Viagogo I didn't receive my 2 tickets to adele for july 2nd 2017 in london

Hi,
I placed an order for 2 tickets to Adele on 28/02/2017 to the July 2nd show in Wembley. I havent heard anything from Viagogo until now and worried that my tickets won't arrive on time. no email was sent to me that they were shipped and I really need someone to talk to to me in order to understand how can I receive my tickets ASAP.
Viagogo website is very friendly user to book a tickets, but after you booked them, no contact email/phone number or support online is available. it is impossible to reach them.

Viagogo tickets to jenny greene at live at the marquee in cork

To whom it may concern,

I wish to make a complaint to viagogoabout the way I was treated.I wanted to but two tickets to Jenny greene at the marquee in Cork. I firstly was asked personal questions, such as my date of birth to register and was being constantly being bombarded with warnings on the sight, saying there were only two tickets left.
As a result I put in the information needed. Not once, did a summary of the ticket price come up on the screen until the transaction was completed. I was shocked to see I had paid 284 Euro for just two tickets, when the retail price is just €49.50.
I have now received tickets, which are not in my name and would like to return them, as I have reported this activity as fraudulent and the bank have refunded me the money.I do not trust the tickets and would like to return them as soon as possible.I would like a speedy reply as to the address I should send them to.

Viagogo I didn't receive my ticket I paid for.

I ordered 5 ticket on 23/5/2017 for coldplay concert on 14/6/17.
I didn’t receive my tickets my mail/
The mail company told me it lost and the sender (via gogo) should fix it.
No one answer me my mail / contact form of via-gogo
Please I need help what can I do to get the ticket I paid for them?

Viagogo unethical behaviour

Hi, I requested "3 tickets" option for Mark Lanagan concert in Glasgow. The publicly advertised price per ticket was £20 per tkt. So when i requested 3 tickets the price that was shown on the Viagogo site of £61.57, seemed to match the official expected price to pay for the total of 3 tickets.
The viagogo site then set a "countdown timer" with constant "flashing warning" about only 3 tickets left, time was running out, etc.
There was absolutely no chance of taking a breath to think about fraud, hidden charges or even to read through a page of terms and conditions.
The final shocking cost of £257.65 only became clear after payment had been accepted and there was no option to cancel.
I tried to contact Viagogo but was unable to contact a customer care person, only an automated message that had no option to cancel or complain.
I have emailed, requesting they cancel the tickets but have had no reply.
I cannot afford this devastating amount and I am really distressed by your selling method - I feel violated.

I'm sorry to hear this but you won't get a refund, same exact thing happened with me; it showed £575 and the I ended up paying £802ish. I'm reselling mine atm but, there seems to be a problem with that now as well...

Viagogo purchase of event tickets

In Feb 2017 I paid Viagogo $290.00 for two adult tickets to a rugby game, Lions verses Blues to be held in June in Auckland New Zealand. Viagogo sent two children's tickets worth $28 each. When I advised Viagogo that my wife and I could not enter the event on childrens tickets and we had in fact ordered and paid for adult tickets they refused to replace them despite repeated requests.
In effect I paid $290.00 for two useless tickets with a total face value of $58.00
It is very clear Viagogo is a company intent on defrauding its unsuspecting clients every way possible.

Viagogo unethical behaviour

Firstly upon searching via google for Beyond The tracks tickets Viagogo stated in its headline Official Ticket Site. Very misleading as it is not the official ticket site for Beyond the tracks. Nowhere throughout purchase did it tell me I was buying from a third party and the price wuld be higher than the actual ticket price. I have tried to log on to complain but it keeps telling me I have the wrong email address or password which I know I havent. I have tried to contact them by hitting the reset password and help logging in but received no answers at all. There are no phone numbers listed or actual email address to contact them direct. My ticket has come with another persons name on it and it states clearly on Beyond the Tracks website that ID must be taken and entry will not be permitted without it and without your name on your ticket. Essentially I have payed Viagogo for a useless ticket. This is fraud. My Order ID is [protected]. My name is Sally Hanson. Email [protected]@yahoo.com. I paid by debit card. No email confirmation was sent. No invoice was sent. I require a full refund, including the UPS charges. I do not want to have to open a fraud investigation with my bank but will do if it ismy only option to recover my money.

