Viagogo concert tickets

I have bought concert tickets for schiller in magyar theatre, budapest, hungary, 30 may 2018. I have bought also plane tickets to come to the concert, booked and paid for accommodation. The tickets that I received are for some kind of opera. The event is fake. I have contacted schiller's team and they have confirmed. Then I started searching and found out that viagogo is a fraud. Viagogo contact numbers

The phone numbers on customer service do not exist when dialled. Also no reply to emails and no way to contact the company but payment was taken when purchasing tickets. As we are traveling from another country to attend the Jeff Beck concert on the 9 June in Paris and have already made travel and accommodation arrangements and we want to ensure tickets arrive on time as they state that they may arrive only 3 days before the concert and we shall be traveling before the 6 June but there is no way to contact the company as everything we tried keeps sending us in circles .

Viagogo wwe live - order id [protected]

We purchased these tickets for our little boys birthday present and when we went online we paid over £600. The tickets have arrived and printed on them is £45? I don't understand why this is less than half of what we paid? The concert is next Wednesday, I have already emailed Viagogo and had no response so I'm now raising a formal complaint and we want our money back for the difference plus interest!

Viagogo no confirmation email.

I am complaining due to not getting a confirmation email after purchasing longitude tickets that cost 370.30EURO I would appreciate some help with this so I will not have to go further than this. It is a simple job that must be done all it was, was a confirmation email to make sure this site is not a scam or anything else. I am honestly outraged y the fact this has happened and if it is not sorted and if I do not get an email mentioning the confirmation and when I will get my ONE LONGITUDE TICKET I WILL BRING IT FURTHER>

Viagogo paul simon 15 july 2018 london

I purchased and paid for 2 tickets from Viagogo to Paul Simon on 9 Feb 2018. I have not received any acknowledgement of this order or receipt for payment and NO TICKETS yet. They are impossible to contact can someone tell me how I get the tickets or a refund or indeed speak to a human being. The total cost of the tickets was £346.80 which is a significant amount of money to lose. If someone can help resolve this matter that would be great.

Viagogo re: viagogo customer support update

Queen and Adam Lambert in Feb 18 in Auckland. Tickets purchased on June 17. Got there and tickets were invalid and the seats were already taken. $575 gone from my account. $490 for new tickets at the venue. No response from viagogo. No account in my name so they say. Refuse to respond to my emails. Got copies of every email, the tickets and proof of purchase. Not a happy customer

Viagogo unethical behaviour

I always recommended viagogo's services for everyone.
What happened last wednesday - to me and around 20 other customers - was something so deeply regrettable that I'll probably never recommend it again, at least until I'm sure you intend to do something about it.
I bought a ticket for a match in Buenos Aires (Boca Jrs X Palmeiras). I bought it one week before the event so everything was already prepared when I get to Buenos Aires, Argentina (I live in São Paulo, Brazil). When I arrived at the place to pick the ticket, I was informed that I had no ticket since it was canceled 2 hours before. There was another group of people in the same situation. Men, women, entire families with children, coming from different parts of Argentina or even from different countries, like myself. What followed was even worst, since I my friend, who was supposed to pick the tickets in another place, never find the seller...he was sent to 2 different places, including the outside area of the stadium, until the game start and the "seller" stop answering his phone calls. When he was looking for the seller (please pay attention to this part) some people started to warn us not to mention viagogo when we were around the stadium or otherwise we could have problem with the POLICE, since it's a kind of COMMON PRACTICE to use VIAGOGO to illegally make a profit by cheating people. It was explained to us that they used to put for sale more tickets than they had available, or just sell those that were already sold, by a higher price.
Even considering that viagogo has never heard of it until now, once aroud 20 CUSTOMERS (probably more) have problemas with their tickets for this specific event, it's the company's obligation to investigate it and, once confirmed, to stop reselling tickets for events at La bombonera. Otherwise, they will have co-responsibility in this illegal activity practiced in Buenos Aires.

I already received information about my refund so I'm here not to ask for any kind of financial return. I'm only asking viagogo to do something in order to prevent customers from going through this type of situation again.

Viagogo my ticket

I ordered my ticket from vaigogo paying $300 for a groovin in the moo ticket before finding out that my friends paid less than half the amount for theirs. They sent me an email saying that they would send me my ticket a week before the event, which means I wouldn't even of known that my ticket was fake until then. I had to find out it was fake from all the reviews on their website of how they scammed all their customer and that they couldn't get into the event cause of the fake ticket or that is just never came. Viagogo was the first website that came up when I searched groovin in the moo tickets, how wrong.

Viagogo tears for fears concert rescheduled and revised venue - unlawful commercial practice

Tears for Fears have rescheduled their Birmingham Concert from 5th May 2018 to 12th January 2019 and changed the venue. I am unable to attend the revised event and have requested a full refund from the 'point of sale' - i.e. Viagogo. I know I am within my rights (UK Consumer Law 2015) and even Viagogo's stated assurances regarding re-scheduling of events on their own website (media section).
I have contacted Viagogo via their online customer service area and have been met with constant refusals to grant me the full refund to which I am entitled, along with repetitive commentary about re-selling my tickets.
Frankly, I am outraged my Viagogo's unethical/unlawful business practice and total disregard/lack of respect and care for their customers.
I will not let this matter rest, I have already contacted my credit card company and instructed them to recover my monies. I am also going to pursue them Viagogo through the small claims courts, make as much negative noise as I can about them on social media and lobby my MP to stop this vile organisation operating in the UK. I would urge other 'Viagogo victims' to follow my lead and do the same!

