Viagogo id [protected] nfl @twickers tickets sale

I sold 2 tickets for the Vikings game at the end of October. The person I sold the tickets to turned up to the event, sat together and enjoyed the game.
I go as part of a group every year and had 2 tickets spare as 2 people could not make it.
When the people who purchased the tickets arrived and realised their seats were in the middle if our group they asked if we wanted to move down and they would sit at the end of our group, in the same row just 4 seats down. I thought that was kind of them, but it cost me £40 as they said to Viagogo that they did not sit in the seats they had purchased to which they were given £40 compensation by Viagogo which was deducted from the payment to me. There was no contact from viagogo about this charge and they have not replied to the 20+ emails I have sent to their erm " customer service" ( ha ha, thats a joke calling it that). I found out what the charge was for the the buyer after sending them a text. Thet said they do it all the time as Viagogo give compensation with no proof, they just hand it to the buyer with no contact with the seller to see if it was true or any facts behind what happened!
I have tried to phone the ha ha, customer service but each time have been waiting on the phone 20mins plus.
In short, DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS, they will overcharge you for tickets and deduct money from sales without giving a reason why, and get away with it because you can not contact them.

Viagogo ed sheeran asia hk leg cancelled

Viagogo confirmed by email on Nov 1 that HKD would be refunded to my credit card within 4 working days. I phoned my credit card company and no refund from Viagogo for the sum paid for the Nov 4 HK concert date has not been refunded. I have the email as legal proof that the refund would be paid as stated and I wonder how many other people have been lied to? Contact help numbers and email to get in touch with Viagogo is a joke.

On the basis that Viagogo has an office in London, this registered office will be subject to UK Law. Under the English Law of Contract, I have fulfilled my side of the bargain by paying consideration for a promise by Viagogo to provide a service either directly as agent or ticket seller conduit to provide a ticket to see a specific Ed Sheeran music concert on Nov 4 in Hong Kong. Now that this event has been cancelled Viagogo must provide a new Hong Kong date (which will not happen as Ed Sheeran has a full 2018 calendar). The only option is that Viagogo refunds the full consideration paid as the company can no longer fulfill its promise to provide the service under the terms of the Contract. If Viagogo does not refund the full consideration due, the company will be in breach of contract. Reputation is everything and having reviewed this complaints board and other sites, I would say that if poor customer service persists, the company will not survive and if further investigation finds that other customers ate not receiving refunds for cancelled concerts in a systematic manner, Viagogo's actions may be considered fraudulent. I look forward to hearing from other customers who have been promised their money back when a concert has been cancelled and refunds not forthcoming (theft)! Thank you.

Viagogo viagogo will not return my ticket to me or let me use it even though it has not sold

I had four tickets listed for Little Mix on 15/11/17.
The listing number is [protected].
Three tickets sold, leaving one left.

I noticed at 4.30 pm on the day of the concert that the ticket had been removed by Viagogo without my Knowledge, I had no email or no advance warning of this.

I called Viagogo at the earliest opportunity, which was 4.50 pm and spoke to Jalina to see why it had been removed.

I was told because it had not sold and collection had to be by 5.30pm.
It was a physical impossibility to get to collect it by that time.

If I had been informed this was the case I could have collected this and gone to the concert and not wasted an unused ticket. As it stands I cannot even go to the concert now and I am not able to collect the ticket by the time I have now found out is my deadline. The concert starts at approximately 7ish and I can get there so why can I not collect my ticket?
Little mix don't come on until 9pm so I could still get there very easily but you will not allow me to have access to my unsold ticket.

Nowhere on the small print can your staff point out where I am told this in advance.

I asked for this ticket to be left at the box office for me to collect. I was told that these tickets are at an office 50 mins away. They won't stay past 530pm, so I have asked for the ticket to be taken to the box office for me to collect?

I am really upset at this service.

Viagogo little mix tickets

Bought 2 x little mix tickets for the o2. I've been given no notification that they've been sent. Cost me £175 each including very high fees. I was assured they would be seats that were together and in fact they're two seats apart. As such I am hoping to re-sell them on the website however unless they arrive late this week, they will say I've left it too late to sell. Should be sent immediately unless it is their strategy to prevent ppl selling again. Also when I was buying I thought they seemed v expensive but a bubble was flashing on the screen saying what a brilliant bargain it is as other customers were paying on average £282 pet seat in this section? Wish I'd taken a screen shot as there are no tickets at that price and I'm probably going to lose quite a bit of money. I'm really anxious that they won't arrive and also clearly not next to each other as well as the fact I was duped into paying such a high price!

