I was there. I stayed in the dressing room for about 10 minutes she had not came back. I Heard my daughter go in the stall next to me. My daughter asked me if I like the New bra I had on. And I voice to her that I was still waiting for the girl to bring me some. At that time another girl that worked there had heard me . And said oh she went on break. Can I hope you find something. I about died! I could not believe that she left to go to break did not let me know and did not relay the information to the person that was relieving her. I was standing there for nothing I have never had this happen at any store I've ever went in my life. On top of it when I was done shopping $1600 later she was the one that help me at the register she been did apologize. It took her 25 minutes to ring me up. I asked her to separate my stuff from my daughter stuff from my daughters friend stuff everything was mixed up I put it in different piles for her. And then I get home to take takes off to throw things in the washer and I have sensors still on three of my bras. So now I have to go back tomorrow to get the sensors removed. I will never go back to the Southhill Puyallup Victoria secrets again. I cannot believe I was standing in that dressing room and she left me there. Wow the most disrespectful thing

So i'm not one to usually complain, but today I feel the need to...So here it goes. I paid a visit to a Victoria Secret store today in hopes to purchase a bra. I have been a customer of Victoria Secret for several years so when I need a new bra, it's my go to store. So they had a promotion spend up to $42.50 on a bra, and pay $25 for the bra and get 7 pairs of panties for $28. Sounds like a good deal, and seems that you come out by spending at least that amount on a bra. Well of course when I saw the sign, my mind automatically goes to spend at least $42.50 and you will receive this deal. So I proceed to pick out my bra, and my 7 pairs of panties. While I'm there I go ahead and pick out several gifts for Christmas preparing to spend well over $100. So I get to the counter to check out and low and behold the bra that I picked was too much to qualify for the deal. At first I thought I would pick out a cheaper bra but after thinking it through, I decide not to proceed with the purchase. I felt like I was being punished for wanting a more expensive bra. I understand not wanting to give a more expensive bra away for $25 but not having some kind of deal for someone is wants a bra that cost more than $42.50 is just bad marketing. I left my items at the register and walked out. Victoria Secret lost my business today.

Last night, we decided to buy mists and perfume in Victoria Secret alwada mall branch, the pilipina was so rude she cannot handle lots of guest who’s asking about the products and she keep on shouting every person who tries for the TESTER. Come on! How can we buy a perfume without testing on it. And I asked her if they have stocked and she said they don’t I bought 16 pcs of Mists and the lady counter was so unprofessional she doesn’t want to give me a 2pcs of bags for 16 perfume ? Really? And it’s intended only for 1 bag! But I insisted to give me 2 bags. On the way home we saw the new branch of Victoria pink and there are lots of stocks and choices but why they pilipina doesn’t know how about this ? I’m so disappointed with the staffs they need proper training on how to Handle customer!

Yesterday I went to your store located in Town Square Las Vegas, Nv. I brought with me sevetal items which i plamned on returning but after getting there realized i had grabbed the wrong receipt, after waiting in line ready to do my return, which i was unable to do i asked aboit then exchanging my items for others in the store, the cashier then brought over a "bra specialist" which told me that for my 2 bras that i had purchased for almost $70 i would be getting $11.99 credit and the panties that were $12.99 i would be getting a $1.99, i completely understand that u have to take into consideration that i could have possibly bought my items on sale but come on for a $300+ transaction i end up getting a $41 credit is just beyond ridiculous to me and it pretty much sent me thru the roof, I will no longer be spending money like that at your stores when if its possible i need to return an item i cant even get 1/3 credit of what i paid for it back...just crazy!

i recently purchased a bottle of perfume to which i already had the body spray. i decided to purchased the $68.00 bottle cause i like the body spray however the smell didn't last long at all...like literally once i walked outside you could no longer smell it so i thought the perfume would be more fragrant and last most of the day if not all of the day as i have perfumes that do. Not so with the Tease Noir...smells and lasts as long as the body spray. I'm very disgusted at the cost of this perfume and the lack of fragrance. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I have bought a victoria secret bag in march from airport Istanbul after my vacation . After 2 months the bag strings broke and is not something i can fix. Today I went to the victoria secret store at Airport Schiphol because I life in the Netherlands. At the store they saw the default of the quality of the bag but said that they cant help me because i bought it in Istanbul and i have no receit anymore. Must i go now to Istanbul for gettig my problem fixed. It is very dissapointing service off vicoria secret. And as customer i dont see franchising ( that was the reason for not helpig me) i see only the brand " victoria secret" . So i am expecting one service regardless how the company is organised and a good service as the products are not cheap. So i am expecting a service now from you

On recent trip to VS with granddaughter, I encountered a man in the dressing room waiting area. He was leaning around the door frame starring into the dressing rooms where women were undressing. Granted the dressing rooms have doors, but those doors open with half clad woman when the attendant brings new items. I glared at him and he left. A bit later, he was back, but this time he was sitting in a chair and had half his body into the doorway again looking directly into the dressing room. I asked if he would change seats with me as I found his behavior inappropriate. He lashed out at me and said he had a right to be there, very loud and very defensive. His unreasonable protest just confirmed that he was a PERVERT hoping to catch a customer in a stage of undress. When I approached the attendant in the dressing room-she condoned his behavior and said he had a right to be there. VS NOT ONLY PROMOTES [censored], THEY ENCOURAGE PERVERTS IN THEIR DRESSING ROOM WAIT AREA. BEWARE LADIES!
VS NEEDS TO PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM [censored] LIKE THIS. He knows exactly who he is, when his wife came out of the dressing room, she gave him a look that would kill-she knew what he was doing. She should be ashamed to subject other women to his despicable behavior.

