Vhive Singapore Dressing table, sofa, dining set, tv console, bookshelf delivery

Dear Sir,

We have ordered many items from vhive for our new house. It has scheduled to deliver on 3 Mar 2021, unfortunately we have an unpleasant experience with your delivery which need your urgent attention. Please help us urgently!

We received a defect dressing table with broken materials (wood) and immediately called the shop to seek for their support for refund or collection. They do not seems to be able to assist us.

We also received our goods unattended, i.e. your guys did not fix up the TV Console and book shelf for us, they left it at our new house and left. Please refer to attached photos as proof.

Lastly, we also did not receive our order for sofa and dinning table on 3 Mar 2021. Please kindly assist to resolve the issue that we are currently facing and deliver the goods to us which have not done so. We expect a refund for any defect goods and any outstanding goods that have not yet deliver to us, please.

This has brought inconvenient to us. Kindly assist and we hope we have a good experience with vhive.

Vhive Singapore Cardboard bottom of drawer disintegrated

regarding INVOICE NO : INV-HQ21-08-242 - PEPE 4 DRAWERS CHEST OAK/HIGH GLOSS WHITE W70 x D40.3 x H82 cm 70501-AKUU bought in Aug 2021.

About 2 months later, the cardboard bottom of 3rd drawer from the top disintegrated and was discarded.

Customer service woman I spoke to today (18 Oct 2021) on the phone said I "DID WRONG" by not taking a photo of the ruined cardboard bottom. She asked the same questions over and over again (maybe she has hearing impairment) or maybe she cannot understand simple English so I spoke to her in Mandarin).
The piece of furniture is at my mum's and thinking that it was pointless keeping a spoilt, useless cardboard drawer base, she had it thrown out. So I explained the situation to this CSO, but instead of hearing me, this woman kept on saying, "You DID WRONG! You should have taken a photo of the base!"
So finally, I said I was sorry and apologised and asked her if she could help.
In a huff and a stiff voice, she said, "I need to check."
I DO NOT recommend Vhive to anyone. Was previously a fan of Vhive (in my own house, I have several Vhive pieces of furniture). The Quality has Deteriorated since.

If all goes well, good for you. If you need Customer Support and Assistance, be in for crappy service.
Buy Scanteak, service is better. Pay more but better Customer satisfaction.

Vhive Singapore Purchased of a with many defects

Dear management, i've recently purchase a sofa set at your thomson plaza outlet few days ago, fully paid. We have check the sofa before deciding. But when it arrives at my home, shockingly we found out that underneath it was full of defects, which doesn't justified the money that we had paid for it. Please refer to the pics that I will attached to it. My request is to find me a replacement or an adequate solutions. I can be contacted at 9674 0463. Nelson. Tks!

Vhive Singapore Service and Mattress

2 years of Dreamland Miracoil mattress, claimed and marketed as a Chiropractic Mattress, accredited by International Chiropractor Association, to support the backbone end up causing backache to the user due to sunken mattress issue. Shall send an email to ICA as well to validate whether the usage of ICA accreditation in the marketing materials is done with proper accreditation process or it is just a marketing scam.
Understand that the company will be replacing new mattresses, but no time of delivery, no confirmation of when, rude customer service .

Vhive Singapore 3 door wardrobe

Appalling that a wardrobe can turn moldy. Bought in oct 2020. Other wardrobes from different sources have no issue. Emailed the customer service team but still being ignored.

I faced similar mouldy issue too, when it was there was a strong smell, thought that this was due to the smell of new furniture. But it did not go away after many weeks and month...

One day discovered that there are mould growing all over. Spent time cleaning it but it still came back !

Vhive Singapore Not secure properly that cause wardrobe door dismantle

On 09/04/21, one of our sliding door from our wardrobe has fallen off suddenly. After further checking, the parts that secure to the body of the door was not properly secure. There should be 5 screws to secure the part but only 2 screws were used to secure them (1st Photo). We even spotted another parts that was not secure properly that causes cracks to the surface of the door (2nd Photo). We requested for repair

Vhive Singapore Still waiting for the drawer slider to fix on the faulty drawer that we bought in September 2020

Dear staff,

We are still waiting for the slider to fix on the faulty drawer cabinet that we bought in September 2020. We are located at Adelphi #B1-37.

I am disappointed that all your furnitures are worst than Ikea. We bought 2 study tables and a long bench (grey colour) and they were all flimsy in just less than 6 months usage. 1 piece of table black leg frame already dropped off completely. The long bench was so flimsy and shaky that people had fear of falling sitting on the bench.

Is the V Hive furniture not made to last? I was disappointed with furnitures from Ikea, now I am more disappointed with VHive.

I hope you can quickly fix up the drawer for us. I do not think that we should wait for more than 3 months to have the drawer repaired. How can the slider take 3 months to arrive from europe?