Viagogo extortionate booking costs

Purchased tickets for ATP World Tour Finals on 18th November 2017 (semi-finals afternoon and evening sessions) - 2 seats for afternoon session; 2 seats for evening session. The tickets were £140.50 each (x2) and £125.00 each (x2) respectively.
I have been charged £1, 008.95 and £829.59 for each booking, totalling £1, 838.54.
Since the flat rate for the tickets were £281.00 + 250.00 = £531 I would like to know how much the booking fee, VAT, etc has been added.
This is nothing short of extortion.

Viagogo fake concert tickets

On 12 November I booked 2 General Admission standing tickets on the site Viagogo for Mariah Carey at Sandstone Point Hotel, Queensland, Australia and it cost me $561. It was the first listing to come up on a Google Search and booked it without research believing that only 19 tickets were left.

I then realised that general admission tickets start from $169 on EventBrite and Oztix. This made me realise I was scammed.

The venue has advised that I have purchased unauthorised tickets; the name on the ticket is "Fredrick Wong". My name is Rebecca Prasad. The ticket is also vague on details about time and date which makes be believe they are fake tickets.

One of the codes on the tickets is 697024349870768463001 and it appears to be from Eventbrite.

I have contacted my bank ING to cancel my credit card and dispute the transaction.

I have contacted the Queensland Police and alerted the Austalian Cyber Crime Reporting Network.

I have also contacted the venue to let them know about the incident.

I have requested a refund from Viagogo but have not recieved a response.

Is there anything else I can do?

This is so disappointing and I feel very foolish.

Viagogo concert tickets

Bought tickets for Marilyn Manson for the October 12 th show . It's was cancelled, I tried to contact viagogo, the site just runs you around, I was never able to talk to anyone, and no emails where sent to me telling me of new concert dates or any options . I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company, I will not make any further purchases with this company in the future.

I got tickets for Marilyn Manson oct 12 th show in Las Vegas . The concert was canceled. I have never received any response from viagogo about the concert dates changing . Or how to proceed? Please send info on what to do now . I will never buy tickets from this company again, there's no way to contact them, it's very frustrating. I was looking forward to this and I've never purchased from viagogo before .and never will again, the costumer support I see nonexistent.

Viagogo tickets to john legend tonight

I purchased 4 tickets for R1495 each - I was charged R8113, 00 - should have been R5980, 00 (OVERCHARGED by R2133, 00) and today I received 4 tickets valued at R630, 00 each - total value R2520, 00 ?
I cannot reach any of the given contact numbers and have had no response to emails and facebook messages.
Please urgently assist me.

Viagogo johnny clegg concert tickets

Im totally sickened by the price I paid for my tickets only for them to arrive yesterday and the value I paid for them is not what is reflected on the tickets. Let me explain the horrendous process so perhaps you can get a better understanding of my woes and why Im demanding a full refund.

When I googled Johnny Clegg, the viagogo site defaulted as the site of choice. I'd never been on the site but be that as it may, I continued. I was alarmed at the price of the tickets but he is an artist Im extremely keen on seeing. But to make matters worse, on top of the extortionate ticket price, I was charged for a delivery fee and a booking fee. Who in this day and age charges a delivery fee when tickets can be printed at home? I then began sensing that something was untoward. A couple days of the booking, I logged onto the viagogo website to cancel my tickets only to see that I would lose a further R2000. I was in shock as this is surely uncompetitive and I should perhaps seek to bring this up with the Consumer Protection Act ombudsman.

A couple of days ago, since I hadn't received my tickets (which viagogo did alert me to receiving 3 days before the concert) I went onto the website to see if I couldn't print them from home but I couldn't find how to amend it let alone email a contact centre agent.

I was somewhat relieved to see an email last week advising of my tracking number of my tickets which I immediately logged into but alas, I received the error below. I emailed viagogo immediately but Im still awaiting a response!

Viagogo overpriced tickets

My daughter purchased 2 tickets for the Weeknd Concert in Sydney Australia scheduled for 2 December, 2017 (Order # [protected]). My credit card was deducted $816.25.

I recently received an email stating that the tickets cost $315.00 each, then a $181.31 booking fee and a $4.95 handling fee. After downloading the tickets, they have a face value of $111.95 and are very ordinary seats for the price I paid.
This is way over the top! The booking fees weren't disclosed to my daughter when she purchased the tickets. This transaction is illegal and I want someone to respond to my grievance and provide me with a fair resolution.

