I want to hereby raise a complaint and I want to request a FULL refund of an amount that went off my bank account on 18 January 2018.

After I ordered these tickets I have been told you are in fact NOT affiliated to the Western Province Rugby in South Africa.

Also, the tickets are ONLY available 2-3 days PRIOR to the game?

And I quote:

"Please do not purchase through Viagogo.

They are known to scam and over charge. They are not affiliated to WPRugby"

I have received replies from you on e-mail, via Facebook Messenger AND Twitter - a lot of STANDARD RUBBISH.

I see SEVERAL people who get refunds all over the internet and Facebook! DO NOT TELL ME YOU CAN NOT DO THIS!

Your first email to me did NOT stipulate a ROW NUMBER or A SEAT NUMBER!

I HAVE FRIENDS FLYING FROM Port Elizabeth to come and see this rugby match and I CAN NOT afford to let them fly all this way and NOT see this game.

The flight tickets have been booked. The accommodation for them have been booked.

VISITING NEWLANDS IS ON THEIR BUCKET LIST - BUT NOW THE CHANCES ARE THEY WIL NOT GET IN - FROM WHAT I READ ALL OVER THE INTERNET!

YOU CAN NOT guarantee that there WILL, in fact be tickets available if you CANNOT EVEN send me a ROW NUMBER and SEAT NUMBER UNTIL 3 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT!

IT IS JUST IMPOSSIBLE!

I wish to God you would STOP LYING and just get me a REFUND!

My consumer rights had been violated AND YOU KNOW THAT!

I have received replies from you on e-mail, via Facebook Messenger AND Twitter - a lot of STANDARD RUBBISH REPLIES.

My Bank and their Forensics Department KNOWS ABOUT THIS INCIDENT since Day 1 - 18 January 2018.

I am busy emailing each and very authority I can find in South Africa.

Viagogo tickets refund (postponed dates - chris rock - dubai)

Tickets bought x 2. Dates delayed no new dates. But no refunds options. Supposedly until new dates announced - which I wont be able to do/make it to dubai then.
Multiple emails. 1x phone to some "cs agent". I still have no answer yet and none of the numbers I have tried seem to work (misplaced the last number - uk I think.)

And so now I have over us$1, 000.00 in limbo with viagogo - and no real option for solution.

Viagogo supply of tickets for commonwealth games for 5th april 2018. id14720103

In November 2017 we applied for $AUD80 tickets on line. We were issued online by your organisation with an ID14720103 number for tickets on 5th April 2018. I consequently found that my credit card had been debited with an exorbitant fee of $824.03 AUD which included a foreign exchange fee of $24AUD. I have been formally advised by the official Commonwealth Games Ticketing office at the Gold Coast Carrara Queensland Australia that you are an unauthorised Commonwealth Games ticketing site. Therefore I want an immediate full refund of your charges back to my credit card.
As aged pensioners we look forward to your immediate refund action.

Viagogo ed sheeran tickets

Complaint about Ed Sheeran tickets purchased online the Viagogo on the 17th May, 2017. Order ID [protected].

On the above date I purchased 4 x Ed Sheeran tickets online from your company. At the time of the purchase it mentioned a price which I was of the belief was the total cost of four tickets. This was inline with the cost of Ed Sheeran tickets which I was aware had been capped. After proceeding I found that the total was actually $1645.95. This FAR exceeded the price given when asked to confirm the sale.

Since this I have contacted you a number of times and have been told that the sale could not be cancelled. As a result the tickets were re listed for sale and I was informed that they had been sold for a lesser amount. I was happy to accept this however a short time later I was then informed that this sale was cancelled. I cannot understand this as I was unable to cancel my sale.

Since this time I have heard of numerous other complaints similar to mine regarding your company. As a result I have contacted the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) who have advised that I make this further complaint.

I feel that the sale was misleading and deceptive regarding the total price of the tickets and the failure by your company to disclose the substantial fees.

As a result I am now requesting a refund of this sale.

