Vibvitar / Terrible customer service!
My Vivitar camera has been under repair since 12/14/07 for a cracked LED. Not under warranty, my 2 week old camera was never misused, or dropped. I paid an additional $12 for shipping and $75. for repairs. Was to be shipped on or by 2/5/08. Today 2/10/08 the camera still sits in the repair shop. No status available. I was told to call back in a few days... by then I could drive to Sac.!
Vivitar has serious problems with customer care re: repairs.
