Viagogo broncos tickets for the 24th of august

I purchased broncos vs eels tickets on 23.8.17 total came to $140.65 for two tickets I paid for these via master card. As we got to the gate of the game the tickets had been canceled from the previous owner Benjamin Arnold this now put me in a state where I was very upset as I paid for two tickets and we couldn't get in, I would like a refund of my money or I'll be proceeding to take this to court as being spammed please contact me on [protected]

Viagogo sent ticket to viagogo but they have marked as undeliverable

I sent ticket to viagogo via the proper courier service but they have marked as undeliverable on my listing and there seems no way to find out when or if my ticket will be listed at all over next couple of days and where on earth it actually is as I sent it via their courier. I cannot find a way to contact them about this on their website and in reality they can just get my ticket, say it is lost and give to anyone for all I know
This is first time I have used them and will never use them again after this experience unless they sort it out which is unlikely

Viagogo edinburgh military tattoo

My friends and I purchased tickets for the Tatoo. What we thought to be the official site of the Tatoo was actually Viagogo. They sold us tickets that cost 47 pounds for 125 USD! I had been to Tatoo and had a wonderful seat for 1/2 that price so when I saw the price of the tickets I thought. We would for sure be in the highly regarded red seats below the announcer. We had to pick up our tickets at the Apex Hotel 1hour prior to the event which was also odd. I failed to look over the tickets and just got in the queue with the hundreds of others for the event. When we had to to go row X I knew something was wrong. According to Tatoo we were lucky to even get in the event. We are going after these Sons of b's because of the unethical and hopefully illegal business they are operating

Viagogo tickets to red hot summer tour wodonga australia

I purchased 9 tickets from Viagogo and was unaware that the tickets were at a extremely inflated price. I was unaware that companies could do this. There was also extra fees included which I was not aware of. I contacted the company by email within 15 minutes. I was unable to contact by phone as the only numbers I could find would not connect. I received 1 email back stating that I could not get a refund. I found their website put a lot of pressure on me(stating hardly any tickets left and I only had 8 minutes to purchase etc).
I have contacted my bank but have been unable to stop the transaction. I received 1 ticket to download(had to buy the tickets in 2 transactions) and when I looked at it, it is not even my name on it as the purchaser. I have emailed company again but received no other correspondence.

Viagogo tickets purchased

Ordered 2 tickets to attend a music gig. Tickets received were not valid. Tickets initially issued by Ticketek - called Ticketek to ensure the tickets were valid. Tickets were invalid and not usable.

We raised a complaint with Viagogo who have replied stating that because we checked the validity with Ticketek they would not refund the cost of the tickets.

I'm now approaching my credit card provider and advising that the products purchased were not valid, not as described and not suitable for sale.

Viagogo mis-sold tickets

Does anything happen about these complaints!

My daughter (15) bought 4 tickets for Vfest Hylands Park for £615 which they had saved for. When they arrived they were actually 4 CAR PARK TICKETS for £615. I Spoke to Viagogo and they said they couldn't help.

THEY MIGHT AS WELL BE SELLING DRUGS DISGUISED AS SWEETS! Disgusting.

Viagogo unethical behaviour to the point of criminal deception

I am a pensioner so myself and my wife have not purchased any tickets for "Gigs" for many many years. We decided to book Elkie Brooks tickets at G Live for Guildford on 22nd September 2017. Having gone onto the Viagogo site the inference was that they are the recognised promoter and they say there are only 4 seats left and you are in a queue and there are others waiting if you do not purchase them now. The tickets arrived stating the customer was a MR Reginald Nutbrown for the price of "27.50 + 2.50 booking fee". We paid £92 for each ticket. We spoke with G Live who were very sympathetic and said they would not provide any tickets to Viagogo and doubted if Mr Nutbrown actually exists. They said they had plenty of tickets left, we had not purchased 2 of the last tickets. Viagogo block any complaints by placing a password to their site. I down loaded the following:
" 1.3 viagogo Guarantee. When You purchase tickets on viagogo, viagogo guarantees that You will receive the tickets You paid for in time for the event. In the rare instance that a problem arises and the original ticket Seller does not provide You with the tickets listed for sale, viagogo will, in its sole and absolute discretion, review comparably priced tickets and offer You replacement tickets at no additional cost, or viagogo will issue You a refund for the cost of the tickets. "Comparably priced" replacement tickets are determined by viagogo in its sole and absolute discretion. When You sell tickets on viagogo, provided you provide the exact tickets listed for sale and the ticket Buyer successfully gains entry to the event, viagogo guarantees that you will be paid for your sale.

