Viagogoresend my ticket

I bought PITBULL concert's ticket making payment already.
Viagogo emailed me that my ticket was shipped.
I have waited for 2 weeks and the concert is next week!!!

I have checked with the carrier(T-Cat express). They said that there is a problem with my address. The package will be sent back to Viagogo.

How can I contact customer service

Could you please help me check my package and resend me again?