Hello I just visited you guys location here at Great lakes crossing. I was very upset by how rude a associate name Andrea #1645377 treated me & my daughter.I asked if I could put in my email for awards and she acted as if I went pass screen which I didn't and she just had nasty attitude. She should have asked me if I wanted to put in my email a lot of people just don't know to do that. I just feel if people can't work with people then they shouldn't. I did report this to store manager.

I am the medical manager of a hospital in Cairo.
My complaint is the bad lazy provocative behavior of City Stars assistant manager Mrs Rana.
I bought eight bras and nine panties.
First mistake : an uncharged for bra was placed in my bag. Once I discovered I returned to City Stars branch and returned that bra.
Second mistake : I returned to Mrs Rana told her the story and instead of managing the issue of returning the uncharged for bra she referred me to a male employee to review the sizes and part numbers of the bras I paid for to exclude the unpaid for bra.
I repeated the story to the male cashier whom she very reluctantly referred me to without bothering to tell him herself my story.
I had to repeat the story from the beginning.
I had to move with the male personnel to check which bras are paid for by comparing the receipt with bra size.
That was extremely embarrassing.
This is the role of a female sales personnel.
She should have referred me to a female personnel after explaining the task she is supposed to do.
Else wise she could have done the job herself which was returning a lost item.
Instead she was very irresponsible, aggressive and rude.
Mr Hany Joseph the manager blamed her and dismissed her and apologized for her behavior which is the bright aspect of my visit to City Stars branch in Cairo.
Mrs Rana's behavior is the worst example an assistant manager can give to her staff.
I hope to get a positive feedback from VictoriasSecret otherwise you will lose a client who considers VictoriasSecret her favorite brand to the extent of buying seventeen items in twenty four hours.

I have a severe allergy to perfumes and back in 1999 I discovered This lotion that smelled and lasted on me without no reactions...I mean I could put it on and the aroma lingered on my bedding and people recognized me by my smell...Each time I buy it know it appears more diluted...The smell doesn't last and I'm so disappointed...Is there anyway I can purchase the old way that you guys made it...This is the closest I can get to perfume but none of the scents last anymore...Please let me know...

On 9/1/17, I visited the Victoria Secrets in the Four Seasons Mall in Greensboro, NC. I had all intentions to purchase a pair of slides from the store and noticed a sign saying "Fur Slides for $15" I noticed a few pair that weren't fur and wanted to know were these also marked down from regular price. So I asked cashier 3055452 were these slides $15 and instead of answering respectfully, she fussed loudly saying "those aren't $15" in a very condescending, rude, and unprofessional manner and tone. Then proceeded to yell across the store to ask the manager a question about the price rather than doing it privately for discretion of the shopper (me). Many of the other customers noticed the scene and also commented that it was very rude and unprofessional. After a few moments I spoke with the manager Martha, who the cashier3055452 asked was the price really $15. I told informed her about cashier 3055452 was very rude and had horrible customer service. She said she would address it, but I want to make sure something was done about the cashier because I have never been treated so rudely or embarrassed while shopping at any Victoria Secret stores or any retail store in general.

On August 25, 2017 I wore my very sexy bra. A few hours after I put it on, the right side of the bra leaked. A couple hours after that, the left side leaked as well. Not only is the bra garbage, but the outfit I was wearing is full of oil. I have not been able to remove the oil from the outfit! This outfit was close to $100. Needless to say, I am not happy!

I went in to the macomb mall with my oldest daughter it was back to school deals loud dj employees dancing singing very unprofessional. Well she left her phone right by the undies and a worker that was helping us was right there cleaning stuff up well that's one issue someone stole her phone and I paid first told her to put receipt in bag then my daughter paid so I figured she put both receipts and all clothes together well we get home I have what I bought with my receipt but nothing of hers or her receipt I called up there to ask if they could review the camera the lady on the phone said they were fake and they didn't find the phone I don't know if this was the person who helped us but she was buy the phone and she did ring us up as well and was extremely nice but when called very rude and said there's nothing they could do now my daughter lost out on $150 clothes and a Samsung Galaxy s8 plus I just purchased her for high school and their telling me sorry there was no phone or bags left which I want to know if there is Camera's in that Victoria Secrets at macomb mall because I believe it was a employee that had tooken it and I want something done before I contact a lawyer and a news station she is so very upset and I will take every step I have to, to make her happy again! Please help me figure out what else I could do thank you

Love their products, but there rewards program is a joke! I have been a forever angel for 4 years and this last year their customer service and mailing of rewards has gone to [censor] I have been waiting since 6/22 to recieve my reward to arrive, it has been 8 weeks so I called them to get my reward, which they now won't give me over the phone no explanation just no and that I have to wait another 4 to 8 weeks! This is BS! I earned those rewards, and they have given me the certificate # over the phone before! I think they should be emailed or sent with your statement when you have earned them. I'm done with the VS card and now will be finding a new place to spend my $1000 a year! Bye Felica!

Their company used to be great and provide a good quality.
But then something has happened and everything changed. They sell no more wonderful and beautiful lingerie because all you can find is small sizes and clothes for students. I don't know what to buy there anymore, even though I regularly get catalogs and gift cards from my husband. I don't feel special looking at pages with kids clothes...

At the Mall of the Bluffs store on July 29, 2017 my daughter and I came in to purchase a PINK backpack and tshirt and was treated very rudely by salesperson. Took forever to get to register for checkout, never mad eye contact or smiled, could have cared less if we were in there. I ended up spending over $100.00 on PINK item swhich are overpriced junk, but is what all of the tween girls are wearing so I caved in for my daughter for back to school. I used to love going in there for the fact of excellent customer service in shopping for bras, but it will be a very long time if ever I step foot in that store again to be greeting by a snotty sales clerk.