Viagogo sold tickets that were already sold to someone else

Took 80 rear old mum to matinee. Our seats had been purchased by 2 others and theatre could not help us.
Embarrassing, distressing and disgusting service. I have tried email, phone calls, and now sending recorded delivery letter to Switzerland
No goods received so refund should be automatic very poor. Very stressful. Should not be allowed to have online business.

Viagogo charged for ups collection delay

I sometimes sell tickets on Viagogo and recently they seem to have found another way to make easy money. I always send the tickets to the buyer as soon as I have them, via UPS, as requested. In March I sent 2 tickets for a show in November, printed the UPS forms and took the envelope to my local collection point. Viagogo have charged me £30 because there was a delay, according to them of 96 hours for the customer to receive the package. I cannot see how this is my fault, or if it makes any difference as it still got to the buyer 6 months before the event. They have now done this to me four more times and just decide to take £30 off my paypal account whenever they please. I have complained about this several times and asked to see the evidence but they say they can. To me this is just theft. It's impossible to get through to customer services/make a complaint. Needless to say I will not sell any more tickets through them.

Viagogo tickets priced wrong.

Hi to who it may concern.

I'm writing because this is a complete joke. I as you can see I was charged £599 in November which was a shock as the tickets was only I thought as listed £219 so to be told I owe £599 was a joke anyway. I complained back in November about the price. We have only just received the tickets and the tickets are priced at £85 each. That's £170 for two tickets. Why the hell was I charged £599.

I want answers asap before I go to the complaints board!

Viagogo robbie williams tickets southampton 6th june 2017

My wife contacted your office this morning, extremely upset and concerned about the tickets received from you today that she ordered from you on 11th November 2016 for the Robbie Williams concert on 6th June 2017 booking reference: 8107761.
These tickets were ordered on the day of release and nine tickets were requested together in a good location. She was quoted £135 per ticket and they would be in Block 6, 7 or 8 in the Itchen Premier East Stand. She went ahead with this order.
We have received six tickets together in the North Kingsland Stand block 36 and three tickets together in the Northam stand block 44.
The problems arising are:
1. These are not together and with juveniles attending we cannot split the party with adult accompaniment – your Viagogo Help Centre states clearly – “Tickets purchased from a single listing will be seated next to each other, unless specifically stated during the check-out process” – this was not stated.
2. They are situated furthest away from the stage in the north part of the stadium not the Itchen East stand as quoted.
3. The tickets are not in our name. Six are in the name of M Foulkes and three are in the name of Melanie Davies.
4. This begs the question “who has our tickets?”
5. The tickets received have a ‘total’ face value of £71 and we have been charged £135 a mark-up of nearly 90%. You are currently advertising tickets available for this event face value £65-£99 at £90. This means we could have got the tickets for much less than we paid on day one.
At 14.05 today I called your Customer Service Line and eventually spoke to an advisor called Sandrine. She spent five minutes locating our booking, putting me on hold three times. When I told her the problem she put me on hold for 15 minutes, eventually coming back to me saying she would have to ‘look into my problems and call me back’. I asked how long it would take her to call me back and she said about half an hour – that was over two hours ago.
Unless we receive a satisfactory reply with consecutive tickets in the Itchen Stand with the next hour, we shall commence legal proceedings against you and your company for breach of contract. We will also go to every social media site with details of how we have been treated by your company and the lack of service or response.
Both of the above I am sure you will wish to avoid. We only want the correct tickets we paid for in November last year, together and in the superior stand.

Viagogo have not received tickets for free event

After purchasing tickets for the Arianna Grande concert via viagogo for 22/5 for my daughter and two of her friends I have now had huge problems with trying to get my free tickets to the event on Sunday 4/6. Initially we were unable to claim, then sent email's giving us 2 hours to register, which I did. Then another email stating I had to re register within again a few hours, which again I did! To now not received the 'link' to be able to go through to get the free tickets.

I thinks the service you offer your customers is appalling, it is practically impossible to speak to anyone on the phone being constantly redirected to the help centre, which is an ironic name as it is not helpful at all! I am yet to receive tickets and for a second time my young daughter and friends are disappointed with the prospect of not seeing Arianna again, please respond

Viagogo Overcharge for tickets. Are they fake tickets?