Tell them they are breaching their T&Cs, and you require their agreement in writing that they will refund you the total cost, upon which you will return the tickets"

I consider this a fraud but I doubt that with a company in Switzerland there is little to be done but I do want to do as much as I can to promote this company as a company NOT to be trusted

Viagogo payment not received order number [protected]

To whom this may concern

Order Number [protected] .

I have not receive payment for this order .

The tickets we delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery on Tuesday 22nd June 2017 and signed for at 9:10am that morning.
Proof of delivery can be obtained by entering the tracking number SC796158452GB on the link below :
https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

I Spoke to a man called himself " Dell " in your customer services department on Wednesday 21st June at 2:50pm about this order on the phone number +[protected].

I explained to him i could not enter the Royal Mail Tracking number : SC796158452GB as requested.

He explained that was because UPS collection was originally selected ( it was not possible to use this service the day UPS were due to collect. A family member had been taken to hospital in a critical condition so there was no one at the collection address) and it was not possible for me to deselect this option though my account.

"Dell" told me he could do that manually and he would enter the Royal Mail Special delivery tracking number .
He then proceeded to enter the Royal Mail Special delivery tracking number manually.
He verbally confirm that he had entered the tacking number, the we both checked that the tracking number he entered was correct and everything was now in order.

However, I received no conformation that the sale has gone though.
Any record of the transaction that was these during the transaction is no longer visible in my account and most importantly i received no payment.

Please can you look into this matter as soon as possible and process my payment.

Viagogo v fest ticket refund, because of a death

I purchased a ticket from you for v fest this weekend, it was a Saturday and Sunday ticket with no camping at Chelmsford.
I was due to attend with my best friend who was brought a ticket as a present, unfortunately my friend who was 34 passed away suddenly.
As you can imagine I do not want to attend the event without her.
Your company has said I cannot get a refund even though it is exceptional circumstances,
Surely there must be plans in place for this type of thing happening, myself, friends and her parents are disgusted by your treatment of us! I wanted to refund the ticket so that I could donate the money to her family's chosen charity.
As a multi million pound company that trades all over the world I would have expected ALOT more!
I am looking into taking this further as it's unfair treatment due to tragic circumstances.

Viagogo payment issue

I sold my U2 Dublin concert tickets and get a confirmation email from viagogo at 1th of August, 2017. My payment number is 1710873. It has already done 13 days and I did not recieved the payment. I sent several emails to viagogo's official site but no body answered me. Please URGENT answer my email. I want to find a collocuter.

Viagogo refund for justin bieber cancellation concert in dallas, tx

Received email from Viagogo on Jul 26, 2017 stating Bieber concert in Dallas, TX was cancelled and to federal express original tickets by 8/2/17. Instructions on email stated to federal express original tickets back to them by 8/2/17 for refund. I understood that
the federal express fee to send back to Viagogo was not refundable.

I federal expressed on 7/31/17 and per tracking number confirmed that Viagogo receptionist signed in as received on 8/1/17.
My Viagago order # is: [protected]. My Federal Express tracking #: [protected]
Per my credit card #8736 was charged $305.33 on 5/23/17.
I expected to get this refund as soon as tickets were returned. The email did not state how long it would take to get refund but people who received e-tickets were refunded within 7 days.

I have called and emailed the help centre at least 10 times or more. I called the phone number that was posted on the web site for Viagago NYC, NY. The mailing address online was the same address where I was directed (per their email) to federal expressed the original tickets. Their help desk basically asks to pick a question you have from the Question and Answer section. They give a generic answer to: What do I do if my concert is canceled. lt states return the tickets and we will issue refund. Does not state how long it takes to refund. It has now been 15 days and no response at all. They have my email to update that original tickets were received and the estimated time of delivery. No response from anyone!
Competitors refunded the ticket price immediately.
I want my refund as soon as possible.please!
I will include ALL documentation in this complaint.

Viagogo viagogo over priced tickets and unhelpful service

I'm currently dealing with this company as they have sent my tickets to the wrong country. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days now to get the tickets redirected back to the UK. During my conversations through email (which has taken ALOT of wasted time) as they will not accept calls until 72hours before your concert date, I have had the customer service be rude and unhelpful. I requested on Monday morning that they contact UPS to redirect the tickets as they would not let me oraganize it as I was not the sender, so I contacted viagogo again and they informed me that there is nothing they could do, but of course I had already spoken to UPS and I know they can, I confronted this and he came back with yet another excuse as to why they cant help and I wont be getting my money back for my OVERPRICED tickets! Im currently waiting for them to get back to me and tell me why the tickets cant be reissued or who they bought them from to see if they can reissue the tickets.

They have informed me that there is not enough time to get the tickets redirected, but if they had done what i asked and called on Monday morning UPS would have had the tickets to the UK no problem.