I would appreciate a reply in relation to this matter by the 24th January, 2018. If this matter is not rectified I have been advised to make a formal complaint to the ACCC and the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

Viagogo excessive charges and not listing sales of tickets

I logged on viagogo.com to purchase tickets for coachella 2018. I paid $2096 for 2 tickets. Order was placed and confirmed on 4 January 2018. I was in the queue to buy tickets for $800 per ticket but more than that was debited from my account. (order ID: [protected])

They say tickets are released three days before the festival, but because I would be leaving from South Africa, this makes me nervous, so I am trying to sell the tickets back to them.
I want to sell the tickets while there is still demand for the festival but viagogo site is not listing them, they don't show up anywhere on their site, there is no contact details or an email you can send to anybody for assistance.
It shows a listing ID but nothing else, (listing ID: [protected])
Please assist.

Viagogo australian open tickets

I purchased tickets thinking they were the official website (based on Google advertising). How stupid of me! Not only did I pay way over the odds, they sold me tickets which were purchased 'officially' after I had purchased them on Viagogo. I'm not sure how this is legal. I have complained, but I keep getting a generic email. Very annoyed that companies like this can exist.

Viagogo tickets purchased

I purchased tickets on the 24/10/2017 and paid way above the price as the booking fee was added in after you had processed my card. Had I known there was such a charge I would have not purchased. The total debited to my account was $1480.30
I have rung, and emailed numerous times with no reply and no help whatsover
I request a refund please ASAP

Viagogo selling tickets

I sold 2 tickets to the Cape Town sevens event on VIAGOGO and have not received payment as yet. Asking about it I get a payment ref (Payment ID 1912876) and a message wait 10 days, it was send twice so no use asking again

Viagogo misleading viagogo website; outrageous charges

I bought 2 tickets on Viagogo despite trying to cancel the transaction before completing it. Somehow, the Viagogo website ignored my request and debited my card anyway. I wish to cancel and to get a refund for 3 reasons:
1. the excess charges are not displayed clearly before purchase
2. the Viagogo website is designed in order to make it very difficult to cancel a transaction before payment
3. Viagogo is in breach of EU regulations requiring it to display details about the seller of a ticket before purchase

Viagogo concert tickets

On Thursday 21st December I ordered 2 tickets on the viagogo site to see
Lady Gaga in Birmingham on Wednesday 31st January. I paid a fee of £134.75.
The order no. is [protected]. When I opened the e-tickets, after payment, the date stated is for the concert that was cancelled -Sunday October 15th 2017. with a different order number. I have tried to contact Viagogo with no success.
You cannot e mail them and when you phone you get an automated answer which is of no use. I have logged into my account with them but again find no
answers there.
I would like a refund or the correct tickets sent

Viagogo ticket sales

I bought three tickets for a sports event on Boxing Day £150 for 3 tickets with a face value of £25 each . That was fine. But what turned up in my e-print ticket was 3 children's tickets . A mistake, perhaps, but it's impossible to get in touch with them by either phone or email . Now I'm left with 3 useless tickets and am £150 worse off .

Viagogo tickets didn't arrive

Due to attend concert, Plymouth Pavillions 29.11.17. Tickets not delivered by UPS, even though they said they had (UPS could not give me my full address when asked).

Contacted Viagogo 17 days prior to event saying no tickets and every day thereafter up until 29.11. I did not received any tickets as per their guarantee.

Did not attend event; lost £116.

I have subsequently tried to complain to, and contact Viagogo, but it is fruitless.

Viagogo fraudulent internet ticket sales

Six months prior the concert, I purchased two Paul Mc Cartney tickets for $466.23 au and then found my Viagogo account had been deleted from their system, not allowing me to log into it and download or print my tickets
I had used my account previously to purchase Seinfeld tickets without a hitch
Their customer service department is terrible and attempts to talk to viagogo, even with my copies of evidence have proven futile.
I have been to the local police station to report this and it has been forwarded through the federal police to Interpol

Viagogo reschedule / refund

Dear sir/madam,

At the beginning of this year, my colleague Laura bought me and my partner Tania two tickets for 136 GBP (Order 9790535) for Jamiroquai concert on the 24th of June (SATURDAY).

Unfortunately, the concert was re-scheduled from a Saturday in June to a Wednesday in December (6th December). I can't understand how is it possible to re-schedule a concert for half a year, from a weekend to a weekday, and not offer the possibility of a refund.

I don't live in London and is not that easy for me to go there.Besides losing money on the tickets I also lost the transportation and accommodation money (total 240 GBP for me and my partner).

