still awaiting a refund after being told it old be today. Only to
speak with a Rebecca today in customer service, (very poor call by the way)
to be told another 7 days before I can receive my money back.
Unacceptable, and want compensation for the inconvenience caused as this was a birthday present for my Father so I wanted a swift refund.

I bought a ticket last Saturday through ViaGOGo web site. For my suprise the ticket is from elderly people
Which is not my case and there are rules to use that as the price are 50 percent less. I am trying to cancel it as it is legally buying things by Web you can cancel that in 7 days as when I wordere the tickets it was not clear that the tickets were on these conditions. No return on crediting my credit card was obtained! Urgent as I want my rights and this fraudulent company not work fair!

I bought 1 ticket for prelimfinal Richmond v gws.your price on site was $264 plus fees for a total of $325.80 which I paid for .when I downloaded the ticket and printed it I was shocked to see on the ticket the value of the ticket which is $146.this is elligal and sculping what your doing and everyone that was sitting with me only paid $146.I would like the balance of difference refunded to me or given a free grand final ticket sitting with the Richmond cheersquad.I will be taking this further to ACCC if I don't get a response.my mobile number is [protected].my email address is [protected]@dodo.com.au regards Albert.

On the 2 of June I ordered and paid for tickets to see Justin Bieber in Japan on 24 September. Then in July the press released the announcement that the concert is cancelled. When I made contact on numerous occasions on email about my refund I didn't get any response. Yesterday I get a message from viagogo saying "We hope you are looking forward to Justin Bieber!"looking forward to the concert "? Are you for real ? Why would you send that email? How unprofessional is this organization? I have had no feedback to my queries for a refund!

Firstly, I have been charged over £240 for two £80 tickets which amounts to over £50 booking fee. However hard you try, you cant justify this excessive and unexplained charge.
Secondly, despite your website stating you were the official ticket site for this venue, you are not, and the O2 are unable to guarantee that the tickets I hold are genuine and will be honoured on the door.

I recently placed an order through Viagogo for tickets to a soccer game. My first transaction was declined, so I tried again and my transaction was complete. However, I then received two confirmation emails. Both transactions actually went through. So, now I have been charged for four tickets when I should have only been charged for two. When I reached out to customer service about this matter twice, I received a generic, unhelpful email. When I finally decided to try and re-list one set of tickets, the site told me I could not relist the tickets and my third attempt at contacting customer service was not helpful.

Your site stated that it was the official site for Royal Ascot Tickets 2028. I therefore purchased two tickets at £302 for the Queen Anne Enclosure on Tuesday 18/06/2018.
I have now found out that you are not the official site for these tickets. Royal Ascot Racecourse are the official ticket sellers and the tickets are not actually because my released until 27/09/17.
This means that you have falsely advertised your position and have sold tickets before they are available for sale and which do not exist to sell at the time of sale.
I have raised this matter with Trading Standards and would be grateful if you would correct the mis selling by refunding my purchase in full.

I bought tickets for the katy perry 2018 concert. I have been offered other tickets but they aren't like the ones I had. I want upper row seats together with clear view of the stage. I paid $579.95 and I was told that I might need to wait until a week before the event. I'm sorry but I still can't understand why when I bought the tickets that I was told a week later that I couldn't have them. I now don't have the money back or any tickets. I have asked for a refund or the tickets I wanted. If this can't be supplied I will go further. Now I don't even know whether I will get any good tickets or whether to buy more tickets which I won't be buying from you. I have never bought tickets on line and I don't think I ever will. I tried to email the following to Viagogo but it appears they have shutdown this email server. We put in a complaint to ACCC Australian Consumer Complaints Commission when we originally found out we had been conned by purchasing a $66 ticket but paying $A460. Absolute rip off. Then the concert was postponed anyway so we are trying to get a full refund but can no longer email them.

My email that didn't go through: Further to the postponement of our ticket to Lionel Ritchie – Central Coast Stadium.

I can no longer use the ticket due to the postponement as I will not be on the Central Coast on the new date. I have checked Ticketek terms and conditions.

As the ticket supplied is from Ticketek we request full refund under their terms and conditions. As you purchased the ticket from Ticketek you can pursue a refund and thereby fully refund me the cost of my ticket.