Every time I try to get a solution they come back and inform me that its my fault and I will not be getting a refund nor will I receive my concert tickets in time. They leave me waiting for hours at a time before they will respond to me which is wasting more time as the concert date is getting closer.

This company are crooks and they should not be allowed to work as a legitimate business. They are trained lier's and robbing customers money! they should be reported to authorities.

Viagogo unethical behaviour

I recently purchased two concert tickets from Viagogo. After completing payment, I received an email stating the tickets would not be available until three days before the event (which is 4 months away), and given no seat numbers. This naturally made me feel suspicious. Upon further investigation, I learn that Viagogo only sells 'resold' tickets, and has left thousands of buyers without tickets, without refunds, or - worst of all - turned away at the venue because the tickets are fraudulent or have already been used. I would NEVER have purchased tickets through Viagogo if it had been clearly stated on the website that the tickets were only available three days before the event, and with no seat allocation...I don't know any sane person who would! Viagogo have taken my money with no reassurance that I am going to get what I paid for. I am deeply concerned about this website misleading purchasers.

Viagogo sziget festival tickets

I am complaining about sziget festival. I had bought 2 day tickets on viagogo the night before, I turned up with the tickets, they scanned the QR codes and refused entry and said the tickets had been bought fraudulently and sold on. I have spoken to viagogo which were very unhelpful on the phone, I have spoken to my bank and they cannot issue a refund due to viagogo terms and conditions.

Viagogo invalid ticket refund

On June 20, 2017, my son & I bought 2 tickets via viagogo to a 7/29/2017 soccer match (Manchester City v. Tottenham) in Nashville TN for a total of $190.27 (US dollars), order #[protected]). Upon presenting the downloaded tickets at the venue gate, we were denied entry because the tickets were invalid. The next morning (7/30/2017) and within the 48-hour window explained in Viagogo's Terms & Conditions, we contacted the Viagogo website to report the problem and request a refund. As of today, 8/13/2017, we have received no reply except an automatic message stating we are out of time for any recourse to recover our funds. It is virtually impossible to speak to a representative of the company or lodge any sort of complaint or inquiry.

Viagogo asking for refund of phil collins tickets

I purchased 2 x Phil Collins Tickets from Viagogo for the 8th June 2017 at the Royal Albert Hall, this was cancelled then re- arranged for the 26th November 2017 however I contacted Viagogo before the concert date after reading on the Royal Albert Halls Official site they will refuse entry to who has purchased tickets through a secondary site. Viagogo said go to concert if refused entry they will refund the cost of tickets, I said I did not want to go to London to be refused entry after paying £180 for a hotel and £32 for transport both of which I could cancel, they said I would need to attend and wouldn't discuss this issue any further, they also stated they had a legal obligation to complete the sale for the seller, I said how can they have a legal obligation if the tickets are not valid due to being resold through their site, he just stated the same argument several times . Face value of the tickets are £125 each I paid £1, 189.93 as below

Viagogo edinburgh military tattoo 2017 invalid tickets 12

We bough edinburgh military tattoo 2017 12 tickets with overfaced value, but told by official that tickets are invalid, so waster a lot of money, have to buy new tickets again.
It was sold in viagogo two month ago, when we receive the ticket already found the price we paid is much much over face value, but because we trust viagogo, at least we are prepared for the fest, then at the end official told us that these tickets are invalid! Tickets from viagogo invalid.

We are in the same boat, we bought 5 tickets and paid 3 times the face value, which we later found out were invalid to get us into the Edinburgh tattoo. we have contacted viagogo many times and they keep coming back to us with the same reply of the tickets being valid before we contacted the official Edinburgh Tattoo.
Viagogo claim to be an official seller of Edinburgh Tattoo tickets which is not true as the official office made us aware of this. We ended up buying tickets from the Official site after at a fraction of the price.
i would advise everyone NOT to use viagogo as they are nothing but crooks.

Viagogo invalid tickets for sziget festival

To whom it may concern,

I bought 5 day pass ticket for Sziget festival starting 11th August to 16 August in Budapest, however when I came to festival place, i could not enter since the officials explained my tickets are invalid, we checked the barcodes from scanner many times but it did not work either. I could not enter to the event. I travelled miles from my country for this event and could not enter, bit disappointed.

Viagogo not receiving payment after sale of ticket.

I have sold a ticket online on 24th May 2017 for an event on which took place on 4th August but have not received any payment til today despite the site saying that the payment is completed! Please assist me to get my payment! Order ID : [protected]! I understand that the term and conditions on the site stated that the payment will be in 5-7 days after the event takes place! But it is still not here and I'm getting anxious since its not a small amount.