I have been grossly over charged for X5 Grinspoon tickets for a concert on July 07 Enmore Theatre Newtown, that are $73.45 each. These tickets were purchased on 05/04/2017. Confirmation number [protected]. Account number [protected]. When going to the Grinspoon website for tickets, I was diverted to viagogo. I was charged $873.74 plus an international transaction fee. The tickets have been sent in another persons name- Damien Evans. Looking on viagogo website, it is disturbing to see people being turned away from concerts for fake tickets purchased from viagogo. I would like my money returned.

Viagogo blocking number after being told they would deal with an issue and get back to me

i was selling some tickets for Parklife, which i put out for delivery yesterday, however the UPS point refused to be me a receipt, so i clicked ' report a problem' on Viagogo thinking it would bring me to contact details, however it canceled my whole page. There was no indication that in clicking this it would cancel my sale, nor did it double check with me that i meant to click that button. I cannot be the only person this has happened to.

So i contacted them straight away to see if they could get my page back, so i could get paid, as i already had sent the tickets. I spoke to a lady on the phone who said she would try and get back to me. However i have heard nothing, so i tried to call back, and it says ' we are unable to assist you over the phone'.

so they have stopped me from contact them, and are currently holding my payment, though i have proof my tickets were sent. But they have not retrieved my page.

Think it is disgusting behavior- i contacted the person i was selling tickets too, and they said they received an email letting them know the tickets were to be delivered- but whether i will receive the payment remains a mystery as i no longer can contact viagogo

Viagogo Total lack of service. Buyer beware. Thieves

On March 27 2017 I placed and order with Viagogo – Order ID: [protected], Tiziano Ferro, Section Tribune Onore Destra Row 6 (2 tickets) Stadio Olimpico, Rome 28 June 2017. The order was confirmed. On April 27th 2017 I contacted Viagogo to resell my tickets and they confirmed this by email my Listing for resale: [protected]
On May 4th 2017, Viagogo asked me to confirm that I wish to sell the tickets. I reconfirmed and I received confirmation of that. On May 31st 2017, I have received this notification from Viagogo: This is a reminder that your sale for Tiziano Ferro (Order: [protected]) must be shipped within the next week. Failure to ship by 7 June 2017, 21:59 may result in us having to cancel your sale and replace the tickets for the buyer, which may incur a fee. WELL HOW CAN I SHIP TICKETS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FROM VIAGOGO!? I tried to contact them but the way the site is structured doesn’t allow for any helpful resolution of issues. Dealing with Viagogo is almost impossible and most frustrating. I contacted them three times with no answers. I went into the sales section and pressed ‘report a problem’ – I pressed that button and they automatically CANCELED the sale. They are disgusting bunch of thieves with ZERO customer service. This cost 501 Euros! BUYER BEWARE

Viagogo payment not received

I sold 2 tickets for Georges Brassens in Madrid on January 31, 2017 (Order Number #894272) for 253, 16€ and have still not received the payment!

I have contacted them by post in March 2017 but still no answer.

I expect payment but I have no way to reach them because they do not respond to the emails and they do not take phone calls.

Please find attached copy of the confirmation of the sale and my letter to them.

Viagogo booking collection for tickets

When trying to send tickets using the book a collection button it doesn't work . Took parcels to local UPS depot . Tried to contact viagogo by phone and email customer support again no reply . This is not good enough, I have sent the tickets and would like assurance I'm getting paid . When will I get a reply ?
Will I get my money !
Poor customer service just use automated to get no answers .

Viagogo online tickets

Viagogo Scammed me for ed sheeran tickets in nz next year, selling me some when they are all sold out, but them telling me on there site that there are heaps left, I brought to lots of two tickets for myself and friends, but in New Zealand they are telling me it's completely sold out at the venue. I've been through my bank and they are looking into it and has canceled my credit cards. I would like my money refunded to me. I don't know how this site is operating. Viagogo tickets for the rolling stones, unethical behaviour when I finally introduced my card details

I have bought tickets for the Rolling Stones on the 18th of May. The price for 2 tickets plus fees was 300 pounds, but when I finally introduced my card details, they told me that I have had paid 400 pounds. Then, I received an email telling me that, the price that I had paid was 4540 Danish krones. So I have paid 412, 38 pounds in total.

I request a full refund, as the price that I have paid is not the one that initially was shown on the page.