I am requesting a full refund of my ticket under these circumstances. Viagogo is entitled to a refund from Ticketek due to postponement is a valid reason under Ticketek terms for a refund thereby I claim that full refund.

I tried to cancel Bush tickets in Old Kentish Town the same day I brought them in May 2017. I was told I couldn't cancel when as already purchased or to close to the date of the gig.
Well I purchased these tickets in May and the gig was in September.
I have just found out that I had not purchased this tickets in May that day for £54.00 each ticket plus a whopping £72 booking fee! These were purchased on September 13th 2017 for £30.00
I believed I had purchased these tickets directly via Viagogo and via a third party.

Their policy is a joke as how can you prevent a cancellation in May if the person selling the ticket dies not own it until September. I feel I've been ripped off.

There policy states
It's not possible to cancel or exchange tickets once a purchase has been made as orders are considered final.

If you cannot use the tickets you purchased and there is still time before the event date, we advise you to re-list them by clicking on the "Sell" link on the event that you have tickets for.

We will market your tickets on our platform to find a new buyer.
We do not charge any fees for relisting tickets that you have originally purchased from us.

Occasionally there may be reasons why the tickets can't be re-listed but it's usually because the event date is too near to allow secure delivery or upload to the buyer.

I got tickets to the after race concert for Calvin harris for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in november 2017. I have now spoken to the official F1 Grand Prix organizers and they have confirmed with me that tickets purchased through viagogo will not be accepted for entry. This is because only F1 Grand Prix 3 day pass holders have exclusive rights to attend the concerts. Individual after-race concerts are never sold individually. So this ticket sales for the Calvin Harris show through viagogo is not legit!
I have asked a full refund which I expect to get back!

I ordered 2 circle tickets for September 14th at the National Theatre from Viagogo
I paid £284 for these tickets including delivery and booking fee( £72 which was not spelt out when I booked )- a huge amount but I expected them to be top of the range Circle seats which normally retail for about £70.
When I received them, they were the cheapest and furthest away seats in the theatre- G70 and G71. The ticket price was £15 and they were in the name of Mr Jason Hewitt. According to the terms on the back of the ticket, it is illegal to sell tickets in someone else's name.
I am quite disgusted by this which feels like exploitation .
I expect them to issue a refund

I purchased 2 tickets from you for Chaka Khan at O2 arena for 12/7/17. Unfortunately the concert which she cancelled the concert which she put on her Facebook page and people would receive a refund.. Also on O2 arena cancelled the concert. I am very unhappy after trying to get a resolution about the cancellation.When will I be getting a refund? The  Order number is 13089 110 . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WWW.VIAGOGO.COM unless you want to lose all your money like we did, $US 678.45 for the Bob Seger Concert at Oracle Arena, OAKLAND CA in a section where the assigned row does not exist and no individual seats were assigned. They also added hundreds of dollars in service & handling feeds but made no mention of free parking, They are a scam, SO BUYER BEWARE!

We purchased 5 tickets to a soccer game being played in Madrid, Spain.
Original date for soccer game was 9/30/17 and is now on 10/1/17. We fly back to the USA on 10/1/17. Cannot find email to contact them. Since the date was changed we'd like our money back. I have tried to email them at least 3 times and each time the email is returned to me saying that the email address does not exist.

Please can someone explain how companies like Viagogo are allowed to charge extortionate fees. Tickets should be sold by the stadium and arena. If people want to upsell why not charge more for the ticket originally. The ticket price was £70 but Viagogo charged me £139. How is this acceptable. Why is the consumer being allowed to be ripped on by their disgraceful actions.

I purchased 2 tickets for Dream Lover to be held at Arts Centre, Melbourne, State Theatre...received tickets today each priced at $69 .90 but got ripped off by this company for over $500 on my credit card.
Unable to reach this company, no customer service and when I contacted Ticketmaster discovered that the tickets are invalid.
What a rip off..shame on this company...

As I was going through the process of buying tickets for the upcoming Anthony Joshua fight before confirming my payment an extra £120 was put onto the price for the tickets for VAT as I did not wish to pay this I pressed decline as to not pay for the tickets and stated on the question asked why I was declining and clicked on the price was not what I was expecting to pay and it automatically confirmed my payment I am absolutely furious is this sone kind of scam? I will contacting this company via phone call tomorrow and will be expecting to have my money reimbursed and the tickets cancelled!