Vhive Singapore Still waiting for the spare part arrival to repair faulty drawer

Dear staff,

We have been waiting for the drawer slider to repair our faulty drawer. How long more do we need to wait? The cabinet has been delivered to us since Sept 2020. Until today we do not have any update from any of your staff when are we expected to get the faulty drawer repaired.

We are not happy with your service.

Vhive Singapore Online purchase of chair - false claim of optional return policy

Bought an office chair online as vhive Singapore online website claims that there is a optional return policy within 14 days. The office chair advertisement states free delivery and free installation. Now customer service claims that cannot return the chair that arm rest is too low (below average person height) as it is already installed. Customer service officer was rude and kept claiming "who ask you buy online?" when I told her it is covid situation and her stores are located far away. So what is the point of having website sales when your company cannot fulfil your promise to client?

Vhive Singapore 3 seater sofa

Hi

My name is Rohit & I bought a sofa from VHive 1.5 years ago.
They use such a bad fabric, it started tearing off on its own after 1 year. And now it is completely ruined. Attached photos for the same.
I reported it so the customer care lady was like 1 year is a long time and sofa don't last long. "It is not a thousands of dollar sofa." Her exact words.
I paid what these guys asked me to pay. And if the quality is not good enough, you should accept it.
What is the credibility left for vhive furniture.
I am moving to new place and hence was looking out for furniture for whole place.
I can never trust your sales guys telling about the genuinity and the quality of your furniture.
This was a bad experience for me. I won't recommend others to buy furniture from your place.

Vhive Singapore Vhive singapore - poor quality and poor customer service

Bought a sofa seat from Vhive - Nex - you can see the invoice number

1. I bought less than a week the sofa skin at the backrest was worn-out
2. After replaced the backrest and after less than a year same problem
3. Today, I called up customer service, a woman name fang san & I try to explain to her to let know why this can happen and is it because of the quality issue because the sofa seat and hand rest do not have the same problem. But, she is very rude and bark back to me said: you bought an electrical products after one year got problem then you come and complaint n I told her that this is a sofa and not like electrical products and how come the sofa skin use less than a year keep have this problem meaning is the quality issues and she refused to listen n talked very loudly n very bad attitude and keep saying is wear and tear and never want to give me an solution. I also tell her I rather to talk to her manager. But, she refused at all. I am very surprised that this is how your company behave to the customer once good is sold? So, it mean that is no after sales services? I feel really much cheated about how your company treated the customer in such manner.

Vhive Singapore non-delivery, no calls to inform, no news

I have made the payment upfront at the store at Sun Plaza. They are supposed to deliver between 1pm to 4pm today but they did not come. I called up the store to check. The sales man just told me that there is nothing he can do because he does not have the contact of the deliveryman! I am so damn angry and upset by their service and attitude. Think twice if you intend to buy from them.

Vhive Singapore bad product and very bad customer service

The most horrible experience I have had with Vhive. Purchased 4 items fro Vhive in April 2019 . In 3 months one of the items - show cabinet starts tearing apart. Called up and followed up with the Customer Service - but was nightmare . No help at all - rather they were not ready to listen to anything .
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO OT BUY ANYTHING FROM VHIVE

Very bad customer service and the lady who answered the call is very rude to start with. Call hotline but usually unanswered. When they do answer the call, spoke as if you owe them money when the item is already fully paid. Poor attitude when arranging for delivery (take it or leave it). Initially said call 3 days before delivery but then when confirmation of date, give you a date that is 2 weeks later and said schedule very full. Told them I have been trying to reach them and the answer was 'you also call the outlet u buy from' when the salesman said to call the hotline number for delivery.

First time buyer but most probably will also be the last time I make any purchase with them

Vhive Singapore quality of furniture

Purchased a wooden dining table and chair set. Looked lovely. Solid wood. Delivered from the central warehouse intact and set up for me. No issues.

8 days later sat on the chair and leaned back and the entire backing BROKE OFF.

Called the main vhive complaints centre but they claimed that my chair was considered "cash and carry" hence only has 7 day warranty. Refused to replace it or compensate. Claimed that i mishandled their chair hence it broke due to my own fault. Refused to budge any further and hung up on me.

Solid wooden chair breaking by just sitting on it? What rubbish quality and they refuse to take responsibility for it.

I've just read n shocked that there is still so many victims of vhive. My case is a purchased of a showroom sofa. Decided to buy since the surface of the sofa was perfect. But it reaches my home I notice one of the leg was wobbling... shock to see those screws aren't fully attached to e chairs seats, and there is many more... cloth underneath the chair was torn! screws were not tighten properly... goodness. what kind of company we are having here?

In jun 2012 one door fell off from one of them, i went to the shop showed them the images and they agreed to come down to check, didnt turn up, called again, they agreed to fix it without...