Since I couldn't get a refund, I tried to sell them here. In order for you to get more money at my expense. I only managed to sell them for half the price I bought here (no surprise when an event changes from a summer weekend to a winter weekday). However, even after selling them on the 30th of November for a total of 68.64 GBP (Order ID: [protected]), I still haven't received the money back (After 16 days...).
It is extremely disappointed to start working with you and getting issues from the beginning to the end.

Viagogo overcharge on ticket sales

I was charged in CZK rather than NZ$ as stipulated prior to sale. I was over charged double the ticket price.

I have been mislead - I was directed to viagogo when searching for tickets and thought I was buying from a primary site. I was mislead on ticket prices, and exorbitant tax and handling fees.

I have tried to contact the customer service helpline countless times, to which I do not get through and have written numerous emails that are ignored.

What are my rights on purchasing tickets from third party site?

Viagogo tickets mobo awards

Purchased 3 tickets at £84 = £346, with no restrictions on viewing, paid by card. When tickets came it was for a lot less £45 each and not £84. When I contacted viagogo for misrepresentation, customer service was no help. They do not tell you the ticket price you pay is not what you are receive and that they wld be scamming half yr monies to pocket. When contacting mobo awards you then find out you purchased tickets from ticket touts. It's a ticket touting scam. Need to warn people. Viagogo need to be investigated and closed down. The young and old ate been scammed. A lot of people struggled to get monies together for a smile from there child or family member. Grandma an granddad, unsuspecting. Want to give a cool christmas present get trapped. Viagogo ticket touts need to be stopped.
Help me to stop this company. Join my complaint. Add your comments and keep passing it on. Facebook, tweets, linkedin etc together as a movement, change can and will happen.

Viagogo I paid double the amount for the ticket

There's no contact to call them. They don't respond to emails. They made me pay in the pressure. Totally unsatisfying and cheated. Cant even sell the tickets or cancel them. Gave me e-tickets and charged me for delivery fee. The booking fee is insanely high for no god damn reason. I don't get refunds either. NEVER USE THIS STUPID WEBSITE. They suck.

Viagogo ticket purchase no refund

I purchased 3 rugby tickets in August 2017. After completing the process I was charged in Euro not NZ$ as stated on ticket price. The price was far higher than the price indicated. On receiving the tickets they stated 'CHILD' ticket which we did not purchase.

We were advised to resell which we did. I received an email saying I should upload the tickets which I did. I was told I would receive an email when the refund was paid into my paypal account. To date 4 months later I have not had any email.

When I tried to log onto my account with the same login details it said it was not valid. When I contacted Viagogo I got a response saying my security check could not be validated and my account had been cancelled?

Since I have sent several emails and no response. All I want is the refund amount stated in the emails for the resale of my tickets.

I would appreciate a rapid response from Viagaog - disgusting customer service.

Viagogo dappy tickets

Hello,
I would like to raise a complaint that I am not very happy about. Earlier this morning I had purchased 2 dappy tickets at £69 each as your site only provides me with 10minutes of holding these tickets and I was also trying to look after my 3 month old baby I felt very stressed and pressured and had to do it all very quickly. I now feel so sickened that I've been charged that much for a £11 ticket! Your site had not advised how much the face value was and I had very little time to check due to thinking I would have lost the tickets if I left the page. I am so so angry and upset about this situation! Due to me also being on maternity leave and so little money I have used my credit card to purchase these and I feel so robbed of my money. As you can also see I have put these back up for sale right away when I had realised what a mug I have been taken for. I am very upset about all this and I would like some action brought forward please? I know I won't get my full money back but is there any chance that I could just get the £150 back? I can't explain how upsetting this is, I think going forward if you stated on your site how much the face value is of the tickets it would make your site a lot more better and understanding.

Same happened to me Jodie. I purchased tickets from them, paid way over the odds and have put my tickets up for resale and they say that have been sold. I am trying to find out from them how I am expected to send tickets to the buyer 7 days before the concert date when I am expected to receive my tickets up to only three days before the concert.
They are a total rip off. Sorry to hear you got caught out too.

Viagogo tickets for concert excessive price, booking fee and delivery

Under pressure to get tickets for my daughter for Dodie concert in Belfast instead of going directly to venue i went on this website. I was additionally charged 100 pounds for tickets that were available from venue. They use high pressure tactics, and no clear costing of booking fees and delivery charges. Outrageous! Feel totally scammed by an unethnical company and hope that others do not have to have the same expereince.