Viagogo overpriced tickets, not legal in dk

bought noel Gallagher tickets on date 0211.17 for the concert in paris the 03.04.2017. fund out afterwards that viagogo was not the official provider of tickets for the concert. the tickets was also over prices, which is not legal in Denmark. as a buyer from denmark im not interested in support of illegal activities. I dont think that the price was fair compaired to the official price for the ticket. i therefor request a refund

Viagogo false tickets-reimbursement

I bought 2 tickets from Viagogo for the 25th of October 2017 for the Paris concert at he U Arena with my credit card (please see attachment).
The tickets where very expensive (89, 9 euro is indicated on the ticket but with taxes the price was finally around 150 Euro for each ticket). On top of it we spent 290 euro each for the plain tickets.
We spent a lot of time queuing in the line at the entrance of the U Arena, to be finally told that our tickets where fraud.
We checked at the information desk to be sure and it was confirmed that we could not enter the show.
We where extremely upset and sad.
To our great disappointment we missed the show that we wanted so much to attend and for which we spent so much money (plane tickets, hotel, concert tickets).

Therefore I ask to be reimbursed at least for the tickets otherwise i am going to follow the legal way.

Viagogo non sterling transaction fees

I purchased tickets in September for a concert in the Royal Albert Hall, featuring Tears for Fears. The price was £420 my credit card also charged and £12.50 Non sterling transaction fee.
Viagogo were unable to send the tickets.
The card was refunded and I was again charged £12.63
In total I have been charged an extra £25.13.
I would like this amount refunded.
This is particularly galling as I never got the tickets anyway.

Viagogo tickets to pink in australia 2017

Viago have charged more than they stated in my email.$515, instead have taken $165 from my credit card. Have not stated my seat numbers at concert next july, only row no. Have said I will recieve tickets 2 days before concert. I have read that other people have not recieved their tickets at all, or they were not valid at concerts. Can anyone help. I told my bank, but they can only help if I do not recieve the tickets. They lied about the total cost. They will only offer a refund of half that amount.

Viagogo hi my grandmother bought tickets for the roger waters tour in new zealand

Hi we brought tickets for the roger waters tour in new zealand my grandmother is a very big fan and wanted to see her favourite person one more time as her last time was when roger did a show in auckland (Under the moon) my grandmother saw their were tickets available and went on the internet and brought from viagogo after doing so and not receiving her tickets she watched a show on tv explaining how lots of people are basically being conned out of there hard earned money in the belief they would get tickets for there favourite shows i'm writing to you to see if there can be a good outcome for my grandmother who brought the tickets with her pension to see here favourite lead singer one more time could we please either get the tickets sent out straight away or get her money back

Viagogo unauthorised hidden charges

This morning I booked 2 x Liam Gallagher tickets for what I thought would cost me £82 per ticket.

After putting in my credit card details, I got confirmation of my order and I was then told my whole order came to 279.55 Euros. I was told nothing about any extra charges prior to putting in my credit card details. I cannot afford this.

I contacted them to try and cancel the order within half an hour of this happening and they are refusing to cancel and refund me.

Viagogo tickets not received

I booked tickets in July for the Australian Pink Floyd at the Brighton Centre on 27th Oct. I am due to travel tomorrow morning, having booked 2 nights in a hotel, and the tickets still haven't arrived for the concert in 2 day's time. Responses to my e mails have been unhelpful, and I am left with no option but to cancel the transaction. Viagogo have responded to say they do not accept cancellations or offer refunds, even though they offer the assurance on their website that tickets arrive a minimum of 3 days before the event.

I purchased 2 tickets for radio city Live, price on website was £81 each, plus VAT, and handling fee totalling £236. Received tickets today and price on tickets was £28 each. I can't get in touch with viagogo for explanation as to why such a massive fee has been added to a £28 ticket. Such a rip off. I phoned echo arena to be told that viagogo can basically charge what ever they want when viagogo purchase a bulk booking, that is basically ticket touting and should no be allowed. Am absolutely discusted.

Viagogo £194 was taken from account but ticket was cancelled

Bought 2 x j.cole tickets for £194 .01 on the 22/03/17 the money came straight out of my account the tickets arrived but i had an email saying tickets had been cancelled so i got in touch and was told there was no record of tickets or payment so i sent all relevant proof ... bank statement, tickets and confirmation letter as requested but no one has been in touch or even responded. I sent all proof two weeks ago, i have even sent more than one email and I haven't had so much of a confirmation email to say its being dealt with .

Viagogo tickets bought for foo fighters o2 london 19 sept 2017

Do not use Viagogo, they are crooks. I paid over £1000 for two tickets to see the Foo Fighters, my favourite band. I was refused entry and i do not know if the tickets were genuine or not. I complained to Viagogo and submitted documents but they refuse to refund me, even though i have proof i travelled from scotland to see them and stayed in a hotel. I will never use them again. I will be contacting the police and my solicitor.