Order: [protected] I Bought tickets through Viagogo and paid for them, today 17 April I get a email saying I can no longer get tickets, the event is on the 20th of April, they will refund me within 10 days only, originally when I paid for it I paid immediately but now i have to wait 10 days, I feel I need it back immediately so I can try and buy tickets somewhere else, Can you imagine the disappointment I now have to face telling my children that waited 4 years to see this event they can no longer go,

I will never use these people ever again, And I will tell everyone I know that this is no place to purchase tickets for events

Viagogo tickets issue

I bought tickets through Viagogo . They issued the wrong tickets and I spent many hours trying to contact someone. There is no phone number that tney make clear to help the customer. They do everything in their power to stop direct contact. So frustrating and then I found out the tickets were 120% more expensive than buying direct with the venue. I have no idea how they have been allowed to prosper. NEVER AGAIN VIAGOGO

Viagogo unauthorized tracking number

Order id : [protected]. We sold the concert ticket via Viagogo site. We received the shipping information via email. We sent the concert ticket via FAN courier express, as it was described, but we couldn't fill in the tracking number. The message said that "the tracking you entered is not valid". Could you please support us with some advice? Thank you .

Viagogo overcharging of tickets

* misrepresentation: i was made to believe that this was an initial sale and not a resale.
* the price on the invoice for the actual ticket stated $382 but on receiving the tickets it showed $252.
* i feel the fee per ticket was exorbitant.
* we paid $500 per person when the ticket was only $250. we understand that everyone needs to make a profit but 100% is outrageous and a complete ripoff.
* i believe that a refund of $250 would make this deal more acceptable.
* i am fully aware that the accc have taken legal action against you and they have advised me to demand a refund. if this is not forthcoming i will take legal action against you through my lawyers in london.

Viagogo hong kong sevens tickets

I booked tickets for the HK sevens.
Friday and Sunday tickets.
I was charged £514 for two tickets.

The face value of these tickets is 1100hkd which is £98.97 each. So a total payment for two would be less than £200.

To be charged more than double that is outrageous and Frankly unacceptable.

I have also tried to track my tickets but the site says that it isnt a tracking number.

Dear Sirs,

Re: Our client: Peter Blaney

We refer to the above matter and advise we have been instructed by our above named client, Mr Peter Blaney. Mr Blaney instructs that he purchased through your website, Viagogo, three tickets for Real Madrid V Real Sociedad at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday the 10th of February 2018 at 20.45. The tickets were purchased from you on the 23rd of December 2017 in the sum of €379.34. (TBC)

It is our client's instructions that Mr Blaney did not receive any hard copy tickets in advance of the game. Furthermore Mr Blaney did not receive any electronic copy tickets up until three hours prior to kickoff. It is our client's instructions that Viagogo had sent an email to our client two days before the game, however the link for the tickets did work. Our client received an email on the 10th of February 2018 at 17.40 (Madrid time, three hours prior to kickoff), with a link for the electronic tickets.

Our client and his family had left their Hotel to make their way to Madrid for the game and did not have access to the tickets provided. Due to tickets not being furnished in advance of the game, our client did not take any chances and did not want to disappoint his family and purchased other tickets. Our client further instructs that he made approximately ten phone calls to Viagogo in the lead up to the game to chase the tickets and complain.

You will note that our client did not avail of your tickets as same had not been received by our client. In the circumstances, it is our client's position that there has been a breach of Contract and Viagogo have not provided a satisfactory service. In the circumstances, our client has instructed us to seek a full refund from you in the sum of €379.34 together with costs within the next fourteen days. In the event that same is not forthcoming we have received instructions to issue the appropriate legal proceedings.

Viagogo event tickets

On 12 Feb 2018 I purchased two tickets from Viagogo (Order No. [protected]) for a show in Brisbane on 30 July 2018. The face value of the tickets was not disclosed at the time of purchase but I was charged AU$1, 634.17 for the two tickets. On 27 Feb 2018 Viagogo forwarded two E-Tickets for the event. The face value of each ticket was AU$119.00 - total AU$238.00. As these tickets have been determined to be invalid and breach the Queensland Anti Scalping Laws. The Queensland Police Service (QPS) have advised that in accordance with Major Sports Facilities Act 2001 30C - A person must not, within or outside Queensland, sell or purchase a ticket to a major sports facility event from a person, other than the event's organiser or an authorised ticket agent for the event, at a price greater than 10% above the original ticket price of the ticket. The QPS recommended that I contact Switzerland Complaints Board to assist in obtaining a refund of AU$1, 634.17.

Viagogo commonwealth games tickets 2018

After purchasing 2 commonwealth games tickets from this website in September 2017 I received a confirmation email stating an order id no of [protected]. A couple of days ago I watched an news article where Ed Sheeran fans were let down by receiving fake tickets and they were refused entry to the concert. I would like confirmation that the 2 tickets I have bought from viagogo are legitimate and I will be able to attend our chosen sport. The tickets were for the artistic gymnastics on 6th April at the Coomera Indoor Sports Center Brisbane.

Viagogo unclear excessive fees

I bought 3 tickets to Ed sheeran for Saturday the 10th March in melbourne through viahogo - it was the first hit when searching on google.
Right at the very end of putting the payment through, there suddenly appeared a $149 booking fee.

I was already paying an extra $70 per ticket over the original selling price which I was expecting, but Usual booking and handling fees are around $10.

I have contacted them to try and get a refund of the unjustifiably expensive booking fee but have not had a reply yet.

This company is a rip off.
